"Good Life Cafe has been around for 20 years, and it’s perfect when you’re looking to walk in and have a great breakfast with lots of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options for under $20. Go for the Bodie Omelet, which is stuffed with bacon, mushrooms, onions, and green chile, or the chicken florentine. On warmer days, you should sit on the patio and do some people-watching. Because this place is tucked into a nondescript strip mall, it almost feels like a well-kept secret among locals, with the bonus of friendly and attentive service." - Danielle Bauter

Google
An excellent option for a healthy breakfast, right in the heart of downtown Columbia. Very green and warm decor, with a modern touch. Lots of seating inside and out. I loved the avocado toast with egg. The biscuit was delicious too. The cheesy grits were very good. No complaints about the food. The coffee was also very good but it was a bit surprising that they didn’t have fresh half n half (instead they use the round packets), and not organic either.

Google
The food was tasty, but definitely not worth $130 for a very basic lunch for three people. One personal sized pizza, one burger, one wrap, plus drinks and two appetizers. Atmosphere was cold and impersonal. They assume you want to give a minimum tip of 22%. I don't mind tipping well, but 22% when you're ordering at the counter? We won't be going back.

This place used to be vegan, but I believe it may be under new ownership. Although it's no longer vegan, they do offer vegan options. The food was delicious, especially the pressed juice. The customer service was awesome, and I am not sure if she was the owner or manager, but she overhead us saying it was my daughter and grandson's birthday, and she gave my daughter a free piece of cake and birthday card. She has no idea just how much her act of kindness meant to us.

My strawberry matcha with oatmilk was amazing. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with an egg fried medium, turkey bacon, and cheese and it was SUBPAR. The first time I got this sandwich, I could tell effort was put into making it. I mean, it is hard to mess up a breakfast sandwich. Well they did. I waited 30 min for a barely toasted sandwich with shredded cheese that hadn't melted and 2 little pieces bacon for $12.00 The egg was cooked correctly. I would have left the sandwich and asked for a refund if I wasn't hungry and needing to get to a meeting. Please do better.

Very yummy and flavorful food. Healthy. Great vegan and vegetarian options. The pressed juice is beyond delicious and worth the price. For Columbia this is a very New York/California styled location to eat, it’s nice. Up to date and with the times. Very sweet staff who are very engaging and down to make sure you get all of what you need.

Google
I’m a veteran and DA civilian visiting the area from Fort Bragg. I’m plant based and found Good Life Cafe. I absolutely love the quality food, ambiance, and clean atmosphere here. Savannah and Jessica are amazing and provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend coming if you’re looking for delicious plant based breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. This place is immaculate!

This is one of my favorite places to grab lunch in Columbia. Classy and simple; it’s one of the hidden gems of the City and the food tastes great. It’s always a delight whenever I go in and see Savannah, Shelby, Rhiannon, and/or Makenna (workers in the restaurant) and they greet me by name before I even place my order; it shows they really care. Bottom line: Great food and I love the staff… Truly one of the top spots to have lunch in the capital. Keep up the good work!!

Google
This was my first time trying vegan food options from this location. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu items. Though they were out of bananas, I still ordered a smoothie anyway. I ordered the spring rolls, which stuck to parchment paper that forced me to eat it like a salad. I liked the mushroom toast and polenta grits. The vegan sausage pattie was more like a doughy bread in texture, but it has potential. The receipt had a listing of tip amounts, yet when handed the electronic payment card reader, the staff member already preselected a 28% tip. My order, including the tip, was over $55, and I wasn't wowed, but I will update this review during my next family trip or vacation to SC.

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch here in Columbia while visiting and I was surprised how empty it was at lunch time on a Saturday. The menu is pretty well rounded which is why it sounded good to me. We ordered at the counter at sat outside. Prices are a litttleee steep but pretty on brand for a vegan place. I got the Mediterranean wrap with a fruit cup. It was flavorful but nothing overly special. My friend got the turkey burger and fries and it looked pretty standard for what it was.

Chantay C.

Yelp
Googled vegetarian restaurants as I was driving through Columbia and several came up, this was my choice! I'm so glad I found this cute colorful jewel located in downtown Columbia. They had several delicious looking options and I chose the buffalo cauliflower quesadilla, my side was the sweet potato fries minus the cinnamon. It was delicious and the quesadilla was huge I couldn't finish it all. I will definitely visit again! The staff was very nice and I love the atmosphere, and the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Yelp
Walking in this place was beautiful, I loved the set up and the ambiance was inviting. The service however left much to be desired. When I walked in 3 women were talking and barely acknowledged me I wasn't even sure any of them worked there if one wasn't standing behind the counter. It was my absolute first time here so I wasn't sure how to order, if they would come to my table if I sat, just nothing. I finally spotted a menu and started to read and one of the ladies just stood in front of me staring at me. When I ordered they all seemed confused on how to ring it up. Why is it on the menu at 10am if you can't ring up the margarita? The entire exchange was horrible. I would say, get the margarita, it had an amazing lemonade flavor if anything I will go back to try their drinks. The avocado toast was large however bland and not at all toasted. A little salt would have helped but there were no condiments, no napkins, along with no offer to bring anything, just the same group of ladies talking. The toast also took FOREVER and I was the ONLY person in the restaurant. It seems like a new restaurant with no idea about service.

Yelp
Good food, casual vibe, friendly staff. I had the kale salad which was delicious. Nice outdoor space on a quieter street in town.

Yajhayra M.

Yelp
Some good healthy options available here. We had the Kale Salad with some grilled salmon (additional cost) and the Crispy Salmon Bowl. Both were delicious, tasty and good size portions. They were friendly and the service was great. Nice modern ambiance and tempting desserts. A little pricey but healthy options always are. You order up at the counter, pay and then they bring your food.

Yelp
This place has been on my list for quite sometime. I stayed at a hotel nearby, so it was an easy walk to get there. There's a couple self ordering stations to order from. There's items that you can pick up to go. I ordered their happy hour specials which was cauliflower and salmon bites. I then went back and ordered two salmon bowls. One bowl for the next day for work and the other for my husband. Food was really good. Service was fast. I don't think the salmon bites are vegan though. I want to go back and try the ice cream and some desserts. The place is very nice too. There's a little clothing/bag/accessories store inside. There's a section to also purchase spices and other things. I am glad I kept this place on my list.

Yelp
I decided to try this place again after they moved. The service was great and the new space is gorgeous. The food was delicious but unfortunately it did not sit well with me whatsoever. I had a very upset stomach after and I was so disappointed because it was delicious. I emphasized that I had a dairy allergy , and the menu said there wasn't any dairy in this, so I'm not sure why it made me so sick. I'm not saying the food was bad but there might have been some cross contamination which is what I was worried about. If you don't have food restrictions this is a probably a good go to place. Not for me unfortunately

Anita L.

Yelp
"We used to be fully vegan." Umm what? How can one go back to supporting animal cruelty? Do they not know how vegans feel about sellouts? But alas, it was too late for me to walk out at that point. Nothing else was open. The pasta I ordered was extremely bland. It's as if they forgot to add salt, like how they forgot what having compassion for animals means. I also didn't like the excessive plastic packaging. Additionally, it seemed like one of the staff members was sick. Please don't come to work, especially not a restaurant, if you're feeling unwell. That is a health hazard. Needless to say, I'm not going back for my last day in Columbia and will take my business to other real vegan spots in the area. Cute interior design, but it still doesn't make up for everything else.

Yelp
First time going at the recommendation of a friend who's been here before. It is a mostly vegan cafe. The decor was super cute! Great for a selfie. Inside was spacious but had a comfy feel to it. The menu had great options for food and cocktails. You order at the register and they bring your food to you. Which I liked. I ordered the veggie flatbread and white wine. My friend ordered the Turkey club sandwich with sweet potato fries. Everything was delicious! My flat bread was huge. I didn't even get to finish it and neither did my friend. Her sandwich was huge lol. They carry popular brands of wine which was nice if you're not big on trying different wines. Great portion sizes for the price and the service and staff was good! They also share the space with a boutique that has some nice products and apparel! I was tempted to buy a purse out of there lol. I'll definitely be back again to try other menu items.

Yelp
Needed a good healthy lunch before heading out of Columbia, S.C. Thankful I found the Good Life Cafe on Yelp. I ordered the Harmony Bowl with quinoa, kale, black beans and sweet potatoes. It was delicious! There were plenty of other menu items that I would definitely try if I had been staying longer. While I got a to-go order, the cafe appeared to be a nice atmosphere to have a meal, inside or out. While I am willing to pay for high quality food like at Good Life, I did knock off a star because the prices did seem a touch high.

Leslie M.

Yelp
I haven't had anything I didn't like yet. Took a step out of my comfort zone with this almond butter, banana, eggplant bacon toast, but it works!

Kayla P.

Yelp
Fresh food with many healthy options for vegetarians. Open space with tables for 2-4. Outdoor seating as well at the entrance. Service was light but the food did not take an overly long time.

The C.

Yelp
We have eaten here before and loved the food. I requested a vegan BLT, which was good. Fries were great. Would come again. Can't comment much on service or atmosphere, as we ordered to go.

Yelp
I travel a lot for work and was surprised to see a vegan cafe in Columbia, SC. Naturally, I had to check it out. I went for the item highlighted on the menu as a favorite (sweet potato burger) and the lovely waitressed recommended the kale salad as a side. The first thing that struck me was how fluffy and flavorful the bun was given it was egg-free! The sweet potato burger was pretty good, but it could I think they could have turned the flavor dial up a tad with more spices or sauce. The 5-stars remain because the consistency of the burger was firm and had bite, unlike other veggie burgers I have had that just fall apart after the first bite. The kale side salad was yummy with a nice nutritional yeast topping for added health. A little acidic, but balanced a bit by sesame oil. The Live Cleanse cold pressed juice was B+. Very acidic, but refreshing. My biggest complaint of this juice was honestly the price tag of $8.50. This is the only item on the menu where the price is not listed... and now I know why. The rest of the menu is reasonably priced so I though the juice would be $5 or $6, but $8.50 is excessive for any drink. The atmosphere is as chill and energizing and you would expect from a vegan cafe! So glad I came across this place and got to try it during my visit.

Ayana L.

Yelp
Nice staff and pleasant atmosphere. However, it's a poor value for the expense. A smoothie cost $12.00. For a premium smoothie price like that, the quality should be nothing short of outstanding. In our view, the smoothie was just so-so and we could have made a better one in our kitchen. We also ordered an avocado toast on Sourdough bread, with fried eggs. The eggs were good, but the toast had guacamole, not avocado slices, and the bread was most definitely not Sourdough. The bread (or something) left a not-so-great aftertaste. We felt like this cafe/restaurant promised a lot, and sounded promising, but we were disappointed, as the kitchen seemed to be cutting corners on quality.

Hana M.

Yelp
I think this a good place for vegan junk food; it was a toss up between chili cheese fries and buffalo cauliflower quesadilla. I went with the latter. There's vegan health for options too- though I'm not about that life. My side dish of choice would fall into the "health" options, it was "chef's beans of the day" and it was just black beans. Period. No seasoning, not even salt. But the quesadilla was awesome and well sized. The matcha tea with coconut milk and ginger flavor (that I cried about paying 10$ for) was sweet, gingery, and creamy.

Yelp
Wow the name of the cafe fits!!! The picture of what we had is dull compared to the delicious eating experience!!! Great service and outstanding quality!

Vee F.

Yelp
The food is delicious. I had the Good Life salad with salmon instead of chicken. It was delicious. I also got the kale salad for next day's lunch and how about I ate both salad in one day! Yes I did. Everything was so good. The salads were crisp and fresh. The staff was extra patient as I took my time ordering. The atmosphere was nice, I didn't dine in but I wish I would have. The ambiance is very welcoming.

Melissa J.

Yelp
Food was mediocre quality has gone down since the last time i was there. They also have a 28% tip pre-programmed into their payment system. Which typically forces the consumer to pay a 28% tip on food they didn't yet receive. We ordered 4 easy to make items they came out at considerably different times. They didn't even deserve the 20% tip i left which i wasn't able to change because i had to pay before we received our meal. I wont be returning next time I am in the area...

David C.

Yelp
Foods always great and quickly served. Great atmosphere. Highly reccomend this place!

Alma H.

Yelp
Disgusting! When I visualize the food that was brought to me, I literally gag. I ordered avocado toast on GF bread and fried eggs. Hard to screw that up. The eggs came crispy on the bottom and literally raw on the top. The whites weren't even whites, they were see through as in not cooked at all! I would be ashamed to bring that out in a restaurant! I sent them back and ask for them to cook them more and even the server agreed and when she brought them back, they were a little more cooked, but sooo greasy, it was as if the bottom was deep fried in a ton of cheap vegetable oil, which you can taste. I dipped the bread in the yolk to get something out of it and I couldn't eat the eggs whites. Hubby's omelette was just as greasy. I am not picky at all when it comes to eggs, but this was unacceptable. The avocado toast came on a cold soft gf bread (not sure why they call it toast when it wasn't toasted) and the "avocado" part was a paper thin see through avocado spread that was tasteless. To top it off, their tip is set up automatically on 28% when you preorder at the counter. This place literally has no shame and judging by the low quality of food, they shouldn't be in business.

Yelp
Half Great/ Half Bad PROS: I ordered the Fried Green Tomatoes with Vegan Pimento Cheese and it was really good. The Fried Green Tomatoes were crispy and the onion jam was sweet but not too sweet. The Pimento cheese surprised me! It was a little melted from the hot Tomatoes, and creamy to eat. I could definitely see myself eating a grilled cheese sandwich with their vegan pimento cheese. So 5/5 stars for that. CONS: I decided to continue with the healthy trend and ordered their vegetarian pesto fettucini with grilled tofu on top. The grilled tofu was nice, it was firm and you could see the grill marks in it. It had great flavor. The top portion of the pasta was even good, but as I dug down further into the bowl, I began to get some of the grilled vegetables. The grilled bell pepper pieces were not bad, but the zucchini was far past grilled, or charred - it was basically soggy charcoal. And the burnt taste permeated the dish to the point that the only thing I finished was the tofu and about 5 bites of noodles. Sad considering the dish was about $12 with an added charge of about $4 for the tofu. $16 for a dish that went right into the trash. so 2/5 stars on that. Now, I will give them another chance, because I think that the pesto pasta would be great if the veggies weren't burnt. And they also had a turkey burger that looked good. I forgot to take pictures though, sorry.

Della L.

Yelp
I decided to stop in Good Life for some filtered water and also ended up getting a strawberry lemonade. Staff was nice and helpful and the establishment is very clean and nice. I'll definitely have to take a trip back to try one of the menu items but I was headed to the Latin festival and didn't want to spoil my appetite. The strawberry lemonade was OK it was a little too acidic for me. Overall the customer service alone I'll be back for lunch one day.

Aaron M.

Yelp
This is a really neat and healthy option not too far from the state capital and right off of Main Street. Try the gluten-free lemon lavender cake.

Teen B.

Yelp
The space is beautiful. We ordered the Good Night martinis and a Peak Drift CBD water. Both were excellent. For food we got an order of avocado toast and a spinach and feta omelette. The food came out quickly and was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Hali C.

Yelp
Awesome selections. Vegan friendly and family friendly. Thankful for options for breakfast and lunch.

Betsy W.

Yelp
When you need a break from traditional southern fare, look no further than Good Life Cafe to restore your craving of healthy, plant-based options. They can also accommodate carnivores with shrimp, turkey burgers and chicken. Service is prompt and friendly, and the cafe is an immersive plant experience. Several cocktail, wine, and beer selections.

Courtney J.

Yelp
Came to this restaurant to try some vegan options, and it was pretty good! I got the nachos, spring rolls and the chili. I originally asked for the sushi - I guess that got lost in translation, but I didn't make a big deal about it. The service was good, I was greeted by friendly people when I walked in, and they offered many suggestions about what I could try. I will say the nacho portion is HUGE! It says it's a shareable, and they ain't lying. They were very tasty, and it is something I would get again. The spring rolls were packed to the max with veggies and noodles. The sauce that accompanied was good. If you're looking for something light and fresh, that's a good option. I didn't love the chilli soup. It was just too salty for me. Overall, I'd return to this restaurant. It's super cute, friendly service and they have a variety of food options. It was a good intro to the plant-based lifestyle for a beginner.

Cheryl B.

Yelp
I've had breakfast here a couple times. Excellent waffle dusted with powdered sugar and seasonal fruit ie: blueberries & strawberries. Great place for vegan & smoothies! I do recommend! Nice quiet ambience. Staff are friendly and helpful!

Yelp
1. EGGPLANT PARMESAN BURGER (Eggplant, lightly fried with house-made marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese, served on a whole wheat bun with sesame and poppy seeds) 2. SWEET POTATO BURGER (House-made patty of beans, sweet potatoes, grains, and spices, topped with lettuce, tomato, and spicy mayo, and served on whole wheat bun with sesame and poppy seeds) 3. HARMONY BOWL (Quinoa and beans topped with a hearty serving of kale salad, ginger tahini dressing, and vegan parmesan cheese, roasted sweet potatoes) 4. BASIL PESTO PASTA (gluten-free pasta tossed in fresh pesto, seasonal peppers, spinach, zucchini, onions, sun dried tomatoes) 5. MACARONI AND CHEESE * 5/10 * This was awhile ago but this was at Good Life Cafe, located downtown on Main Street. Good Life is an all vegan restaurant which is rare to see here in Cola. I remember that this meal wasn't really good, like everything was dull and kinda dry. My mom ordered the Eggplant Parmesan burger and my older sister ordered the sweet potato burger. Both of these were eh, kinda bland. The sweet potato fries were good though, crunchy, sweet, salty. The harmony bowl was ok (the dressing is what saved it), and ps. Ask for extra nutritional yeast. The pesto pasta on the other hand, was a no. The pasta was over cooked, it was like my little sister was eating rubber. Not a fan but the taste wasn't that bad, you can never really go wrong with pesto. And most of the time, vegan pestos taste equally as good as the original. The Mac and cheese had zerrroo flavor, we had to chef it up and ask for extra buffalo sauce (which is amazing), and add it to the mac and cheese. Replicating non-vegan dishes and making the vegan version is hard, and Good Life could improve in some dishes. ^@kamibites on Instagram

Yelp
I was downtown and looking for somewhere to eat lunch and wanted something light so I came in here. I wasn't sure how this place worked because I'd never been here before but the staff was very nice and helped me make a selection, I got the fried buffalo tofu salad. The salad was good and the vegan ranch was the best I've had! I also got a side of roasted sweet potatoes. My only change would maybe be I would've preferred thinner tofu pieces, I'm not actually vegan but I enjoy a good vegan meal. I prefer tofu sheets over a big piece just because of the texture, but that's just me. Overall the flavors were great. Also I got a vegan fingertip cupcake, it was phenomenal, the icing was great.

Hanna B.

Yelp
Food is good and expensive. Come here at least once a week due to its close proximity to work. However today, they skimped on the fries, the cashier opened my box to look at my food to tell me what I ordered and they skimped on the fries. For 20 bucks - I do expect full servings not 1/3 of what I normally get. The wrap is delicious but again it's filled with filler and very little protein. Will not go back since $20 bucks doesn't give you full servings anymore.

Peter G.

Yelp
This is a pretty good vegan, healthy restaurant. I wanted to love it, but the management problems were maddening. I figure they had 8 people working, or so, and service was slow. You could see groups of employees standing around talking. The latte we ordered arrived with the main course, maybe 30 minutes after ordering. There wasn't anyone there, why did it take so long? Had to stand up and chase the check, even though I was right next to the kitchen. We were there on game day, while the farmer's market was right outside, and they weren't killing it, it was really kind of slow. The manager should have been all over the service problems. Let's get into food problems. I've had a smoothie here, pineapple, tropical, it was good stuff. The smoothie bowls weren't to our liking. Way too much peanut butter, oat milk, creamy and not enough frozen fruit. The granola had ginger in it, which was an unwelcome and weird choice. Large amount of chia seeds, which is a lot of fiber if you aren't used to that. The sweet potato pancakes were kind of bitter, wouldn't get them again. Overall, they are using the right, high quality ingredients. Pricing was as expected for this kind of restaurant. The kids working there were nice. I couldn't get over how unmanaged the restaurant seemed. Get coffee on the table, get the check on the table, refill water, check after food drop, it isn't rocker science. So close to being really good, and so far away.

Charlotte T.

Yelp
The service was great as well as the food. I highly recommend the buffalo cauliflower quesadilla and the sweet potato black bean burger.

Cassandra A.

Yelp
Came in today around 1040 am. None of the breakfast items were carbless I asked if I could wait 20 minutes for lunch and basically was told no, breakfast wouldn't be ready until 12...but others came in at 11 and were given a lunch menu. The server went to the back to double check for me with with a manager and confirmed the no. So I ordered the almond butter toast with eggplant bacon. It was really good. My daughter ordered a kids waffle. She didn't really care for it. Ordered a black coffee, half way into my meal, it didn't arrive...so I asked the server to cancel. I guess coffee was not made yet for the morning.

Kayley G.

Yelp
Great service! I had the avocado toast which was absolutely delicious! Not a fan of the unicorn latte but thats just my preference. Cute indoors and plenty of outdoor seating!

Mr B.

Yelp
Loved the power bowls. Great healthy food. Good coffee. Great atmosphere. Love the huge windows and patio.

Olivia M.

Yelp
Just went in for the cheesecake! Got a mocha espresso due to it being the only one left that they had Usually wouldn't go for this flavor of cheesecake but it was actually good and I didn't feel guilty eating it not such a great after taste however ! Glad for vegan options ! It is plenty on the menu

Jalen J.

Yelp
De-lish. Completely cleaned our plates of our nachos and fries. We got 2 shakes the super green and tropical. My partner and I bought these two with the intent to share and before I knew it the super green was at half the cup. My partner loved the super green so much we were going to ask for a refill . The vibes and place were amazing, they hold events that I can't wait to sign up for and attend, attending a jazz event drinking a spring cleaning drink mixed with rum eating some good food is just a vibe. This place is lovely and the food matches that. Make sure you tell them of your allergies our hostess made sure to ask the chef what's in the cheese because of my peanut allergy. Overall great experience here and I will for sure be back. My goal is for them to know my partner and I on a first name basis.

Laura T.

Yelp
Amazing healthy option! The power bowl was really good and filling. Kale salad was worth the hype & I loved the breakfast burrito

Beth L.

Yelp
I'm sad to say I wouldn't recommend this place. Both times the food has come out barely warm, and the biscuits and gravy were really dry. The service is hit or miss. The first time it was good, the second time the hostess was unfriendly and not helpful. We weren't greeted when we arrived, and weren't told we had to order at the desk. As a vegan, it takes a lot for me to leave a negative review with feedback, after two experiences now, one mediocre and this second time flat out bad - I won't be returning or recommending this place.

Allison B.

Yelp
First time at this vegan restaurant and we were beyond words happy with the food, beverage and service!!! Bella gave excellent recommendations and did so in the friendliest way. We had golden/tumeric latte with oat milk, spring rolls and then the sweet potato burger with fries! Outstanding! From the location to decor, service and food, we highly recommend!

John X.

Yelp
Two of us ate lunch here. Management does not know how to run a restaurant. I've worked in food and beverage, and the two servers were not experienced. Waited too long to put in an order. Server had difficulty entering the order into the handheld. Ordered vegetable noodle soup (as was described to us) w/ grilled cheese and side salad; and tacos w/ French fries; and two glasses of wine. Here are the results: A bowl of chili was served instead of the purported vegetable noodle. It took 10 minutes to get the corrected soup ("It's being heated" - WTF?!). The vegetable noodle soup turned out to be a bowl of elbow macaroni surrounded by a broth. Broth was good - didn't want a serving of macaroni. Tacos were tasty but the tortillas had been pulled directly out of the fridge, so I'm eating a refrigerator cold bread blanket. The fries were tasty but soggy, and the only reason for that is because the fry oil was not hot enough. Wine was very late because "She had to find the serving glasses." First time I heard that one - IN A RESTAURANT. Side salad never came, and we honestly didn't give a damn at that point. No comps, BTW. $50 for strange food and poor service. I'm beginning to believe that vegan diners don't much care what they eat, and how they are treated, as long as the food is vegan. Compost would do as well. Say to me I'm wrong.

Kristin B.

Yelp
The food was pretty okay. It lacked a depth of flavor. I had the sweet potato burger, kale salad, and brown rice with a Golden Latte. The burger barely had any sauce on it and the patty was too crisp. It tasted like grilled cheese placed directly on the grill. I asked for more sauce which helped. The kale salad was pretty good. Really loved the dressing. The brown rice was just brown rice. No seasoning. The golden latte made with oat milk was delicious. My friends and I shared the Dip Trio which came with guac, salsa, and queso. The queso tasted like soy and was way too greasy. The oil separated. The flavor was flat with no depth. The guac needed lime and salt. The salsa also needed lime, salt, and cilantro. Maybe some jalapeño for a kick. My friends had the pesto pasta, Mac and cheese, and the Buffalo cauliflower quesadilla. They didn't enjoy them. The Buffalo quesadilla actually had too much cheese on it. Surprising with it being a quesadilla. It was just not the right texture of cheese you'd want with a quesadilla. No stretchiness. Just very mushy. The pesto pasta also lacked real flavor. Our waitress, Darcelle (sp?) was lovely, and a beautiful person.

Yelp
I'm no vegan or anything, but their menu makes me want to maybe try some stuff. That being said, I love a good kale salad and they happen to make one. Try the Power Plus smoothie bowl, as well! If I had ANYTHING negative to say about them, it is that, when I order with the Toast take-out app and arrive on time, I'm always in for a bit of a wait - nothing major - 5-10 minutes. I need to try just arriving 5 minutes after the "your food will be ready" time.

Yelp
We stopped by here to pick up some food as we were traveling through. The cashier was a bit unprofessional and not super helpful. I ordered the GF pesto fettuccine with kale salad which tasted great! I also got the chocolate smoothie which was very overpriced and bland. The cafe itself looked very clean and cute! I would give it another try if I was able to.

Yelp
The place has a positive energetic environment. The Life latte drink was superb along with the avocado toast!

Yelp
I can't emphasize enough how great this place is.... The food itself is amazing especially the Mediterranean Wrap along with the Spring Rolls. Great textures and flavors! If you need TERRIFIC takeout to brush away covid blues then come here! Easily my favorite place to eat in Columbia because of how simple, healthy, and tasty the food is. I'm not vegan, but this restaurant has me going in that direction now. Delicious!

Yelp
Hit this place up when we first moved here (prepandemic). I liked it alright but the prices were a little higher than I would have liked and if I remember correctly the hours were strange so I was only able to try once. Since restrictions have loosened up my partner and I passed by during Soda City one Saturday and sure enough they were open with brunch!!! Not really being in the mood for food we ventured their new drink list and wow!! I would definitely suggest this spot for a great brunch drink. Can't speak on the food although it did look really yummy but the drinks, yes. I had the cuMcumber juice with vodka :) Yes that is how it is spelt on the menu...
