Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

Nope. Worst order of the year. Out of the dumpster. That's a Bambino. Rock hard. I wouldn't recommend feeding this to anyone. Or anything. This was picked from the trash for sure.

First time trying the burgers here, and they're really good and definitely cheesy, so make sure to have extra napkins, lol

Food is good, however the workers have a major attitude problem. Things wrong on my order and rolled there eyes when I asked if I could have the things that were missing in my bag that I paid for. I understand people have a bad day but don’t take it out on me. Thanks

I went through the drive in during my lunch hour to get a treat for my daughter recovering from surgery. I was in the line for over 15 minutes. When I got to the window, the employee was very rude. After I drove away, I noticed that the spoonbender that I ordered was very runny it was like milk with chunks of pecans and caramel in it. Not okay. I wanted to turn around and return it. But I was already late returning from my lunch break due to the long wait. I will never order from this Good times again and let everyone I know of my negative experience.

Super disappointed in this restaurant now. Used to be a go-to in our household, but recently the staff has been incredibly rude and constantly interrupting you. Today, the same occurred and we discovered that they had discontinued their cheese curds, changed the recipe on the potato poppers, and overall cheaped out on their ingredients. Thinner burgers, cheap buns, cheap shredded lettuce. Super bummed.

We did drive through, our order was correct except for the extra dipping sauce we ordered. The food wasn't very good. We thought the fries were greasy and not crispy at all. The burgers and chicken sandwich were dry. There was very little condiments on them. It wasn't busy so we thought the items were sitting out before purchase. We aren't sure we'll be back.

Yum. Delicious icecream. I had a coconut shake. Seasoned tots were hot and fresh with good flavor. I got the spicy guacamole bacon burger. It was perfectly cooked

This location is trash and run by a bunch of incompetent morons, cannot get an order correct if their lives depended on it. We ordered a HAMBURGER, specifically asked for no cheese. Had them repeat the order back to us. We get home with the burger and it is smothered in cheese. We were the only customers in the drive thru line and they can’t make ONE order correctly, and this isn’t our first incidence at this location. Don’t give them your money.

I ordered the double cheese burger and I must say it was pretty good. Definitely cheesy. It didn't even take a minute for them to give me my order. That's faster then McDonald's lol Definitely recommend getting alot of napkins tho for the cheese burger and the fries remind me of checker fries. Those are pretty good to.

So I have bit my tongue through the menu shakeup as some of my favorite side items have disappeared. Finally came back after they got rid of the cheese curds, then the poppers were gone. Menus change I don't wanna be a Karen but still really enjoyed those projects. But now they removed the black bean burger.... I'm a vegetarian. So they've removed the only main course food option I can actually eat....? I've been loyal to good times since 2018 when I first moved here. But now I literally can't eat here cause I don't eat meat Who is making these menu cutbacks? Like someone needs to be asked, what are they doing? Anyway gotta go somewhere else now... seriously I'm not understanding the intelligence of removing the only vegetarian option. I mean you're gonna lose business from families too that have a vegetarian kid. I used to rave about you all. This sucks. Anyway if you ever offer a vegetarian option again... let me know Faye

The western slope burger is all about the onions! The bun, not so much. The concept is a cheesy double burger with two full slices of onion. Great sweet onion with just a bit of bite. Tastes great. The bun collapsed before I got a mile back to my home, however. Still worth it, but expect to use a fork to eat it.

This is the best fast food Colorado has to offer - we love the bambinos! Tonight we also tried a blackberry shake (heavenly) and the potato green chili poppers (served with a cranberry dip which was wonderful). Fast and friendly service, food always comes out hot and fresh.

served me frozen food, remade it and served it frozen again LMAO. No idea how you are unable to prepare items you feature on your menu but at least THAT's impressive

The Mushroom Burger I got today was soggy on the bottom. Also the mushrooms had a very strong taste Co uld not finish the burger Not the same burger it use to be

The burger was good, but my macaroni was just cooked noodles. I felt like there was no cheese in there. The first photo is the macaroni I received on the first and Wadsworth location. The second photo was the macaroni I received on the Evans and Broadway location. This was my first time ordering from Broadway and Evans.

The burgers are good, but the location I ate at just slapped on half a head of uncut lettuce and onions cut an inch wide. Not a fan of the fries. The Banana Shake was great. This is cheap, fast food.

I have never experienced a old man as rude I payed with a $10 bill cash the change he gave me back was 2 big gold leprechaun coins I asked him For a real 2 dollar bills . He then tells me can't open drawer I will never come back to this location treated with disrespect

I had this place twice in Denver. I do find the burgers to be quite good. For my first time, I ordered a cheeseburger and wild fries. The wild fries are quite similar to Arby's curly fries by the way. I was quite delighted with my meal. Then, I got it again the following week after an abhorrent bite of the cheeseburger at the Greeley location causing me to toss it out. Back at Broadway St. of Denver location, I ordered a cheeseburger and a Mac and Cheese. Even though I find the side dish better at Chick Fil-A, this place's version was also good. The cheeseburger turned out well this time as well. I would recommend someone to try this Colorado-based chain, as a better alternative to McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, & Carl's Jr.

This place is more than okay, don't listen to the other reviews. Deluxe Cheese Burger was fire

Don't come here for a chocolate shake if you actually want a chocolate shake. You'll likely get vanilla. Try it before you leave... trust me, you'll thank me later. #stillcravingachocolatefix

Good custard, mediocre burgers, do NOT get anything with bacon in it -- they don't cook it properly AT ALL.

Bacon is terrible on the bacon cheeseburger and the burger is pretty thin for more than six bucks. The chicken sandwich is very processed. Not good. The only saving grace were the natural fries. I will never go again!

No mobile orders. Not worth it to me. The food is ok but I'll go to the ones that can take mobile orders. Not to mention the app let me get all the way through ordering and entering my card Info before it said that location can't take mobile orders. Why not tell me that the second I select your store?

My rating is lower than one on the food at this location! I've had great meals at other locations of Good Times. The burger patty was cooked beyond recognition, the bread for the Patty Melt was hard as a rock on the edge and mushy in the center. The cheese slice wasn't even melted. The onion rings, normally a favorite over other chains, were also hard as leather. The onion slice inside the batter had almost disintegrated! At least the chocolate malt was ok. I feel cheated out of $15. This needs fixing, this chain execs should step in as this is not up to their standards.

I had never been to Good Times before tonight, and I had a few questions while ordering-one of which was "what are wild fries?" The man taking my order (who I came to find out was Joseph) explained them perfectly. I pull up to the window, pay, and as Joseph is handing me my food he says "From your questions, I figured you've never been here before so I threw in a couple of sauces for you to try." Excellent customer service, and extremely thoughtful. Thanks Joseph, I will be back!!!

I don't know what it is about this location, but I wasn't impressed with the quality when we got some to go the other day. Not only did they get our order wrong, but everything tasted bland. When you look at the Mac and cheese, there's definitely cheese on it, but it's so watery as if I was eating plain old Mac. I'd better stick with the other locations.

I ordered a double combo and was given a single very hastily and slopily made. Substandard at best. My dog loved it

I ordered food online and I was told rudely that it isn't on the screen so he couldn't make it. Didn't even look and was rudely told "nothing I can do about it". So I called the store and told them my order name and they said they had my food and they were sorry. I returned to location and the same man who was rude proceeded to throw my food at me and cussed me out. I'm not sure if it's the manager but I'm never returning to this location again

The food is fine. But they handed us our food with something sticky on the outside of the bag. The kids burger was smashed into the bag so it was a mess, they gave us no straws or spoons. I don't expect much from a fast food drive thru place, but the fact that they asked for a tip was absurd!

They high key don't have a tip jar and when I asked them they said I could still tip them but then I ran away and hid. Then they asked me if I wanted napkins and I looked in my bag and said yes and then got in my Subaru and drove away. Time to ruminate on this for the next 27 business weeks.

I love Good Times very much. It is probably one of my favorite fast food joints in Colorado. I've noticed that lately service and quality of food in many restaurants are going down and these companies seem to not give a crap, but Good Times has consistently been good every time I've come through. I usually get their cheeseburger with fries and lemonade. The fries are always hot and fresh, the burgers are made fresh and actually look like the photo instead of it being all smushed up and gross, and the lemonade tastes really good too. I've also had their hatch green chile fries and they are super good too and came out hot. I'll always love Good Times and will keep supporting this business

Went here to get a chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese (which is exactly what I ordered and paid for) and they gave me a cold, soggy cheeseburger and cold fries. Service was slow, the man in the window seemed panicked and stressed. Would not recommend this experience or establishment to anyone.

So is it all of good times burgers that are lame now or is it just this restaurant? I took a hiatus from eating here because their service was so bad thought I'd give him a second chance. They're still working on order accuracy, apparently. The fries were decent, but my burger was a pitiful mess. I took 3 bites of bun and slop before even getting to the meat, which was overcooked and dry. Avoid this location if you want the kind of burger Good Times used to be famous for.

These guys really messed my order up. Only 2 cars in line. No cheese & pickles on my bambinos. I checked, I paid for cheese. When I asked for a large Pepsi, he said "We don't have diet." Oh yea I said don't need ketchup. They still gave me 10 ketchup packs. SMH

It was okay... only good to go for late night or stop on road trip. Maybe for a milk shake if get tooth pulled and want something soft to drink‍

Yeah ok..I just waited in the drive through for about forty minutes. Are you milking cows and making the custard? Are you growing, harvesting, ans crushing wheat for the bread? Are you moving backwards? Just don't come here.

The food is ok, pretty typical for fast food, but pricey. The issue I had was I ordered a diet Dr Pepper, and while confirming the order, the man who took my order said "Dr Pepper", which I corrected. I was given regular Dr Pepper anyway (and it tasted like it was pretty much 90% syrup with almost no carbonation). I told the man at the window and he refused to even attempt to correct it.

I knew what I was getting into with Good Times. I can't say I love their burgers, for whatever reason, but I do like their chicken! I especially like the buffalo chicken sandwich, although it comes dripping in sauce and can be quite messy. I also don't much care for their wild fries, however they now offer fresh cut natural fries, so at least I have an option if I want a side of fries with my sandwhich. The custard is always great, so its an option if I want something sweet! This location is off the 16th street mall and so it is like all things off the mall that is a chain - its kinda weird. Odd clientele mix. Sorta clean, sorta not. Weird seating area. You get my drift. It is fast food. Don't expect a five star meal and it's best if you don't eat there, get it to go. Other than that it is perfectly fine!

If something on your order gets messed up, be sure to address it right away. My boyfriend and I came here last week and got some dinner. He ordered bacon to be added to his sandwich. We were charged for said bacon but it was not provided. No problem we guessed, stuff happens. We will correct it on the next visit. Today while ordering lunch we explained that we were charged for bacon last time but it was missed, could we get it this time? The order taker asked us for PROOF. What? How do you prove that my sandwich I ate last week did or did not come with bacon? What would providing the receipt prove? That we like bacon and regularly ask for it? We asked if we could address it with a manager, the order taker ignored the request and again said they cant "just give us" bacon without some kind of proof. I've never had such poor customer service at this location. Even after we said ok thats fine I guess we will look around for the receipt, this gentleman continued to berate us in a very condescending tone repeating that without proof they CANNOT provide us "free" bacon. I am very offended that I would be accused of trying to scam a burger joint for $1 worth of bacon when we just ordered $15 worth of food. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had never been to a Good Times before so I was surprised by how much better the taste and quality are compared to other fast food places like Burger King or Chick Fil-A. They have good food overall. The burgers have great taste and the variety of custard combinations are very hard to resist. Plus, the fries are excellent! I especially love the little sliders. There are also a lot of great sauces that pair well with burgers or chicken tenders. This has definitely become my go-to fast food place!

If I had ordered anything else, that would've been screwed up too. Ordered: bacon daddy burger, large wild fries, small strawberry banana shake, pawbender Received: bacon daddy burger, medium wild fries, large chocolate banana shake, told her that shake is not what I ordered, she throws out the untouched shake and then makes a new one. It tastes like chocolate, which I originally didn't want and don't like. Reminded her about the pawbender, she said "ugh" and went to go get it. Bottom of the bag was also greasy, sticky and covered in a sauce that wasn't on my burger. Looks like I'll be switching back to the Highlands Ranch location if I do even continue eating here at all... "ugh!"

Why don't I come here more...they have everything. Sweet potato fries, onion rings, hot dogs, shakes, awesome lemonade, even dog treats. Definitely my go to fast food.

Ordered 3 burgers. All 2 buns were still cold and 1 almost frozen. It made the entire burger cold. I'm going to throw away. Not worth waiting another 20 minutes while they figure it out. Our fries were undercooked. What's going on? Never coming back to this location and possibly another Good times. They are declining in value....

Absolutely amazing and the fried pickles were as good if not better than any sit down restaurant.

Food was hot and delicious... Compared to other fast food burger joints nearby this place is definitely, hands down the best.

I just bought a small custard and really unpleased at how it was presented to me. The container that it's in is messy with custard stickyness all over the outside, and it mucked up my car seat. Please be considerate of presentation, seriously. Custard is okay and you can get better at Andy's.

Ah Good Times. Most underrated burger in Colorado, period. I'm not saying it's the best it just lacks proper advertisement to make this place a next level competitor. Any who, the last time I visited this establishment the burger had been tweaked to my liking with way more cheese and meat. Just delectable! On top of that I ordered a small spoon bender which is almost like a DQ blizzard just a bit thicker. As you already know a sweet treat and a burger is the best combo in the game. Overall if you are looking for a quick yet quality meal than I recommend.

Honestly great breakfast burritos! I would never expect that a "fast food" burrito would rival Santiago's for me but these are on par. And they always give my dog a milk bone :)

Do not go here. Good times? How about absolutely atrocious times. I got a regular burger and it was luke warm and the burger patty tasted a month old. Both kids Mac and cheese and corn dog meals were tasteless. Fries were awful. And to top it off the homeless love to hang around there so they ate our food out of the garbage because we threw it away after a bite. At least someone appeased their appetite.

Love or hate for this place, it seems. I've always stuck to their burgers and fries, and I've never been disappointed. Their beef is nice and juicy, and the fries are good too. It's a tad on the expensive side, but worth it every now and then. So...maybe try it out and stick to the basics?

I'm done with this location. Burgers are pretty good; Anything else is nasty. I went here last week for a craving. There was one car ahead of me. After 11 minutes of waiting behind him, I took off. (Thank God they have an escape lane) It's fast food people! If I wanted my food 15 minutes after I ordered it, I'd go sit down somewhere! Serves me right for trying to eat crap.

For fast food, Good Times is as good as it gets. The fresh cut fries are beat only by in-n-out and everything is made fresh. The custard is also quite tasty. I love that they're boy afraid to offer spicy food, too. And the marriage with Santiagos? GENIOUS. come on, folks, where else are you going to get a complete meal for $3?

It's just your average fast food place. I was craving for chicken nuggets and saw this on my way home. They didn't have nuggets, so I settled with chicken tenders. The price isn't bad, and it's actually chicken meat. I appreciate that you have to ask for sauce and ketchup. I didn't want their high-fructose corn syrup sauce so I told them no sauce. Wild fries is probably my favorite. I tried their burgers, chicken tenders, desserts, and most of them were just "meh". For those who don't usually eat fast food like me but occasionally crave for certain items, it's not a bad place to stop at. Customer service is always very good and there is plenty parking space.

Burgers are OK. They were better in the past. I go mainly for the Frozen Custard. As close to Carvel as it gets.

I ordered a number 4, Mushroom Swiss burger and a Pepsi. I want to make a note that I'm a regular. But that was easily the most disgusting hamburger I have ever been served. Soggy bun, black-brackish soggy mushrooms that tasted awful. Scraping them off wasn't even worth it. Just a waste of food and money. I was a 2 year regular customer, I won't be coming back.

On Monday July 24th, I visited the Good Times location on south Broadway, utilizing the drive thru for a Buffalo Chicken sandwich. After taking two bites of the sandwich, I immediately determined it tasted horrible and was under cooked. Days later, I began having severe high fevers followed by horrible and endless diarrhea for 5 days straight. After an ER visit, it was determined I was infected with Campylobacter jejuni bacteria. I am in the process of contacting Good Times corporate with the hopeful outcome of medical expense and lost work revenue reimbursement.
