Gonza's Spanish omelette

I ordered the Madrilena sandwich with the Spanish chorizo. It was my first time trying this at the farmers market that I usually go to at the Marina in LB. I really did enjoy the Spanish chorizo and I’ve never had a Spanish sandwich and I thought it was pretty good. The service was great and I am always happy to support local .

Oscar is amazing and the ingredients are straight from Spain. I always remember Spain when I have their tortilla. Lots of options and freshly made. I have my favorite farmers market where I get it.

Gonza's Spanish Omelettes are the real deal! Having lived in Spain for 10years I've tried my fairshare. Gonza's hits the mark with a nice texture and using pure simple ingredients that create such a delicious egg dish. Highly recommend :)
