The 25 Best Birthday Dinner Restaurants In London - London - The Infatuation

"At Good Fortune Club, friendly servers zoom around scooping egg fried rice directly into diners’ bowls. And if they so much as overhear someone mention a birthday, they’ll drop off some complimentary banana fritters with a single candle poking out and start an X Factor-worthy singalong. This heaving Cantonese spot is so chaotically fun that even the poshest Wimbledon Village local might accidentally let out a cackle." - jake missing, rianne shlebak, sinead cranna, heidi lauth beasley

The 13 Best Dim Sum Restaurants In London - London - The Infatuation

"Modern Cantonese spot Good Fortune Club is so much fun that even the poshest Wimbledon Village local might let out a cackle. And the dim sum is so good that we’d encourage you to make an entire meal out of it. There’s everything from beef meatballs to springy truffle prawn dumplings, as well as a fried and grilled section (but the steamed is better so order the lot). If you’re looking for excellent dumplings and a fun time, it’s your place. Just know that some of the menu items are only on until 5pm." - jake missing, heidi lauth beasley, rianne shlebak

The 11 Best Restaurants In Wimbledon - London - The Infatuation

"Good Fortune Club—a modern Cantonese spot on the fancier part of the high street—is so much fun that even the poshest Wimbledon Village local might let out a cackle. You could easily make an entire meal out of dumplings, most of which are served all day. Servers bring complimentary banana fritters with a candle if they so much as overhear someone mention a birthday, and groups gather for settle-in dinners. If you’re looking for excellent dumplings and a fun time, it’s your spot." - rianne shlebak

We went to Good Fortune Club for Dim Sum, and it was a delightful experience. The dim sum was nice and fresh, especially the deep-fried varieties, which were absolutely delicious and never disappoint. The restaurant environment is quite pleasant, with wall decorations that perfectly match the dishes in a white and blue “china” color scheme. The service was also good, making the entire dining experience very enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy quality Dim Sum!

Second time I am going there and all I can say is this is becoming my favourite Chinese Restaurant. The decor is very chic, the food excellent with many vegetarian options (the grilled turnip cakes are insanely good) and portions very generous. If I was critical I would say maybe the lighting in the restroom area is a bit too white and harsh. That's how little I have to complain about

Lovely fresh dim sum. Nice, quick service. Very close to Ealing Broadway. Best Chinese I’ve had in ages. They were very understanding about my partner’s nut allergy and checked about sesame. Will be back and can’t wait to try rest of the menu.

Nice local Chinese restaurant in Ealing. Great to have decent and authentic Dim Sum. Flavours were good enough and food served quickly. The only let down is the staff who served our table who was not on the friendly side. He came across quite cold even after we complimented the food there, he didn’t even respond to that. The atmosphere of the place is nice and clean. Good to have this new place and we will go back for sure.

Great to finally have a good Cantonese restaurant in Ealing. The dim sum are fresh and high quality. The crispy duck is well above average for a local Chinese restaurant and the beef in black pepper sauce is sublime. Huge portion and great quality beef. The staff are attentive and friendly. The restaurant is kept neat and clean with a simple yet modern decor.

I’ve tried dim sum all over London, mostly in Chinatown, but this hidden gem in Ealing really impressed me. My wife and I tried the Roasted Pork Puff Pastry, Classic Cheung Fun with Peanut & Hoisin Sauce, and XO-style Turnip Cake with Pork – all bursting with authentic Cantonese flavors and expert craftsmanship. The service is friendly and efficient, making it perfect for both a quick bite or a leisurely meal. If you're craving dim sum, this place is a must-visit. Ealing may not be the first place you'd think of, but trust me, it's a true hidden gem. Highly recommended!

Delightful Cantonese dining experience with exceptional service. The Siu mei was perfectly seasoned, tender, and flavorful. The beef bun was soft, filled with juicy beef, and a burst of taste. The prawn dumplings were fresh, plump, and bursting with savory goodness. A must-visit for authentic Cantonese flavors!
