Super clean inside since this spot just opened. The staff is friendly and helpful. The milk foam dirty brown sugar tea is great. Plenty of options on the menu and it's cool that you're able to modify the drink anyway you want to. The only knock against this place is that it's too expensive. $8 for the smallest size is crazy. It's just milk tea & pearls!

I am not a fan of Bobba Tea, and in fact try to stay away from them as much as possible but accompanied a freind recently to Gong Cha, and I am happy that I decided on Gong Cha for giving Bobba Tea one more chance. I loved Tea flavor and the coconut jelly bits, still not a fan of the Tapioca pearls but it was definitely way better than other Bobba Teas that I have tried in the past. I drive by this place almost everyday, so let's see if this becomes a regular thing

To kick things off, let me tell you, the bubble teas at this place are absolutely phenomenal! The customer service is top-notch, always quick and outstanding. I can't get enough of their taro milk boba—it's hands down my favorite! If you're in the mood for some delightful bubble tea, this place comes highly recommended. However, a minor drawback is the lack of seating available for customers to comfortably wait for their orders or simply relax and enjoy their boba. It can be a bit inconvenient to stand around while waiting.

Drinks are really good, Im not a fan of the pearls but i really like the coconut pearls, I also like how you can request the amount of ice and sugar you want in your drink

Passing by on Morris Ave I kept seeing Gong Cha. My go to bubble tea place is a bit further away so finally decided to give it a try. The staff was helpful and patient as they offered a lot of specialty drinks that were very interesting looking. There was only one table inside so it is mostly for take out but it wasn’t a problem as it was a nice day. The bubble teas were a bit sweet for my personal taste but my daughter loved it. Quick service as well. Perfect place to stop on your way to or from an activity to grab a fast and tasty bubble tea with some unique flavors!

My friends and I decided to stop by this bubble tea shop as we were in the neighborhood picking up one of our friends. The staff: They do not greet you upon entering the building and just waits for you to order. They do not give a welcoming vibe at this location. They should be a little more energetic and at least thank us for coming in. Mango Green Tea with coconut jelly: It lacks the flavor of the mango as if they did not put the right amount of mango in the drink. The tea overpowers the mango itself. When we go to the other locations the drink tastes fine. Mango slushes: This also lacks the flavor of the mango and the ice overpowers the drink itself. The tapioca was cooked and tasted a little mushier and chewy. Cleanliness: The store is pretty small and is clean with no trash or debris on the grounds or on the tables. Overall: This location is pretty close to one of the colleges, so it is a convenient location. They should try to measure out the mango correctly, so it has the right amount of flavor.

I'm always on the search for good and convenient bubble tea! Fortunately, I came across this Gong Cha earlier this summer as I have family living in the area, and I've become a regular since! This is a very consistent location - the drinks are always made well and accurately, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The prices of the beverages are reasonable, and maybe I've just been lucky, but I've never had to wait long to put in my order nor to get my drink(s). I also love that they offer caffeine free beverages, as well as dairy free options.

Pretty standard. It does get very busy. I waited about 10 minutes. I tried to order online but I was not able to at this location. They do have DoorDash ordering. I did enjoy my drink and the prices are reasonable.

I love gong cha. They have sooo many options for people who love dairy, can't do dairy, love caffeine, don't want caffeine, the list goes on. It's honestly rare to find a place that will have so many different variations because most times there's dairy and caffeine in ever single tea OR There are only like 2 teas with neither. I love having options, I mean who doesn't?! I also love their rewards points--it's a great way to get a couple bucks off!

I was so excited for Gong cha to be opening up less than 10 mins away from me, it is by far my favorite boba chain on the east coast. Give me Gongcha over Kung fu, vivi, or anyone else any day. When I walked in someone was hammering the door and there were tools on the ground near the menu signs, so they are definitely still working on final touches to the store. It took a couple mins for me to be greeted but once I ordered my drink came out super quickly. My earl grey milk tea with 3 Js was of the quality that I expect from Gong Cha. Looking forward to future visits!

I've had the Coffee milk with black pearls and it was amazing! I've been meaning to go back but haven't had a chance. Definitely recommend!

This location is fairly new in the area. It's not my first time in a Gong Cha store, but the vast choices always makes it hard to narrow down a drink. Luckily, the woman working was friendly and helpful about the different things on the menu. I took a chance and got the lemon winter melon w/basil seeds hot and "the go-to drink that never disapppoints", the taro milk tea hot. Both were delicious. It's definitely nice to have a bubble tea store that's so close.

Rude rude rude- short hair, glasses, large build... she has attitude for days. Baby girl who got you this mad? I would not want someone like her working for me especially socializing with customers. So bad for the business. I guess labor is really hard to find these days. Never ordering from this place again.

I'm so excited that there's another bubble tea spot in Union! I ordered my usual - earl grey milk tea, 50% sugar, with pearls. Wasn't disappointed. This will definitely be my new go-to spot!

I love this gong cha! The staff is soo nice and they honestly make the drinks the best out of all the locations I have been to. The attendant is so sweet and always remembers my order when I come in. Too notch, give those employees a raise.

Omg let me start by saying this was a blessing to have bubble tea put near my house!!!Secondly I highly favor this location more than the Millburn location.Here they make me feel welcomed ,and never get upset or aggravated when I'm undecided and asking lots of questions on the flavors

I used to be able to go to a little bit more for bubble tea and the place I used to go isn't as great anymore. Thankfully, this Gong Cha location opened and it's pretty close to not only my house but Kean University as well! If you're looking for amazing and quality bubble tea around here, look no further! The staff is also nice and they bring your order out efficiently. I definitely will continue to come here again and again.

Excellent boba, but incredibly expensive (even for boba) and there only one person working whenever I come, so even though I always order in advance and the order is ready, I still need to wait until everyone else is served before my drink is retrieved.

Came in to pick up my order at 750pm, and the "Open" sign was turned off, the facility had no customers, and the crew was doing a deep clean of the facility. My order which was supposed to be ready via DoorDash but the employees didn't even started yet. When I walked in the crew was in the back cleaning. The front desk computer was beeping for an order confirmation for more than 5 minutes while I stood there waiting. Saw the employees scratch their head multiple times while making order which already made me want to vomit. This place is generally my go to boba place but the employees tonight could care less. Manager should definitely talk to the employees about the amount of cleaner/ ammonia that needs to be used because the cleaner smell was way too strong and I'm sure they were mixing cleaners that shouldn't be mixed.

Best bubble tea in town, great place to bring your family and homies! Try the grapefruit green tea, it hits the spot just right!

They are simply amazing. Very polite and willing to serve. Sometimes they give me discounts on there own. I give them 5 stars.
