Horrible customer service and unprofessional business. Destroyed my necklace went in for a simple repair. Told me that they can't do anything about it gave me all sorts of excuses as to why my necklace was damaged. It is not fair for the people that work hard to buy jewelry and then for you to come to a place where they do a repair and completely ruin it and not take accountability. definitely will never recommend this place. The staff was very hostile and not understanding or have a sense of compassion or at least to help! Literally the worst place. Take your money and your piece of mind somewhere else. I will be submitting a claim to the Superior Court because it's not fair for these people just to wash their hands. I Worked hard to be able to buy my necklace doesn't matter if it's $100 or $800 we work hard for the things we have and for the staff to not show any sense of compassion or try to help. It is unfair. I have added the pictures so everyone can see how the links are smashed due to the repair and now that causes the necklace to be stiff and is no longer straight as you can see and compare they want sit here and say that it was already like that when I have prior pictures of how it was prior to this "repair" for everyone needing a repair don't come here you'll regret it just like I did. Do your research and find a company that you will have a guarantee. if I could give this place zero stars I would, but the app does not allow me to.

Came to the store today to want to make the purchase. And have the money ready to buy. The person name Matt introduced the products to me for few mins, then complained that I can’t decide which item I want after we talked for few mins. Horrible store and horrible customer service. Look at so many bad reviews of this store for a reason. HA !

If you know anything bout buying precious metals, you'll stay away from any TV dealer, or jewelry store. Look for a guy with a bunker under his house, preparing for the end times. They've gone "off the grid" and deal with gold and silver as if they were money the IRS can't find out about. None of that has anything to do with you, and the owner of this particular place probably doesn't have a huge bunker like his friend on Beach Blvd. But, he'll give you honest trades on precious metals. I've sold him for 0% cost to me, and bought for 2%. You go elsewhere, and good luck if you don't lose 10% or more somewhere along the transaction. They'll buy anything. Gold nuggets you had around, silver you scrounged off some plated things. They have a giant coin counting machine, and cases filled with amazing treasures. Go elsewhere and you'll be cheated.

Awesome coin shop. They got all kinds of stuff. If ur a collector or even sumwut interested in coins or commodities u gota check this place out. They pay really good for gold too. I got better than spot on my 100g gold bar. I got $5575, that's over $1858 per oz when at the time spot was $1830. No way I would of found a better price than that.

Every time I have gone they have given me a good price for silver bullion coins. They have also been friendly and kind. I would highly recommend them!

I came in to sell some gold and the young lady that helped me was very helpful and all the workers were very honest about prices. I’ll definitely be coming back very soon :)
