Went with my friends. Nice restaurant, they decor is super pretty. The workers are really nice and friendly. Maybe a little pricey but the food is delicious. Good portions I was stuffed everything we ate was fresh and yummy. Bathrooms are really nice and clean. Plenty of seating available. They play good music. We went during the day so I know at night it must be bumping.

I’ve been a customer for over 20 yrs. The food is always great. However, all this time and I can’t still seem to understand why can’t they offer sweet tea. As I get older, I tend to enjoy my beverages a lot more. We have “sweet n low”, It’s not the same thing! To the owner, please make this a priority because it’s becoming a deal breaker for me.

Always a great experience coming to get food. Always order to-go and everything is always perfect. Amanda is so great at her position. I’ve come in on busy nights and she’s handling the front door amazingly. From sitting 5 parties and still managing to take care of the to-gos. 5 star employee all around. 143-3000!!

Delicious authentic Mexican food. I had the half order combo fajita plate, it was more than enough. Tender beef and chicken, well seasoned with beans and rice. My wife had the combo plate. The tamales were perfect. Great service and terrific atmosphere. This was no national brand or tourist spot; all the locals eat here. They know it’s the real deal! My new favorite Mexican restaurant in the DFW area. We’ll definitely be back.

I always enjoy this place love the food!!

Visited on 09/06 around 1pm. The food took a long time to come out, and our server was practically nonexistent—she took our order but never checked back on us. No drink refills, and even after asking two different people for butter, it never came. When the server finally did come by, she just did a quick walk-by asking if we needed anything without stopping to listen, so I had to raise my voice just to let her know I wanted the check. My husband ordered the chilaquiles, but they were just greasy fried tortillas with hardly any egg.

Loved the vibrant atmosphere and the amazing food. Their fajitas were absolutely the highlight with incredible flavor. The meat was perfectly marinated, and the veggies were fresh. You definitely get your money's worth with their generous portions. Recommended.

Gonzalez is pretty tasty Mexican and tex-mex food. The ambiance and vibe are great- they stay decorated all year long for whatever holiday is next and they always ride for the Dallas Cowboys. Their margaritas as pretty decent and the beer is cold. Servers are friendly and the service is good.
