Good Cookies

Cookies are amazing even if they are warm or not still one of the best I’ve had. The atmosphere is dope the wall art is awesome and the customer service is on point! Huge shout out to the owners/operators of this fine establishment and I recommend going here over any other cookies spot in the Detroit Metropolitan Area

Went on a sat mid day. We're from Ohio and wanted some baked cookies and saw a tiktok and gave them a try. Service we great felt like home there. Cookies were delicious! I tried sugar cookie, snickerdoodle, peanut butter and chocolate chip. All amazing and wish I got more to take back home with me. I'll be back for more!

Jeffrey and his daughter are just super duper people! The cookies are fresh and soft and mouthwatering. Wash them down with their Great Lakes Coffee and you will be in a real good place. This establishment is clean and welcoming and BUSY!! Try out their veggie turkey bacon quiche on Saturdays. You won't want any other quiche, guaranteed! So good. Had been following for a while, and was finally in the neighborhood. I'm always on the hunt for a good, buttery cookie. My day has arrived. I've traveled the burbs, downtown, and everywhere in between looking for a cookie made with butter, and you can taste it. Ordered 4 choco chip, 2 PB, Shortbread. Omggggg!!!! This shortbread was alast minute add on, so glad I did. It's buttery, tender, not overly sweet. I think I'm in love. Thank you Good Cookies for answering my prayers. This isn't exactly close for me, but definitely worth it. They have a nice lounge, seating area for enjoying your cookies and a hot beverage. Music playing, jazz artist photos just an all around cool vibe. Will definitely be back. Don't forget to sign up for rewards.

This place is the epitome of a neighborhood staple! The cookies aren't good, they're great! They should change their name to Great Cookies 🍪 😋! First time having the breakfast sandwich. As a non pork eater, I was pleased to know that I didn't have to request turkey bacon because turkey bacon is the only option. It was warm and delicious, I got it as is and wouldn't have it any other way. They serve coffee and tea but I did not know that beforehand. I follow them on Instagram and they never advertise this. I picked up coffee at another local place but will be sure to grab a cup on my next visit. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Everyone from the employees to the customers looked like this was their neighborhood. I'm an East sider so I travel to eat here and will gladly do it again.

Great tasting soft cookies!! I had a chocolate chip w/pecans and a peanut butter cookie along with a can of Cold Brew!! Good friendly customer service!! I even got to talk with the owner!! An asset to the community. Keep up the good work Good Cookies! 🍪

Stopped by this morning for breakfast sandwiches and cookies (because dessert with breakfast should always be a thing). When I say this was possibly the best breakfast sandwich of my life... the toasted brioche and honey mustard really made it pop. And the chocolate chip pecan cookie, omg. Cannot wait to go back!

EVERY WEEK I got get my six peanut butter cookies and my fresh gallon of milk at home . I especially love the crunchy Essgeschirr of my cookies and a med soft center I savor them like a kid!!!

I had been passing this place for a minute now and trying to decide if o should chance going in. Ok, I thought they were selling "Enhanced Cookies" lol! I don't partake in edibles.. Now why did I think that? All the cars and traffic and men with cookies in their hands that's why. Oh yeah the building is dark colors in the decor outside too.. but that didn't mean nothing but in my head it did. So my no edible eating self decide to check it out , I guess today was going to be the day I ate an edible cookie! Well they don't sell edible cookies, I don't think. But they have real good cookies here. I was greeted at the door soon as I walked by the owner's daughter whoM was warm, friendly and helpful. The place smells delicious and the smell of butter and sugar baking on dough made these hips spread instantly. They have several cookies to choose from. I chose the chocolate chip pecan, regular chocolate chip and oatmeal cookies. The cookies have a nice weight to them, they are round with crisp edges and soft middle. In my opinion they are not supper sweet. I have one suggestion is to add more chocolate chip in the chocolate chip cookie and add more chocolate chip and pecans in chocolate chip pecan cookie. Otherwise, my oatmeal cookie was delicious as were the other two. Cost of cookies are about $2 a piece. Check the times on the internet before you go because they are open on certain days and times. They have also have a cozy comfortable cafe setting. I will continue to support and purchase cookies here. Good service and Good Cookies is what you'll find here! It's a black owned business and they need your support and business to thrive!

The motto/mission at Good Cookies must be Outstanding customer service and great cookies! They are excelling in both categories! On my first visit I tried the following cookies: chocolate chip with pecans, double chocolate, sugar and oatmeal raisin. I will be back to support because not only were the cookies good, but the staff at Good Cookies was soo friendly! Additionally, the shop is also very cozy and chic. There is plenty of street parking out front and the price point is awesome! I can't wait to see what the future holds for Good Cookies! If you see this review and you want to treat yourself, three words.. go for it!

On a quest to just find chocolate chip cookies for my daughter, I stumbled upon this restaurant via Facebook friends to try this cookie. So I managed to buy a few cookies just to see how good they are. Jeffery, the owner, even let me taste his signature lemon cookie. I am IMPRESSED by this tasty cookie. So soft and not overpowered my lemon or sugar. A perfect balanced cookie. Kinda like me!! Also if you're all know about me and my oatmeal raisin quest. He's got them. And the are soft and moist and big and delicious! Just like I like them. I haven't even made it to the chocolate chip cookie yet because I want my daughter to be the judge of this cookie.
