So glad I found this place. They have coffee, they have food & they have beer. You can be indoors, patio or the park with the kids to meet a friend. I love this idea. 💡 Update: I came again in the same week. This time I brought both of my children to enjoy the outdoor park. We came to play then went inside after a bit of playtime. Then back out to play again. As we cleaned up the inside toys, my husband was asked to bust our table. This was weird to me cause when we went inside I asked to clean the table we wanted to sit at to play board games; it was dirty. The cold brew wasn’t all that. The banana chocolate French toast was good. The breakfast hoagie was DELICIOUS 🤤.

My husband and I love this place. We love to come here on a Sunday morning and have coffee and breakfast burritos. The staff are always incredibly nice, the prices are reasonable, the coffee is some of the best in the city, and the food is delicious. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and even a little playground right next door for kids to play while their parents enjoy a nice coffee. Overall great place to come!

It took a while for the Espresso Martini Milkshake to be made. And it was NOT worth the wait. I basically had been given cold milk with a touch of alcohol. No whipped cream. No ice cream. Barely any chocolate sauce. Not at all like a basic milkshake. Cost $10. Not worth it. I had originally ordered a Seasonal Compote Milkshake, but they were out the compote.

Visited Good Neighbors Meeting House for the first time today around 1pm with my fiancée. While the food was good, the customer service really missed the mark. We ordered at the counter and left a tip upfront, which I’m usually fine with—especially if the experience matches the gesture. We also cleared our own dishes after eating, which again, no big deal. But if guests are expected to do that, the least you hope for is to feel welcomed. Unfortunately, the person who took our order didn’t make much effort to be friendly. When she brought our drink to the table, she just set it down—not exactly gently—and walked away without another word, even after we thanked her. She wasn’t carrying anything else, so the interaction just felt dismissive. That kind of energy matters, especially for first-time guests. On the other hand, the person who brought out our food was warm and friendly, which we appreciated. But overall, the lack of hospitality at the counter stuck with us more than anything else. Hoping this was just an off day, but it did impact the experience.

Super cute neighborhood cafe with an impressive menu & relaxing patio seating. Plus they make the mocha so pretty you almost hate to drink it😍

Don't go here!! As we went to leave, we were told we needed to clean our own dishes and table before we leave. Mind you, we were asked to tip 18% when we paid. Small little coffee shop.we had the sausage and one bacon breakfast burrito. My wife said her coffee was great!. I only had tea because they don't do blended drinks (scooters trip after we leave here). The food was very dry, not much eggs or cheese. They probably do a decent business but we travel the world and review based on the trends and quality.

Cute spot in a quite neighborhood with lots of seating. Nice small bites to full on meals. Delicious food and drink with a clean atmosphere. Definitely will come back for more.

Google
Great location for families, with a good park right next door for kids to play at. The inside is also tastefully decorated. That said, the service was pretty slow, and we waited almost 30 minutes for a single breakfast burrito. The coffee was also a bit watery for my taste.

Yelp
Oh what a gem! Good Neighbors Meeting House takes its name seriously because it was literally embedded in a neighborhood in town, We were welcomed with large patio space outside which connects to the inside seating. Large water jugs and cups were available to grab for your table. They also had a section of board games to choose from. My friends and I grabbed some drinks and breakfast to begin our day, while I filled out my wedding card for my friend. I got their iced chai, which had the option of a sweeter or spicier taste. I went with sweeter as a baseline. I also got the pulled pork breakfast burrito to split with my hot fiancé. The chai was delicious! Good amount of sweetness but still had some spice to it. The breakfast burrito came nice and toasted with a delicious crunchy shell. I'm so glad we chose to split it because it was quite the burrito. The pulled pork was a bit dry but they offered a cup of salsa, and my fiancé found their store made bottled hot sauce which we paired with. Absolutely delicious! There were seasoned potatoes on the burrito which helped fill us up. Flavors were great and I left so full and satisfied with just half. There was a cute little library outside too so we browsed the offerings. Love the vibes and the food and service exceeded our expectations!

Yelp
I passed this place several times this week taking my granddaughter to camp. Today I decided to check it out. Service was quick and friendly. Though the line never seemed to end the staff continued to smile. Moving up here from Texas I must say this is the best salsa I've had in Colorado. It was on the side of my potato egg burrito. It did not look like a Texas breakfast burrito but it was wonderfully delicious. A great vibe here, people coming and going, eating inside or outside. Lots of happy people.

Yelp
I do love to support local business but the last few times I have been in, coffee beans taste burnt. Food is frozen too. Would rather support local & fresh. Pro: right by a park for kids and a walking/biking path

Yelp
Cute lil cafe in the local community! The food and service is good and friendly. We were staying at a nearby Airbnb and walked to the cafe and enjoyed our coffee and breakfast!

Yelp
Went in for a quick sip to start the day. The latte I had was absolutely delicious. So much so that I'm already craving another. I would love to come back and spend a little time. Have a little something to eat. Maybe sit back and read a little. This is the type of spot you can tell that becoming a regular would be easy. The staff and service was absolutely on point.

Yelp
So, I went back and forth between 3 stars and 4 stars, but ultimately felt like I absolutely had to give them a 3 star because of the lack of cleanliness. Now, crumbs on the floor and dirty tables may be okay for some people, but I honestly cannot get comfortable in a dirty place. I stopped by to meet a friend and her daughter for a quick breakfast. The girl taking our order was super sweet and patient as I looked through the menu and decided on something for my daughter. I ordered a hot chocolate for me and a plain waffle for her. Prices are reasonable and the tip is included in the price. We sat down and our waffle came out fairly quickly, followed by the hot chocolate. Both the drink and the waffle were pretty tasty, my only complaint is that the maple syrup was watered down, but its all good as I dont really give baby a lot of sugar. Now, I did feel the urge to eat as fast as possible and leave because like I mentioned before tables and floor were really dirty. Pastry crumbs everywhere and tables were sticky. Maybe they are understaffed? Perhaps. So I will give them another shot... Because its conveniently located next to a super cute playground and the food is actually quite tasty.

Yelp
Such a cute place. We didn't come early enough and missed the made fresh biscuits and gravy. Getting to this place was a little weird because I wasn't expecting it to be nestled so tightly in a neighborhood. The name is much appropriate!! The inside seating area was pretty limited, I only saw 3-4 tables. Most of the seating is outside and next to a kids park. I thought the outside seating was one of the coolest things about the restaurant; under the trees, next to a kids play area and running/bike trail (see pics). The food did take a bit longer than expected to come out but when it did, OMG!! It was presented so well and it tasted delicious. They definitely made up for the longer wait time. I'll definitely be back to this place.

Yelp
I wanted to love this place. I always give locals places higher ratings, but not in this case. I ordered the breakfast sandwich for $14.55 and a cup of coffee for $4.50. It is one egg and one piece of bacon and a side of cold fried potatoes. Not a very good value. I may as well have gone to McDonald's and spent $5 for the same. I would have been just as full and had a free refill for my coffee. I must say the coffee at Good Neighbors is very good. The location is pretty cool on the corner in an old part of town. The interior is eclectic and cool like most locals places. I would have enjoyed a softer seat, all the places to sit are hard wood or metal. Oh, and they expect you to bus your own table after tipping them at the counter when you place your order!!!

Yelp
This is a super-cool coffee and food spot in the Springs. They have nice breakfast sandwiches and burritos as well as waffles and bowls.

Food C.

Yelp
My friend & I arrived about 11 or so & ordered. We decided to split a breakfast burrito. We sat outside since they have a nice outdoor tables. After about 20 or so minutes, the burrito arrived & it was served with salsa. We cut it in half. The burrito was cold, but we were so hungry we didn't want to send it back. After eating, we went inside to empty our dirty dishes. The trash can has a lid that probably had not been wiped off in a week. It was hard to put your trash in there without touching the lid. The bathroom was clean, but no paper towels, so I went out & grabbed some napkins to put on the dispenser. I'll try this place again, but I think they are short-staffed like everyone else these days or they need to have their folks re-trained.

Yelp
This is a nice coffee shop, not real large, with a very friendly staff. It is a bit pricy, considering it is a standard coffee cup, not a larger paper cup. Drinks were tasty, but I personally haven't yet found a to-die-for drink. Noise level is loud, but you can still carry on a decent conversation with 2 or 3 other people.

Yelp
We went here for a late brunch, really lunch, and we really enjoyed our food choices! I really appreciated that you can eat waffles all day, and I had the garden waffle. The waffle itself was so light and flavorful, and it was topped with fresh veggies and delicious avocado. Loved it! I also had a drip coffee and the Fuego Mary. The Bloody Mary had a great level of spice, and the coffee also was delicious. Boyfriend had a sandwich with avocado and it was also good. They make the lemonade with fresh lemon and it was bomb. He had a smoothie later on (study date, we were there for a while), and it was also really refreshing. The only bummer was that they were out of ingredients for two things we wanted to try. We'll be back though to try and get those another time tho!

Yelp
If you're looking for a local coffee shop, this is the spot. I have been coming here for a few years and never had a bad experience. They are very reliable in terms of food, drink, and service. It doesn't hurt that it's very esthetic and a great location to walk to either! I recommend the quesadillas and iced coffee.

Yelp
Super on the fence about a 3 star rating for Good Neighbors, I was leaning toward 2 stars. First time in today and my first impression was just rather "eh". Let me unpack why... The good before the bad... Good coffee and at more than reasonable prices. They also have ground coffee you can buy that's from some of the best roasters in town. Cool space. Nice upgrade from Dogtooth Coffee. Now the bad... We asked the cashier what were the best things on the breakfast menu. The things she suggested she'd never tried before. She made comments like "It looks really good" or "A lot of people order that". The staff knowing the menu because they've eaten it is kind of core to the restaurant business. The avocado bacon waffle was ok, but the arugula bitterness rather drowned out the other flavors. The bacon seemed to have been prepared awhile earlier. We liked the breakfast sandwich with sausage. But $9 is rather steep. Lastly and the most off putting thing; the east end of the dining area where there was room for us, was swarmed by flies. Our entire visit we were batting flies away. I did wonder if the kitchen had a similar fly invasion.

Meagan G.

Yelp
I stayed in Colorado Springs for 3 nights, and two of the mornings I went here. Coffee and food were absolutely wonderful. The staff was personable and gave great recommendations for other areas I was visiting. And the general vibe is just cozy, clean, and welcoming. It's fun to watch all the dogs walk by too. I'd be here all the time if I lived nearby.

Yelp
The premise of this little spot is really cool: a quaint, friendly place for people to meet and share a meal. It' harkens back to the days of English pubs and east coast diners. The effort falls unfortunately flat with a limited menu (in itself not an issue, but half the items were scratched out and unavailable) and price tags that would make an airport gastropub blush. The food while expensive is also bland, comes in terrible portions, and provides a wholly unsatisfying expensive. It dares to ask "what if the worst sadnwhich you had came with ruffles potatoes chips and cost $15" Our attraction was the play area nearby, which is available for use by anyone since it's a city park being taken advantage of by the restaurant next door. The service, while friendly, was painfully slow.

Yelp
Great place for a business meeting. Tasty food...attentive staff...great service! I'll be back for sure. Can't wait to take my wife.

Erin S.

Yelp
My sister and I split the honey & banana chia seed pudding and apple cinnamon French toast and both were delicious. We also got mimosas, and a friend had a green smoothie with a turkey bacon avocado sandwich and he also enjoyed the meal. Friendly service and loved sitting outside in the sunshine. Definitely recommend for a nice breakfast spot!

Yelp
Good neighbors is a fresh, hip, and trendy coffee shop, located in the middle of Old North End. Good neighbors is the perfect brunch, hangout, and study spot. They have tons of options on their menu and lots and lots of drink options! Only downside is a lot of times they are very busy and depending on what you get, it can be pretty pricy. The upside is they are all about No tips! So no need to tip, they just add it into the transaction. I am not a huge fan of the espresso, but I really like their cold brew and smoothies

Jesi S.

Yelp
Overpriced, mediocre food (my egg was almost as dry as the potatoes) in a stuck up ambiance. Pass. Staff was kind but bored, I will say the space was cute and clean.

Jill F.

Yelp
This was our go-to breakfast stop while stayed by at an AirBnB close by. Would recommend everything we had: great orange juice, tasty breakfast sandwich and breakfast bowl and delicious waffles.
google avatar

Stephanie W.

Yelp
While appreciating the neighborhood location, I have to say that the wait time to get your food is over the top. When we arrived, the restaurant wasn't even half full and our wait time for food was over 45 minutes. This is standard for this place. Maybe they need some help in the kitchen or hire someone who can move a little faster? The waffles are good but my over-medium eggs were crispy and almost hard. I don't know if we'll go back. This is how it is every time we go here. We keep hoping something will change, but so far it hasn't.

Yelp
Stopped in here for brunch, so glad we found this place. Such a hidden gem for us. The vibes are awesome inside and out. And I just love everything on the menu, it was so hard to decide. I decided to go with sweet! And basic coffee I ordered the blackberry and mint with anise waffles, wow. So flavorful and perfect size portion! Everyone was so sweet! And again, I just loved the vibes, the chillness, the music, the people. Unbeatable atmosphere!

Yelp
Mmmmm... Tasty! Decided to head out mid morning to grab something to eat and treat myself. I have had Good Neighbors Meeting House Bookmarked for sometime now, so I finally made my way over to that side of town. It was close to 11am on a Thursday, I was still able to get in prior to them ending their breakfast service. It was still fairly busy, but I was able to find a place to sit. You order at the counter, and seat yourself there is no table service besides them bringing you your meal. Again, the only thing I hate about this is that they want you to tip before you even get your food, I oppose this fad. Anyways I went with the Garden Waffle, added bacon and two eggs... Though I only wanted one egg, but was told that I was only able to add two eggs for $2, why I couldn't add just one for $1, who knows but whatever I wanted the egg. Not too long after my breakfast had arrived. So if you review their menu the Garden waffle is made with green onion and white queso, topped with avocado, arugula, heirloom tomatoes, bell peppers, & blackberry peppercorn dressing. With the added egg and bacon, this breakfast was AMAZING. The flavor was FANTASTIC!!! I don't get waffles very often but this one caught my eye, and I was so glad that I had ordered it. The only thing I would probably do different is get the blackberry peppercorn dressing on the side, mainly because I am slow eater and that being said the waffle did become soggy. I would come here again, to try lunch and or dinner. I can only speak for the food because their customer services is fairly non existent. The guy that did take my order acted as if I was inconveniencing him, and then no good byes or thank you when you leave... Other than that, the food was awesome and I would recommend breakfast for sure.

Yelp
Clean, spacious (plenty of seats), and good selection of beverages/food. Free parking. Staff are friendly. WiFi works well. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Restrooms are clean and well maintained. One downside is that the chairs are not size inclusive so it's pretty painful after a while.

Yelp
The waffles at Good Neighbors Meeting House were honestly one of the things I was most excited about upon my return to Colorado Springs this summer. I frequented this place many times last summer, and I had been looking forward to returning ever since! It did not disappoint! The waffles find a perfect textural balance between dense and fluffy - they are amazing! My favorite is the Garden Waffle, which allows me to eat a savory meal while still getting a waffle. The blood orange shallot dressing livens up the dish beautifully. Caving into my sweet tooth, I also got the chocolate chip waffle. I really appreciate how they cook the chocolate chips inside the waffle batter (rather than sprinkling the chips on top). Those who are sensitive to overly sweet things beware - the chocolate chip waffle might not be for you. I, however, love sugar, so I thoroughly enjoyed both! The portion sizes are perfect and the prices are very reasonable. To top it off, the interior is very aesthetically pleasing and there is great outdoor seating! I will once again be looking forward to my next visit to my favorite brunch spot in Colorado Springs!

Yelp
Service was good , ambiance was very nice and clean . I ordered a breakfast veggie burrito which I wouldn't recommend. Mostly potatoes and hardly any eggs . It wasn't worth paying for and I left most of it . Check out the breakfast burrito at Kawa coffee. It's very good , has a lot of eggs and very flavorful.

Yelp
Good Neighbors is a lovely little coffee shop with friendly staff and wonderful coffee! Their breakfast burritos are also delicious and very reasonably priced! Thanks for a quick breakfast before our hiking adventure!

Yelp
Was looking for the perfect coffee cafe and was so impressed! From the service Birdie effortlessly executed to the food, drinks and atmosphere. We will definitely be back!! - Goodreau and Marquez family

Yelp
Very disappointed in the food at GN. Tried both the quesadilla and the southwestern burger and both were awful. Burger was put together sloppy and was a thin, frozen like patty. I had two bites and tossed it out. The quesadilla cheese wasn't melted all the way and was lacking flavor, which is strange considering all the ingredients in them. So if you want a burger or quesadillas, make them at home. They will be significantly better than the ones from Good Neighbor.

Yelp
This place is super cute on the crossing of a trail near Colorado College. There is a playground where kids can go to the restaurant to ask for water. It's seems very welcoming and nice however the restaurant itself seemed very dirty and unkept. The corners and walls are dusty and dirty. You can sort of feel it when you walk in and sit down. I've heard rumors that they're employees aren't paid a living wage which is typical in Colorado however they need better pay to care for this super cute place....
google avatar

Yelp
I have never been here but heard it was a great place. SO, I ordered a gift card for a friend that was to be delivered by email. I placed the order on December 2 for email delivery on December 15. Here we are, on December 31 and she has still not received it. There is no phone number on their website to contact them and inquire about this issue. FOLLOW-UP. I did manage to contact them on Facebook and their response time was excellent. They solved the issue and sent the gift certificate again, and my friend received it. I've updated my rating and this review to reflect that.

Yelp
Super high prices and a small menu, but that's because they pay fair wages, don't accept tips, and use good ingredients. good ambiance out on the patio. The lack of AC was disappointing on a hot September day but it was a great spot to read and drink tea outside. I wish there were more gluten free and dairy free options, however I love their support of Woman and minority owned businesses, and the service is always lovely. I'll have to go in for a night of live music here soon. 4/5

Fola B.

Yelp
We randomly ended up here when we took a walk that ended up very long bc of the nice weather. The restaurant is literally nestled in the middle of a residential neighborhood which was interesting. Right next to a playground and a park. They were observing covid precautions and the woman taking our orders inside was wearing her mask. Best part- The patio! It is so nice and big and they have heaters and little mini fireplaces (not sure what they are actually called). And the patio is on the East side of the building so it's in the sun instead of the shade, when it most matters during the cold weather. Food was good too, I had a sandwich and my husband had the charcuterie platter. We will definitely come here again!

Yelp
Very expensive coffee... with tax a drip coffee is $2.71. A bit steep. Another Yelper said it's a cozy place. Yep cozy as a 1950s bathroom. All hard aluminum chairs and black and white tiles. Not one comfortable chair in the joint. It's a little schizophrenic. Not a great coffee place and not a real bar ... as Adam Ant said "don't drink, don't smoke, what do you do ???" I Won't be back ...

Pam S.

Yelp
Food, service and ambiance is the worst!! First the food, ordered a few sandwiches, lattes, drinks, appetizers and waffles. It was absolutely horrible, no flavor and dry sandwiches. The grilled cheese with pulled pork was not appetizing, too spicy and dry. Everything was unseasoned and dry. Catering to the unseasoned crowd? Second service, it took 50 minutes to get our food from time of placing order. Staff didn't seem to care when questioned about the wait. You'd think for making people wait that long, the food would be the redeeming quality. Also, as far as poor service, when asked about what the best thing on the menu is, they stated " I don't know, I'm a vegetarian" ok, thanks for making everything about you. Ambiance, is extremely politically charged. Fine, if thats your thing, but can we just go to a restaurant without that in your face, and feeling like everyone has to be "woke". Here's my "woke" observation...its a white run restaurant, with an all white employee base that took over a Latin American family run business, so save your equality and fake wokeness.

Yelp
This corner coffee shop / cafe is in the perfect neighborhood location! Lots of outdoor seating. We've been twice, and I ordered the granola and yogurt both times. Pricey but ample: plain yogurt, honey drizzle, granola, and whatever fruit compote is in season. The hub orders the waffle: same compote and whip cream. Crispy waffle and real maple syrup. Not a sufficient portion for someone with his metabolism, but he loved it Someone a table over ordered the garden waffle - looked amazing. I'll try that next time. Serve yourself water, cream / sugar, and bus your own table. Wasn't super busy either morning we went but it did take awhile to get our food. Great vibe and we weren't in a hurry, so not a big deal. A little pricey but worth it.

Yelp
I stumbled upon this cute place in a desperate search for a GOOD place to get some food Easter morning. I was pleasantly surprised because up until that morning, my experience eating in CO Springs had been extremely underwhelming, to say the least. But Good Neighbors really turned that around for me. I got their country breakfast bowl with a biscuit instead of potatoes because they were out. I ordered it with chorizo gravy and avo and everything was fresh and very tasty. I also got an Americano with their cinnamon syrup and it was the perfect addition to my breakfast. The food did take a bit to come out and my partner got their breakfast with a biscuit as well which he enjoyed. I will say however that if you're going to serve biscuits, I'd definitely recommend that there be butter and jam or something to go along with it, otherwise it's going to be pretty dry.

Yelp
Holy Bones! This place is super amazing!!! They offer breakfast items and crazy yummy waffles! I got the brat-waffle and it was insanely delicious!!! They split a brat on top of the best tasting waffle I have EVER had with a a few greens and drizzle it with a tasty dressing. I gobbled it up so fast! I hung there for a bit doing some work and I love the way it smells in the restaurant. I still have that scent on my clothes and am remembering my fantastic meal. Thanks, Good Neighbor!

Amanda R.

Yelp
I was really impressed. I tried the onion waffle with bacon and avocado. I tell you what! It was so good! It was lightly sweet and savior from the onion in the waffle. The salty from the bacon and cool creamy cheese and avocado. I enjoyed every bite of it and didn't feel one bit of guilt after.

Hannah D.

Yelp
I have always loved this place. The atmosphere is always great and I've always had great experiences. I didn't mind the higher prices with their justification of not tipping so they can pay their staff fair wages without the "unconscious bias" that tipping implies. However, they've recently taken down their signs that explain why they don't want you to tip and replaced that with a sign saying they now encourage tipping.. but the prices didn't change. The cherry on top was the fact that a matcha with almond milk is now $8.00 (yes you read that right) and the almond milk I saw them use is the brand Silk.. If you're going to charge that much have the decency of at least trying to conceal using a cheap brand like that. Super disappointed and probably won't be going back for a while.

Yelp
Really gone down hill. Service down, menu down, prices way up. There's much better options

Yelp
This is my 2nd time & I think the place is cute & great location. The first time, I had a smoothie & not very tasty. More recently, my friend & I wanted salads & were bummed out since they had not gotten their shipment of lettuce. Why not drive down to King Sooper's to get some lettuce for your customers? Anyway, my BLT was just okay, although I did like that it was on pumpernickel bread. The tomato soup was like tomatoes out of a can - thick & rich, but vegan & I'm sure it was made from scratch. Just too thick. My friends grilled cheese had hard cheese coming out of the sides of her sandwich which she eventually cut off & didn't eat. She did like the soup, though. Prices are steep, although they say no tipping. $3 for lemonade is high, I think.

Leandra E.

Yelp
It was heads or tails on the three or four for sure. I'll start off by giving them kudos first. The staff was super friendly The coffee medium brewed was delicious. And I took with me to go and ice mocha latte one was made with half-and-half and one was made with milk. Mine with milk was delicious my friend said hers with half-and-half was delicious as well. I had a waffle with their compost on it and that was pretty tasty. So there's my four part of the grade. Now for my three that I was thinking about giving would be for the reason that they could've spent a little bit more time cleaning. If you own a cleaning business like me you definitely notice things like that. And there were fingerprints all over the windows and crumbs all over the floor and their refrigerator that's in the customers view was filthy. And the walls were also needing a washrag. It definitely needs the staff to get a little bit better work ethic's and a little less chatting because most of the staff when there weren't customers to wait on they were talking about ski trips and stuff when they could've been out there cleaning and doing something productive for the business. Otherwise I would say I will be back especially to see if the place got cleaned or not. But overall the coffee and the food and the service was grand. The cleaning definitely needed some help

Yelp
Stopped by here for brunch before a meeting on a Tuesday. I ended up getting a latte and breakfast burrito. The burrito is small maybe smaller than the size of my hand but it is filled with egg, cheese, and potato and choice of meat or veggie. I got the veggie option with a side of salsa for $3!! For the drink, you can add flavoring for extra $ which is nice so i went with lavendar for something different. I normally don't like any type of coffee but I was able to drink the latte no problem. It's on a cute little corner, very cozy feeling. If I'm around I'd actually back for the latte.

Yelp
Great ambiance and people however, that's where down hill slide starts. Breakfast meal out of potatoes, biscuits, and sausage gravy is where this place took the first hit. We specifically ordered a change to a gluten free option for the breakfast sandwich which came out 35 min later w/o the gluten free bread. The place was not slammed. The mimosa was warm...We have been here multiple times and always accepted the quirks of service delivery errors. Disappointed and not coming back.

Yelp
Great cocktails and coffee. Service is quick but there is usually a line on the weekends. Awesome waffles.

Yelp
Great first experience here on first visit to Colorado Springs! The coffee was really good and priced well with a lot of options. The atmosphere was calm and had plenty of space and outlets. Best part was the service: Jacob and Sarah were very friendly and welcoming. I didn't realize what time they closed, but they didn't make me feel rushed at all. Genuine hospitality. Thanks, y'all!

Yelp
I've been here 5 times: twice for lunch, once for dinner and twice for breakfast. What I recall about dinner was that it was very expensive and not a whole lot of food. Lunch was better, but still pretty spendy. The food was unremakable. My favorite is their $3 veggie breakfast burrito. I get it 'to go' so I can take it home and eat it with a cup of my favorite tea and good salsa. The location is nice (close to my home), but the atmosphere is rather cold (concrete and steel) in my opinion. Others must like it more since when I got there now (Sunday morning), there is rarely anywhere to sit. So home I go...
