I’ve been meaning to try this place for a while and it didn’t disappoint with its great pizza flavors. I had the breakfast for dinner pizza. It was amazing. it is a breakfast interpretation on a pizza which does not get done anywhere in Seattle and it was fantastic. The ingredients really shined, the chives really made it stand out with the eggs, the eggs were superb and the choice of cheese sent it over the top for me. I think it’s one of the most unique pizzas in Seattle flavor wise, and the bacon was the right amount of smoking. Is that kept me coming back for another bite.
I think the quality and care of the ingredients is very looked after. I also had the sweet and spicy which is pepperoni with sweet honey, which is always a good balance and what I like about this one is that the honey is “not too sweet” which in the Asian community is a top compliment to our desserts. The balance is there and I can tell that the pizza chefs have taken all the balance variables into consideration.
The Pizza here feels well thought out and watching them effortlessly cook the pizza in two different ovens one to rise the dough and get it bubbling and want to finish off and get that nice crust and crisp character. My only personal preference is that I am a New York pizza fan and this is more Neapolitan feeling on the softer chewy crust-wise side of the spectrum. I prefer a more solid under carriage and crispy-chewy spectrum when it comes to pizza. PERSONALLY (dont come at me)
This place has The Barcade vibes, karaoke in the corner, loud music on a Friday night and a pizza oven and staff that just won’t quit. Bring a date, group of friends or a combination of both and enjoy all this place has to offer. Follow them all on IG!!!
