Their ice cream flavors are amazing. We had the banana pudding and peanut butter honey... and we got 2 GIANT cinnamon rolls to bring home and it was all amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I've had well over 10 different kinds of coffee ice creams in my life, and this place has THE BEST I have EVER had. Better than Jeni's, Coldstone, Baskin-Robbin's, Häagen-Dazs, and Ben & Jerry's. Their seasonal ice creams are super fun too! Clean establishment. You better believe I will be back.

Ice-cream flavors loaded, strawberry, blueberry, black raspberry chocolate chip. The last being a family favorite. And a butter beer milk shake All AMAZING!!! And the icing on the cake was the cinnamon rolls. We will be back 😍

Always try their specials. I've never been disappointed by their unique ice cream offerings. After you've had a few bites, pour a shot of espresso over the ice cream. Heavenly. The staff is always friendly and helpful. A great gem of a business here in Clarksville.

Great little shop for sweet treats + a couple savory items. During my most recent visit, I ordered the pretzels and beer cheese. The pretzels were soft, salty, and hot. Very delicious. Beer cheese was excellent. Will return in the future to try some of their ice cream flavors.

Never heard of or had an afagato before but it was amazing. Whatever's on the ice cream turns into a perfect crystaline melting cup of deliciousness. The place was super clean and neat, and smelled soooo good upon walking in. Very happy we tried it.

Golly G’s- Is always consistent with their bakery items and their coffee’s. Great selection of ice cream and sorbet fresh baked cheesecake, cinnamon rolls, they’re cookies are always delicious. Could be busy or could not be. Sometimes there is a line out the door for lots of cars in the drive-through. Iced Cuban coffee is always my favorite along with some fresh made sorbet.

We stopped by here randomly since we were in the area with our grandma and she wanted some icecream. We all LOVED it. I'm from florida so I got the pineapple dole icecream and it was amazing and very similar to dole whip. My husband got the strawberry cheesecake, and his grandma got a plain vanilla in a cake cone. She's rather picky, and she loved the icecream! It's very fresh and well made. Prices are a bit cheaper than other icecream shops as well. We will definitely be back!

Anyway for my 2nd time physically here in the drive thru and the 8th strawberry shake I've ever had from this place. This was the worst shake ever!! .We ordered our usual 3 strawberry shakes 2 plain 1 with whip and cherry..1 kids scoop of strawberry 1 kids scoop of vanilla. We usually order right before Gymnastics ends for my granddaughter across the street. Their strawberry shake is normally a high quality item. One of the best shakes in Clarksville for sure. IMO.. This time I was able to drink it like they only added one scoop of ice cream and backdoored it with 16 ounces of milk. I should have known when they had us pull forward as if something was wrong.. This never happened before,, It wasn't as flavorful and it nowhere near as thick. Such a letdown because it WAS such a high-quality product.They could have told us they were running out of strawberry and we would of ordered something else, dont let staff half -ass a product to save face..SO DISAPPOINTED, mainly because it's right across the street from the twice a week Gymnastics visits I have to go to. Maybe somone is trying to tell me I dont need milkshakes. Anyhow I'll probably order another one because they are soooooooo good, but if it's like this was I will definitely complain and let them remake it, that's kinda hard in the drive thru. I should have been able to trust the process as i have 8 time before... NEVER AGAIN..

my husband and I went during the summer and the staff ignored us upon walking in and we were the only ones at the counter. after 20 mins of waiting someone finally came out and rushed us through our order then walked away.. we didn't even pay yet so we waited another 15 mins to pay.

Loved the cinammon rolls! We will be heading back to get some for the road. Keep doing what you guys are doing

We love Golly G's! My daughter is 3 and is obsessed with the royal icing sugar cookies, so we are frequently flyers. The staff seems fairly young-- college kids. They're not always the best, but most of them get the job done. A couple have recommended some pretty good coffee drinks, so I can't complain too much! I'm not a huge fan of their ice cream. I come from the land of cows (Pennsylvania ), so I've been pretty spoiled when it comes to good ice cream. There are a couple flavors that have been decent, though! My 9 year old enjoys the cookies n cream and vanilla, especially, and my husband likes their lemon one and the banana pudding. I mostly stop in for coffee and will get the cinnamon rolls that are the size of my head! Sometimes they have other flavors on Fridays-- like pumpkin spice or oreo. The facility is pretty clean, and so are the bathrooms. They have a pretty wide variety of treats and drinks, plus a water dispenser to help yourself to. All in all, I've been happy with their service and recommend stopping in if you haven't!

Poor service. I didn't get waited on! Pulled up to the drive thru and the person in the back, kelp walking by the window even after me blowing my horn. When I pulled around front and went inside, they said the bell was not working. There was no sign that said the bell was in disrepair. I noticed after I had pulled off other clients were being waited on. Poor service can run a company out of business.

I love this place. It has the best ice cream around and I love their constant rotation of flavors

The food itself was okay. The cinnamon roll is what me and my husband went there for. I ended up getting some icecream instead. But it was mid. Not as good as Cinnabon or cold stone. The service wasn't great either. We went there an hour and a half before close time and didn't have much of an impact from staff. They weren't rude but could've been more welcoming. The place itself was okay. There isn't much about to say about it. They got some mixes you can buy to make hot coca or cookies. The ambience wasn't really all that welcoming. But the food was 5/10

Pricing is perfect at Golly G's. Three generous single scoops for under $9 is a steal. While they have close to 30 flavors, nothing seems niche. It's pretty standard fare & good, but lacks the premium quality of a shop like Jeni's. The cinnamon rolls seem to be worth it though. Clean bathrooms & ample seating with WiFi & plugs available across the window makes this a welcoming location.

My go to ice cream shop in town :) everytime it's so good that I forgot to take a photo before I dig in lol go there and enjoy and sweeten your day :)

The service was very underwhelming. No one welcomed us or even bothered to ask if we were new (as this was our first time). The ice cream was decent, but the service was horrible. When we arrived at the register the cashier literally walked off and started talking to one of her co-workers leaving another employee to service us who seemed confused as to why she walked off but was also not really speaking or asking us what we had in our cups or if we needed spoons or napkins. There were a lot of employees in the back lingering and talking and doing nothing as well. As a patron of a different race of everyone in the building, it was obvious that this business does not welcome or are willing to serve those that do not look like them. We won't be back.

The cinnamon rolls are delicious They're light and have a great flavor and they give you the option of either cream cheese or regular icing. My husband got a keto cheesecake and he said it was great , I got a chocolate chip cookie. I thought the cookie was just OK. It was kind of hard and really had too many chocolate chips for it to have much of a cookie flavor. We both got latte and they were good as well. I would highly recommend the cinnamon rolls some of the best I've ever had.

I came in here last night with my girlfriends and saw the drive through line backed up in the drive way, the parking lot pretty full, but the line inside relatively short! I love the old school ice cream flavors and style of scoop. You have your traditional, vanilla chocolate, butter peacan etc, with some of their new daily flavors as well. I saw a few people order this giant cinnamon bun with scoops of ice cream on top. At one table 4 adults were digging into this thing so it's quite huge. I ordered the Pineapple Dole Whip flavor which taste similar yo the Disney version or pineapple whip ice cream. Cake Batter is also amazing. Over all, it's a great place to bring family or to treat yourself. Prices were very reasonable and they also had a small bakery section with cookies, cakes and muffins if you want something that isn't ice cream.

I got the banana pudding ice cream ( I was so set on a banana split until I sampled this option). My baby girl got black raspberry fudge and my friend got key lime pie and some cinnamon rolls for her hubby. All I can say is there isn't a single bite of any of it that wasn't delicious. I was so close to walking out with a piece of their creamsicle cheesecake but decided to pace myself. This place is delicious I will so be back. Charming, ample seating and parking. They do three different flavors of ice cream cakes, danishes, cinnamon rolls, cookies and coffee. I will certainly be back and I'm delighted it's right up the road from my new home

I give it a 4 star for the ice cream, a 5 for the sticky buns (so good), but a 0 for consistency. You can get a single scoop that fills to the top on one visit, then get a double scoop that doesn't even go over to the top of a small cup. I have even gotten a single scoop that was bigger than a double scoop on multiple occasions. This is two double scoops. Our kids scoops were bigger than this.

We spent a lot of money on a variety of cookies, slices of cake and brownies only to find out everything was hard as a rock and stale!

Had the one scoop ice cream cone in a sugar cone. Was the cookie dough ice cream. Was very good. Have heard great things about this place and it didn't disappoint

My second time at this location and it never disappoints. I wanted coffee, but then again I wanted ice cream, but then again I wanted a shake...ah yes, the coffee flavored shake-CANNOT go wrong:) Thanks for helping make my monthly weekend with my children just that much more awesome. Please come out to our neighborhood again!

Holly Molly golly delicious, I finally found my favorite cinnamon roll in the whole United States ^^ the size tho huge and the softness, freshness and the warmness was just perfection! thank you girls, they are great costumer service! Clean and comfy environment :) I went to get a cinnamon roll for my pre workout treat and I saw cookies and cream ice cream and tried it for the future and it's was so good definitely recommend and coming back with my sweet tooth humans please keep it delicious :)

Wow. What liars. This is the smallest cinnamon roll I have ever seen and all of the other photos show that it's the size of the box or big as their hands. The one we got is way smaller! 1st photo is mine. 2nd photo is what someone else shared. They are not consistent!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Omg if you ever have a late night craving and need a little something sweet....Golly G's is the place! One day in Clarksville I just happened to be riding by and noticed the store and decided to stop. Went inside and before my eyes I seen a wide range of ice cream flavors (fruity pebbles) 1 of my favorite cereals. I will say the cereal pieces were somewhat stale tasting, but I'm sure that comes from being immersed throughout the ice cream. Other than that it was amazing. But if you want a nice sized chocolate chip cookie that can be warmed upon request. This is YOUR SPOT. I need a place like this in my hometown. The chocolate chip cookies are soft, gooey, and made with perfection. I see a trip to Clarksville in my near future just for a cookie!

We came to golly Gs on a Monday night 2 hours before they closed. Both the drive thru line and the dine-in line were long, but it seemed to move quickly. They have a nice employee outside ready to take orders and they offer a whole menu for you to browse in the car. We ordered a banana split, a brownie sundae and a lemonade. First the lemonade I will be returning for, rain or shine, that was very delicious. The 2 ice cream trays we ordered, while they were good I'd probably just get a scoop in a cup next time. I will give credit to them, they are not shy about filling up your order. Usually toppings are just sprinkled atop but this place does it right by adding as much as they can and we appreciate that. I gave 4 stars because we felt like the ice cream should be the star and it wasn't. I got a small single scoop on my brownie surrounded by a pool of whipped cream.

Pretty good ice cream just a a lot of immature teenagers working and goofing off but overall good place.

I wanted to complain about the price and then I tasted the ice cream.... I've never had better ice cream in my life! Literally

Coming home from Nashville and was really craving ice cream. I remember Golly G's was on the Sanyo side of Clarksville and had to stop! They had so many yummy flavors wish I could have tried them all! They also had seasonal ones like pumpkin! I ended up with the loaded. Which was chocolatey goodness with peanut butter and chocolate chips and a few others things that it was loaded with that I can't remember! It was too good! The homemade waffle cone had hints of vanilla and cinnamon which topped it all off! I wish they were closer to fort Campbell and not a 30+minute drive away, I would come more often.

Of course when you go to Golly G's it's for the cinnamon rolls that are half the size of your face. I had a few other items such as the strawberry cheesecake which wasn't that great to me, actually a little dry in my opinion. We have also tried the Lego cheesecake which we do like a lot. The only thing is you must call before going up there because the keto cheesecake is not an everyday item they offer. The staff is usually friendly and attentive. One time I did walk in and the line was confusing with the tables so people weren't sure who was waiting and who had been served already. I would suggest if the business could get that organized a little more because it did take my wait time up by an additional 15 minutes just to order a cinnamon roll. Definitely a great spot if you have a sweet tooth they will be able to fill it.

I was looking for some last minute cookies to give out! I had to pair it with some cute cups. They're okay. $3.50 May be a little much. Buuut it was last minute and instant!

I have always been an ice cream lover. It brings me joy and I have shared that with my kiddos. They delight in a little detour through the drive-through at our nearby Golly Gs for a kids cup on the way home. They also have delicious cookies, cinnamon rolls and savory items such as chili and pimento cheese sandwiches. Yum!

I can't say enough good things about Golly Gs. I own an ice cream shop in Florida. They do everything right. The ice cream is the best I've ever had and the pretzels and cinnamon buns are outstanding. I wish I could kidnap their staff. Unbelievably good service and well thought out atmosphere. A+ well done!

Best ice cream in town. Every flavor I've had here is decadent. My favorites are the Almond Joy, and the Black Raspberry Fudge. Service is friendly and courteous. The restaurant is clean, and usually busy with customers. They even have a drive thru. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed.

The owner Joey and Kylie the team lead were phenomenal. made it a very intimate experience and provided amazing service. 10/10 would 100% go again. They were very clean and invested in the atmosphere of the business!

Best. Ice cream. Ever. When I came here with my kids for the first time, I was shocked that we could all get an ice cream cone for under $15. On top of that, it's some of the best ice cream I've ever had! Try the Mint Chip, it's to die for! Been in Clarksville for a month and already been 3 times!!!

My wife and I went on a date here and shared the Golly G. It's a big scoop of ice cream on a giant cinnamon bun. We're usually pretty tame on sweets but this was a good way to be unhinged for a spell. We really enjoyed it and the place is very quaint. Employees were helpful and friendly and the atmosphere reminds me a bit of an old soda stand. It's a cool place to get ice cream and desserts.

I do not know if there are enough words to describe how amazing this dessert taste... I am at a lost here. The food is crafted in a way that makes you smile gleefully while reminiscing about your favorite childhood memories. If you don't believe me let the picture answered any uncertainties you may have. Taste and see that this place is worthy of all the accolades....

The best milkshakes I've ever had. A little pricey but 1000000% worth it. Don't let that deter you from putting the best ice cream in your mouth. (:

As an avid latte drinker I wouldn't go here for the coffee. It's average and I'd rather get my caffeine intake where their first love is espresso. But what I can recommend is their ice cream and baked goods. THAT is what Golly G's succeeds at. Ice cream is their first love. Haven't had a bad flavor within their ice-cream selection and will always be in the mood for one of their cookies.

This was a stop for a birthday sweet. The cheesecake was great with hint of birthday cake flavor in every bite. The chocolate was a little strong with flavor and a lot sweet. Overall this is a good place to stop for a little sweetness!

Golly G's always has great Ice cream flavours and varieties. We love going here for a little treat after dinner and they are normally pretty speedy!

I'm mad at myself that I pigged out before taking photos of the items we ordered, but pig-out I did. My whole family did. We stopped here at 7pm tonight, a Saturday night, and got one large chocolate chip cookie, one peanut butter cookie sandwich, one wedding cake square and one cinnamon roll. We heated the cinnamon roll ever so lightly when we got home, poured ourselves some milk, split the cinnamon roll four ways, and the cookie sandwich and wedding square two ways. It was then just "mmmmms" all around as we sat enjoying our goodies. Every item was super fresh and melty in our mouths. The wedding square is not for the weak! It is very sweet and I'm glad I shared with my sister. The cookie sandwich was perfect, and the cinnamon roll was heaven. Dad loved his chocolate chip cookie and I believe him. It was all delicious. I'm just going to have to go back and get all those goodies again so that I can take photos of them. Yeah. Take photos. That's why I'll have to go back (big grin). The young man that greeted us at the drive-thru window was sweet himself. We'll be back for sure.

Golly G's is a nice comfortable place to relax. It is in someways a Starbucks atmosphere but with Ice Cream. The place on Madison in Clarksville is always clean and the customer service is friendly an accommodating. Okay now you want to know about the ice cream right? Well first just let me tell you the sizes are portioned above any expectations you may have had from going to Baskin Robbins, Sweet Treats, Cold Stone, or wherever you frequent. Second, there are plenty of flavors to choose from so that should not be an issue. As to taste, well you will have to decide for yourself because I only eat chocolate with rare exception when I get a Banana Split. Therefore as far as chocolate goes, Baskin Robbins is better but not so much for me to go there when I am closer to Golly G's. Finally, they also have cookies, and cinnamon roles and both are a great alternative when you do not want ice cream and just have coffee and chat. This place would be 5 Stars if I were not so finicky about my pure chocolate flavor

TLDR: Great Ice Cream, nice employees, and no judgement for the tons of ice cream I ordered. Lol. Food: I came here yesterday for a very last minute ice cream craving. I got the Pineapple Dole Whip and Strawberry Lemonade Sorbet to go in pints. I got a single scoop of cotton candy in a cup. My boyfriend got a brownie sundae and we got a cookie to go. All of it was delicious and exactly what I needed. Hand packing can make or break an ice cream shop for me because if it's just thrown in there, it's half empty (which is not fun) and then it can sometimes create an icy layer where it's exposed. So having them pack it full (without overflowing) is fantastic. COVID Precautions: The shop is taking good precautions with COVID-19. Every employee was wearing a mask, wearing it properly, actively washing their hands, and actively aware of cross contamination. Spots were marked for everyone to keep their distance. Vibe: The employees are very nice and fun. They are attentive. Despite it being 10 mins till close, they properly packed my pints. They also put care and detail into my boyfriend's sundae. The decor is very bright and poppy. Signs are mostly clear and visible even from a distant. Some of the art can get in the way of the ice cream names, but it just requires you to take a step or two closer. It's set up for you to smile and laugh a little, even when you didn't necessarily feel like it before hand.

Will be taking Granddaughters here, yummy. Fresh helpful and oh so good. If you want donuts go early.

Great ice cream shop! And the cinnamon rolls... wow. I just wish we had them in my area but will definitely make a return trip if I'm passing through Clarksville

Came by for the first time to have a coffee, and it was not good. The espresso tasted burnt and I couldn't drink more than 2 sips. I payed $6.56 for something to go straight from the counter to the trash. I'm sure their ice cream and other things are good, but don't come for the coffee.

Both locations have super friendly staff and I love That their flavors change periodically. I always go looking for s surprise and I am never disappointed.

I've been to original location once. It's very quaint and cozy. Living in clarksville, this is obviously more convenient. This new location is great. Very clean and modern. Plenty of seating inside and out. Like their original location, there is a drive thru as well. I love that they have special flavors for different events that happen in the community or holidays. They had "the reaper" for Halloween. Honey ice cream with reaper pepper. Sweet flavor with a spicy after taste. I don't like many spicy foods, so to me it had a strong after taste. Not for me, but good for a lot of people, especially since half was gone. My favorite is the berry cobbler. So good! I ordered strawberry and coffee fudge because I didn't see the berry in the case. Come to find out they had the berry cobbler on the back. So we ended up getting a scoop as well. Yummy. Lots of unique flavors for everyone to try. They also have cookies, brownies, cinnamon rolls, among other sweets. They offer real food and other drinks as well. Definitely a place to check out if you're in the area.
