GOOD MOVE

My favorite workout studio in New York! Classes are all super inclusive, upbeat, and welcoming to all levels, from absolute beginners to experienced dancers. I especially love the Hot Btch and Hip-Hop classes, but the other dance classes and pilates/yoga/etc are amazing too! Julius, Davon, Beck, and Lulu are especially great instructors. Classes are challenging but super fun and low-stakes. Highly recommend!

I have literally never smiled so much during a workout class. The good move signature class is so fun and delightful. Great cardio, good for muscle toning, and an overall really fun experience. I will definitely be back.

As someone with no dance experience, I’d been feeling the desire to add more movement and dance into my life. I’m so happy I found Good Move! Had a wonderful time and the instructors are so energetic and sweet. They really make sure everyone is following along while making the pace manageable and fun.

GOOD MOVE is so much more than a dance school-- its a community center, wellness space, and movement-meditative sacred place. The instructors are all incredibly spirited and welcoming of people from all ability levels. You leave here feeling powerful and fully expressed. For those not into dancing, they also have amazing yoga classes and sound baths on the schedule. One of my favorite places to recharge and restore in New York, for sure.

I bought the two-class pack and it was well worth the price. LaDarius and Julius were incredible dance instructors; they both created an experience that was perfect for beginners, like myself. They both included choreography to pop songs, which was really exciting to learn. 🕺🏽
