This is an incredible little organic cafe. What a hidden gem! The building is divided beautifully into a cafe/ bar area + specialty shop with an extensive variety of healthy, plant based items. The women working here were lovely, knowledgeable, + so kind. As a vegan, it can be very hard to find restaurants that are accommodating, + this cafe stole my heart! I loved the tofu avocado wrap on spelt- Highly recommend!!!

Review for stopping here for food. It feels like stopping in your eccentric aunt’s kitchen more than going to a professional food establishment. It took about 15 minutes for our 2 wraps to be prepared. They also seemed a bit overwhelmed by having just three groups of people in the shop. They were very nice ladies, but the thing that got me was the lack of hygiene practices. I saw one lady squish a bug with her fingers and toss it in the trash to continue on with preparing people’s food without first washing her hands. The other woman licked her fingers before opening a plastic bag to put our sandwiches in. She did wear gloves the whole time while preparing our wraps so there is that. While none of these behaviors are deal breakers for me, it just makes me concerned about how they are prepping and managing things when there isn’t a line of people watching them prepare their food. I will give them that the wrap was full of veggies and fresh ingredients. It wasn’t anything I would go out of my way for, but I thought it was fine for lunch. Couldn’t really enjoy it because I kept thinking about the bug and finger licking though. The shop is like a little natural foods store. They have all sort grocery items if you’re looking for snacks or cooking ingredients.

Amazing atmosphere, amazing people, and outstandingly fresh EVERYTHING!! This gem is a must when visiting the Florida Keys! They have been in business for decades and there is certainly a reason, they truly care about community and wellness. It was a truly beautiful experience! Omg this place was so delicious wanted something fresh & organic. I got the tuna wrap 🌯 it was perfect. My wife got a green juice 💚 but she drank it so quickly I didn't get a picture she loved it. Highly recommend it here.

All vegan food except for some added pescatarian dishes! 3 fruit smoothie all organic was super tasty and made just right Soup of the day: Thai coconut mushroom was extra chunky with tofu and mushrooms! Calling all vegan/ vegetarians/ health food lovers! But seriously, when it comes to FUELING your body with REAL, no frills food, this place is not for the faint of heart. It really is a nice hidden wonderland for good food and medicine. And the workers were really just lovely. We sat at the bar while they made our food and just chit-chatted with them and a couple local regulars (that also gives you a hint it’s the real deal type place), and it was lovely. They also have lots of vegan snacks and cans and jars of food, an entire section of medicines and just everything you can imagine meant for consumption that helps your body rather than harm. It’s a cute store with all the good vibes and their food was good too. But just be prepared because it really is genuine and they don’t manipulate any of it. The smoothies are your choice of frozen fruit and coconut milk or apple juice or almond milk and that’s all. But it’s such a nice change up and I loved it. We also got a wrap that literally had every color and shade of the rainbow of veggies, and it had some kind of sauce on it and somehow it tasted like one of the oddest things I’ve had but I liked it a lot. So yeah, a very groovy place with great options and people!

Good food, people, and vibes! We love stopping by on our quick Keys trips from Miami! Delicious food that makes you feel powerful and even my infant loves the smoothies and soups. Marnie, the owner is one of those people that your feel like you've known forever. A stop here will make your soul happy!

If you are looking for an organic vegetarian or pescatarian lunch option in Big Pine Key, you need to stop here. It's in a tiny strip mall near the 31 mile marker! We found this place by chance on our way north from Key West. Lunch menu: lunch items are mostly fresh wraps, salads, and/or soup. The soup of the day was chickpea curry and there are lots of juices and smoothie options. We shared a large tuna melt wrap with everything (tuna, avocado, cheese, cashews). This was so fulfilling, simple and delicious! It came loaded with a bunch of fresh organic chopped veggies and a wonderful homemade tahini dressing. The kombucha was nice and another couple loved their banana peanut butter smoothie. We ate at the two bar stools near the register but there are also tables out the back door which seemed like a nice option. The staff and owner were super friendly and personable. Store: There are many snacks, staple items you can purchase if you are looking to stock up on organic, Non GMO & vegetarian items during vacation. Fun bonus fact: The owner says she used to do Light Shows for Janis Joplin. She said she used light, oil and water. Stopped here with some friends on our way back from the farmer's market to grab some shakes. The shakes were really good! I enjoyed the house made peanut butter in them. They were a little pricey for what they were but I understand given it was a small local shop. They also have a lot of other things for food and fruit and other market items as well.

Loved stopping in for a delicious lunch with my Mom on our way to Key West! The ladies running the show were so welcoming and the food was fresh and terrific! Adore their classic co-op vibe and support of local growers. They have a nice selection of everything from fresh fruit, bulk foods, herbs, to cleaning supplies. Their fresh juices look amazing, and we opted for fresh-squeezed lemonade that hit the spot on such a hot afternoon.

They are a hybrid market and juicery & eats. I always stop here when we stay for a yearly family trip. As a vegan I am super grateful they are in the area and I was even able to get Dandies marshmallows in the keys for our fire that evening. Everything tastes very fresh. I love getting the tofu melt with vegan cheese & any juice as a treat. The owner I believe was there both years and she has such a kind personality. Her energy is contagious and stopping here is very memorable.

These guys tons of different smoothies and wraps. I get the avocado wrap full of veggies and of course avocado!! Each day they have crockpots started with a special soup or stew that are amazing ...everything from mushroom to curry to chilies. If you are up for an adventure, I would try whats in the pot

Food you can trust is made with love and top quality ingredients. My favorite place at the keys. Being Vegan it's hard to find real healthy places around but this is a gem, great service too :) I really appreciate the gf bread options too

So lovely and warm. The women running this store couldn't be sweeter. They even offer to marry people here! Feels like a good small town store where in addition to your groceries you're coming in for a chat and a catch up.

Loved everything we ordered! Kiddos got smoothies & hubby got a beet juice blend. Everything was so great & I plan to go back again! Friendly customer service & so many other awesome foods, snacks, treats & products! (Jewelry, crystals, body products, oils, supplements, etc) Definitely a great place for the health enthusiast!

Great organic fruit smoothies, good "counter foods" to eat in or take out. Full selection of vitamin and mineral supplements. We stop by every time we drive to and from Key West and we always go in for a smoothie, but leave with something else(such as good for us lotions, essential oils, soaps). I wish they carried reef safe sunscreen such as Hannah's Banana Cream made on Maui... It would solve my sunscreen, but care for the waters, dilemma.

Great food! Awesome vibe! Friendly people! Easy location! The owner sat down and chatted with us while we ate our amazing lunch. I watched local farmers walk in with papaya and honey and sell their produce at the counter, even shelving it themselves! I love the grass-rootsy-ness of this place! Also, they have this fruity ice cream maker that turns your choice of frozen fruit into the smooth consistency of ice cream with no added sugar. It was delightful!

Great little spot to grab some healthy snack foods & groceries! Kind of disorganized and cluttered inside but they make some delicious fresh pressed juices and spring rolls! Friendly staff as well.

All natural grocery store and smoothie bar with plenty of healthful lunch options. They carry a wide variety of organic supplements, teas, coffees, kombucha, and other minimally processed products. We picked up garbanzo beans to make hummus and I got to try my friend's curry wrap from the deli. It was delicious! The place is popular. The smoothie bar was practically full when we arrived and the garden in back hosted a number of guests visiting for an arts and holistic fair that was taking place. I'm personally not a subscriber to magical stones and all that, but I did purchase a few items of jewelry made from sustainable material.

It's like an old school hippie grocery store that made it through to this century. Good job guys! Well done. I'm a huge fan of their 16oz Freeze (Carob/blueberry/banana) as well as their menu. I wish the Freeze came in a smaller size 'cause they are fuel for a mean brain freeze. Their Sunshine burger with sprouted wheat bun is awesome, as well as their tofu wraps. The ladies running the shop are earthy, wise and quite friendly. The grocery portion is pretty pricey, but consideringthe fact that Whole Foods or Trader Joe's isn't a choice for hundreds of miles, this isn't a bad place. As for produce, be sure to buy just what you need, as most of the items are really fresh. They have a restroom for customer use and a nice sit-down area in the back. Overall, Good Food Conspiracy is a nice little oasis to stop by for lunch or a quick snack.

Smoothie was nice. Solid ingredients and no additives. Very very overpriced. Nine dollars for a medium smoothie is outrageous. I would look elsewhere

Very kind ladies that work here! Made me a fresh pot of coffee late in the afternoon and were very sweet to our three year old. They made a delicious smoothie as well. Stop in for snacks and wonderful service!

Oh boy. For me, a stop this place is a necessary part of every trip to the keys! The staff are super friendly, and they source the best kitchen witch / yogi dietary delights, such as Calm (brand) magnesium drink, clove oil, egg substitute powder, tea etc. Great place to stop by if you're vegan, cutting out the gluten or just want a really satisfying breakfast smoothie.

I can't believe I've been coming to the Keys for 20 yrs and just discovered this restaurant! My BF and I were staying at Bahia Honda State Park and the staff recommended it b/c I asked for a vegetarian friendly restaurant. It was that and more! Lots of groceries, skin care and other essentials that weren't overpriced. I had a tofu melt and BF had tuna melt - both were amazing with lots of fresh veggies! Will def be stopping by on my next trip down.

Great place for vegan food. It's about 30 miles from Key West downtown on Overseas Highway. Again, like many cafes in Key West, this one is also grocery store plus a cafe. We went for a Tofu-Avocado-Cheese and Vegetable MELT sandwiches along with a Banana Strawberry Smoothie and a Carrot Colada. The sandwiches (more like wraps actually) were great. The veggies were great and the wheat sprouts were something we had never seen on it. The Banana Strawberry smoothie and Carrot Colada were amazing too. We had a really great breakfast on our way to Miami. They also have a grocery store, not separate from the cafe, where you get all kinds of stuff - like cookies, fresh produce, herbs, supplements, ready to cook packets, snacks and more. So many things stuffed into a small place so it is a little congested. It is less of an eat-in place with just one table and a pair of chairs at one end of the store and a couple of high chairs next to the kitchen. I guess a majority of the folks just do a takeaway. The entire complex is about wellness. So besides this place, there is also a wellness center that offers Yoga, Zumba, massage etc. There is also health center that offers nutritional facials, reflexology, and reiki etc

Always have delicious soups. Moderately priced. Friendly people. Wide selection of groceries.

Only had one brand and one flavor of Kombucha, the staff ignored me when I walked in and took forever to cash me out, the whole place smelled terrible and there was open/ left over food crowding the fridges where the cold drinks were stored. Wouldn't go back

Tiny little cafe with fresh squeezed juice and fresh hot meals. They also dabble in quack medicine; some of the products on the shelves advertised fake health benefits and solicited extra money to do so. They also sell what I call "crunchy junk food" such as organic chocolate bars. These products are tasty and hard to find, but calling them "health food" is a stretch. The food was good but the prices frightening. The chili was home made (special of the day if I recall) and was definitely fresh with a nice texture. The added quinoa was a great compliment. No heat though; I had to add soy sauce to really unleash its flavor. Already expecting to pay a premium for fresh local food from a mom and pop shop, I was still stunned by the bill (the chili was not priced on the menu). The menu priced everything not only on the high end, but there always seemed to be about a dollar extra on top of that to make you go "ouch!" That extra dollar really felt greedy. I could have sworn I saw $9 on the menu next to a cup of fresh squeezed juice! Although this shop advertises as a hole in the wall they sure price to the "millionaires with yachts" crowd. Still, they have a friendly, local vibe with tasty food. Go here if you want fresh non-chain food and you don't care about your food budget. I would still like to go back, but honestly I can't afford to pay this much for a simple lunch at a cafe. And of course ignore the fake medicine. One of the employees gave out bad medical advice to a customer when I was there. For gosh sakes if you have a serious illness go to a real doctor!

Please stop here for healthy sandwiches and juices. They are very friendly. Recommend this place highly.

Have not visited the location personally. I am about 30 minutes away. I googled and found this place after being ill for days from my current trip to FL. I am from Michigan near Canada and I am experiencing unknown sickness probably from travel and the heat. Marnie gave me some wonderful tips over the phone I am hoping to make it that way with the group today or at least find something to help me! The website looks great and the staff seem so helpful I would recommend this place to anyone who is into health foods :)

When you're driving through the Keys, it's a good idea to remember that after a while places to eat become few and far between. We were on our way to Big Pine Key and were absolutely starving, and stopped at Good Food, which appeared to be the only game in town. It's a funky little joint with a juice bar and a counter where they made sandwiches and salads. They have a holistic health center offering chiropractic, massage, reflexology, light therapies, raindrop therapy, facials, and dried blood analysis (WTF)? Oh, you can also arrange to get married. Anyway, we decided to just go with some sandwiches, and walked out a long ten minutes later with a turkey and cheese wrap, and an avocado and hummos wrap. Along with a couple of drinks from the cooler, lunch cost us $27. And it wasn't worth it. And after about another 1/4 mile we came to a shopping center that had several restaurants and delis. I guess good things come to those that wait, and we simply didn't wait long enough.

A small pricey establishment but excellent source of good food in a very small community. Excellent curries/stews were available everytime we went. The juices were fabulous. It was a great place to stock up on whole food items while camping. We loved the congenial staff and quality of our refreshments. The back courtyard was a lovely atmosphere to hang out and enjoy our food. Highly recommended. ---They don't do much produce but the deftly concealed grocery store across the street has a pretty big selection. Just ask 'em, they'll tell you how to find it...---

My grandma told me I had to come here and get a bowl of whatever soup they had, and I am happy I did because it was one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten. It was a cashew and celery soup, and it was phenomenal! The fruit smoothie was pretty good too! They also have a vast variety of different foods and coffees you can buy that are organic and fresh. If you are in the area, I would definitely suggest you come by and have whatever soup they are brewing up.

Lived in the Keys a couple of years ago and got hooked on the vegan dream cookies that the Good Food Conspiracy carries. Called from my new home about 15 hours away and asked if I could get a dozen shipped to me. They went out of their way to get them baked fresh, securely packaged and delivered in a timely manner. Got the cookies and immediately wrapped them in foil, put them in a freezer bag and then popped them in the freezer...well at least the one's I didn't immediately eat! Now it's 2 months later and they are still just as perfect and fresh as the day I received them. They even had the baker call me personally to coordinate the delivery! The store itself is great! An oasis of great vegan organic products in the middle of Publix and Winn Dixie land!

This is a great little oasis tucked away on the road to Key West. I am so happy that I stumbled upon this place. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their food is tasty and they have a wonderful selection of fresh foods that change frequently. I also like the fact that they carry items that are normally hard to find.

We are so happy we stumbled upon this place, and will make it a point to stop by whenever we pass through here. Our family just ordered smoothies today, which were delicious and fresh, but the wraps and salads looked wonderful as well. There is a well stocked market full of organic foods if you're so inclined as well. Highly recommended.

An incredible wealth of healthy knowledge, vibes, and food!!! We shared the Tofu, Avocado & Cheese wrap and it was absolutely delicious!! Healthy to the core!! I loved that the tofu was made fresh and so you know it was made healthy. I even got some bulk herbs and heard some great advice while waiting in line. This place is all good. Wish I had one near me!

Stopped in on a drive down the keys after seeing great reviews. The staff was very friendly. they had multiple crockpots cooking soups and staff chopping fresh veggies behind the counter. We thought we were in for an amazing lunch! But I have to say I was disappointed. We felt like the wrap if a funny taste and the smoothie was very different than a typical smoothie I've had. May be great for others who prefer these tastes, but although we love to eat healthy and fresh, we overall didn't like the flavors and wouldn't go back.

Best healthy food in the keys by far!!! Ask about a fruit freeze (vegan, organic, all fruit fresh made "ice cream") Fresh Salsa in the cooler is a summer food staple. Veggie egg rolls every Friday (fried Friday's) are fried in coconut oil so they are some what healthier. If you are gluten free most all soups are always gluten free and vegan and organic. Have them over brown rice if you want! Picnic tables in the back yard. The staff is amazing, fabulous & fun!!

I'm so thankful for places like this. Was on a road trip back to Miami from the keys, and stopped here. It was just what we needed after party night. Hangover no more! I'm vegan and they were very accommodating. Their hummus avocado wrap was bomb!

Rev. Marney (aka the owner) and her staff are fantastic in every way possible. Marney has recommended the best food, beauty products, honey, and vitamins for me. All of the food they make including their sandwiches, spring rolls, and desserts are one of the best I have ever had. I'm not even vegetarian or vegan and I can't believe that their food can taste so good and better than most I have ever ate. My wife and I went here to grab something to eat before going to Bahia Honda beach for the day. When driving through the keys the only food spots seem to be super main stream and touristy, luckily this place is neither and super authentic. We got a tuna sandwich with the works (every healthy vegetable you can think of). We also got the recommended coconut mango smoothie and it was delicious. They even topped us off after having a few sips. The food and smoothies here are really great and you can really feel the love in this place. I think you can actually get married here- don't quote me on that though. This spot is a must for a lunch stop if you are driving through the keys!

Great atmosphere, great selection of GOOD FOOD, Vitamin supplements, organic food and sundries! Will stop in every time I am in the area!

This funky stop had some nice fresh offerings in the middle of a store, selling fresh veggies, "health food items" and aromatherapy oils. They had interesting soups. I had a fresh salad with veggies and tofu; my husband a tuna sandwich. They had a juice bar as well. It is less than 1 mile from the National Key Deer Refuge, right off the highway. There are just a few stools around the counter and one table.
