Good To Go

I love the catchy name, but it doesn't do the food justice. DELICIOUS EXCELLENCE to Go might be a better name? But seriously, I just had a delicious made-to-order breakfast burrito. The cashier Isabelle was super friendly and interesting to talk to. Prices are fair. 5/5 experience. I'm glad I stopped in, and will have to come back next time I'm in White Plains.

Good To Go is one of White Plains treasures! The business has been around for ten years but was recently closed for renovations. They have a loyal following of customers because everything they make is delicious!

The food is delicious, it's just a shame that they can't get the delivery service together. When you ask for a certain delivery time (because you work in an office) you should get it "around" that time - not an hour later and have the order be wrong and have to wait over an HOUR for the correct replacement!! I would also appreciate NOT getting an attitude from the person when calling to find out where my order is! It will be quite a long time before I order from there....IF EVER!

How did I not know this place existed until now? The food is beyond expectations (I had a grilled chic panini with Brie and pears and a south beach salad) and it was really decently priced. I got a HUGE salad for $8 which is unheard of around here lol. The absolute BEST part was the service. I ordered through the website. The shop called to say there was an error and normally they dont deliver outside WP for lunch but they'd do it this time for me as a courtesy since the website allowed it to go through. How sweet was that? The food came faster than expected and was amazingly delicious! Delivery man was very nice as well

I used to come here during the week sometimes and the food was pretty good. Lately my job orders it for us every Saturday and to be honest I don't think it could get any worse. The chicken either tastes like it was made days prior or in today's instance the chicken was all tendon and practically inedible. They also seem to not listen to special instructions, for instance I used to order a certain sandwich with no peppers, after receiving it with peppers multiple times in a row, I've just moved on and no longer order it. My job pays for our lunch on Saturday's during tax season and somehow we end up only going here. I often think about bringing my own lunch from home due to the consistent disappointment from Good2Go. I hate to put a place on blast like this but someone should. There are so many better options in the area. Avoid if possible.

I waited about 7 minutes to have a simple egg sandwich cooked and I was the only customer in the store. While I waited for my egg sandwich, 3 employees were working in the front- not making my sandwich. I assumed my sandwich was being made in the back. After waiting about 5 minutes, one of the employees in the front grabbed toast from the toaster and walked it to the back for my sandwich. She had otherwise been typing on a laptop the entire time I was waiting. My eggs are completely burnt and inedible. Hard to get an egg and cheese sandwich wrong with one customer in the store.

I emailed twice with my complaint and no response. bad customer service. never again!!!

The food was great. they did forget a sake but quickly sent a personal driver to drop it off. My colleagues enjoyed the food as well. I would definitely recommend this place as well as the Green Machine Smoothie.

I was looking to order from lunch somewhere new which led me here to Good to Go Gourmet. I had passed by their storefront multiple times but never really explored their menu or what they were all about. However, today I had a chance to skim it, and it looked good enough for me to try them out. From the looks of it, GTGG is kind of like an all-in-one takeout place; they really have a bit of everything. Breakfast, sandwiches, salads, wraps, burgers, etc were all present on the menu. I was looking for a sandwich, and as soon as I saw "goat cheese" listed on one of them I was sold. In addition to said cheese, it contained grilled chicken, cucumbers, roasted peppers, and balsamic. I noticed that I had an option to have the sandwich in a lettuce wrap instead of on bread so I chose that - you know, because healthy. The sandwich, I mean wrap (wrapwich??) was good. They did a good job packing the lettuce tight so it wouldn't fall apart when picking it up (some of it did, but it comes with the territory). It doesn't matter though because the flavors were there and it tasted fresh - plus they gave me a fork to pick up the remains ;-) Overall, a yes - I'm glad I decided to order from here. What I had was good and wouldn't hesitate to try them again.

Don't go. Melt next door is worth it. I've never been to a cheap place. This one tops it all!! 3.45 for a butter roll . My Italian combo 10.45. On it. 1 slice ham 1 slice provolone . 3 slices salami 1 slice prosciutto, and 3 slices of pepperoni. Wait til you see this poor sandwich ..

If you like your chicken undercooked, and your french fries that taste like skunk, and sauce all over the bag that they hand you with your order, funky sauce smell and not very nice management, then this is the place for you. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was undercooked, I threw it out and bit into a french fry that tasted like skunk smell. The bag that they put everything in had sauce on top of it. I called They were trying to figure out what I did wrong. Offered nothing for the salmonella chicken issue. Ok Never ever going back.

This place is amazing!! I had the chicken, avocado, bacon, hummus and spinach wrap - and it was so good!! This is my new favorite sandwich place!!

Just wanted to say that we were very disappointed in the luncheon that was sent to our office today ., the pasta looked and tasted like a child made it and you had nerve to charge $80 for it ., you charged $25 for paper products .. don't think you'll be getting our business again . This place is mediocre. They need to take the gourmet out of their title!! It depends on what day of the week what time of the day you order food. I. Ordered food occasionally but has been good, and bad. I have ordered items that were not so fresh, for example, I ordered a Bagel at 8:45 in the morning and they were as hard as a rock...!?? Some items on their menu such as the Panini are served very sloppy /messy and sometimes they have even served it cold. The new owners did a beautiful job decorating the place but the quality of the food is not there and the prices have gone up.

Giving a three star because of the outrageous price. Grew up in wp, been going to good to go back in 90s. Went here after a few years to grab a quick sandwich. Chicken salad, lett, tomato, mayo on a roll ..$7.95 plus 1.50 can of coke, total was 10.30. Cashier was nice enough to let the change slide, i only had ten on me expecting to pay less than $8 for the whole meal. Lmao imagine if i treated myself to chips. Id be paying $13 bucks. Unreal. Below is the size of the sandwich. To give you reference i wear a size 4.5 ring so my hands are already pretty small. On my way home the paper bag i was given ripped, causing my food to fall out to the ground and soda can to pop. Good to Go; if you are looking to charge as you promote "gourmet" prices atleast provide gourmet experience as Iron tomato does. Yes, even the quailty of napkins and paper bags matter. You are clearly taking advantage of the fact white plains has become a much more economically wealthy city. Do it right.

I do love the place and have been ordering from them for about 5 years now, however, I think they have a change of personnel because our deliveries are something to be desired for. Special instructions are being disregarded, you ask them NOT to put something and the food comes WITH it. The drivers place the box on their seats so the pizza comes with everything on it thrown to the edge of the box. etc etc. when you call and ask to send the right thing, they want you to return the wrong pizza. I have been in restaurant business for a while. you apologize and just send them a new one, offering to keep the previous delivery. while the food is great, the service needs a little vamping up.

I'm staying with my friend in the WP hospital, and I did not want the hospital food. Only a 6-7 minute walk from the hospital. I got the steak torta and it is amazing!

I order in a lot. The cafe makes it easy to pay and tip online. The staff is very friendly. I'm new to the cafe and have ordered about 6+ times and everything I've ordered is delish!

After almost 2 years living in white plains finally found my place to eat.i can tell you guys i triel almost all the places in white plains but not good at all and they are very expensive.im so happy that i found this place its very reasonable prices and the food is really good and very tasty.highly recommended.

One star is too much. I ordered a salad from here with Salmon on it. I opened the salad and the salmon looked like raw chicken. I'm not even sure what it was. I called the location to complain and ask for my money back. They said they would come to pick it back up, they never showed up. I tried calling a little later and they were closed already at 4. I called back the next day and was told no one could help me. I paid 16 dollars for a salad I couldn't eat and tried to have the restaurant remediate the situation but they have been unable to do anything. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past with most of these places. I have been sure to tell all my coworkers about this, this place has not just lost my business but many people's because of this

Great take out food and fast service! Extensive menu and wonderful specials. Great place to pick up lunch.

Ordered a wrap with grilled chicken and got a mushy chicken that tasted more like baked rotisserie chicken then grilled. Hard to finish it.

I had the super Mario sandwich and it was real good. Usually when you get a steak sandwich from most places it thin cuts of steak but this was the real deal . Thick juicy pieces on he sand which . Comes highly recommended!

The food is delicious! The staff is amazing especially the gentlemen who works the cashier in the front. Large portions and quality food. Definitely worth it!

We have been using Good to Go Gourmet catering at the office for several years. They do such a fantastic job! The food is always fresh and the combination sandwiches and wraps are always excellent. We never have to worry about what our guests will think - they always love our luncheons. I even used GtG for a Baby Shower I hosted and people raved about the food. Thank you, Good to Go for making our lives easier and tastier!!!

It took over an hour and a half for my food to come after over an hour passed I called the store and she told me my order was still there and that delivery starts at 10:30 when I ordered at 10:25 on grubhub I ordered a sandwich fries and a coffee they packed the coffee in the bag when I opened it the coffee had spilled all over my sandwich so it ended up in the trash the fries were good anyway just a really frustrating experience and all I ended up trying was fries probably will not order again

My favorite deli in White Plains. Really great (and fresh) food at a reasonable price. Only problem is they close pretty early!

Highly recommend their food. I have worked in White Plains for 5 years and have tried a ton of places in the area. Good to go is the best choice for a quick, high quality lunch for an affordable price. I learned about Good to Go when our workplace used them for catering. They are a catering company but are also opened until 4 for lunch and breakfast. (Please stay open for dinner service someday!!) The food was great and I've been ordering lunch from them ever since. Their salads are great as is their dijon balsamic dressing. The wraps are also very good. The quality of the food is great yet they managed to maintain affordable prices. I generally order for delivery and they are always prompt with service and I honestly can't remember having an issue with delivery. I will continue ordering from them for as long as I continue to work in White Plains!

My job orders food for delivery.They always mess up the order and when you call them and try to explain it to them they catch an attitude.

I've been ordering from them for a while now and have never been disappointed . The quality and freshness of the food is unsurpassed. I've also had catering done by them! Highly recommended

The steak quesadilla here is INCREDIBLE! The quality of steak used it very good, and they use just the right amount of cheese. In addition, several of their salads are very tasty. Will definitely order from here again in the near future.

Great deli with great prices! The food, people, and service is always exceptional. Don't shy away from the hot lunch specials either, everything that comes out of that kitchen is worth a try.

Worst customer service. Was on hold for 10 minutes, only to be hung up on. Called back to speak to the manager, only to be hung up on again. Will not be returning.

Been buying my lunch here for years. Simply always the freshest salads with the best ingredients. The dressing is the best. Terrific selection of wraps. Always made to order and very fast friendly service.

Consistently good coffee, wraps and salads. The Brownies are sinful. Everything just very, very fresh and the absolute BEST balsamic vinegrette ever!

Great selection of salads, wraps and paninis! Flavorful and fresh ingredients. The best part of this place is the cost - I bought 6 meals (salad, sandwiches, wraps and a panini) and 2 soft drinks for $40. Other places would easily have cost $70+.

$25 for 1 grilled chicken salad & 1 steak salad ... A 2 liter coke ... Container was less then half way and there was no more then 4 pieces of chicken with mushy croutons ... The steak was over cooked but overall was pretty decent in taste . as for the delivery man , worst delivery man I have ever encountered ... I got my salads delivered to my job an EXTREMELY busy doctor and lawyers office whom would order from here ALL THE TIME (not anymore) .... Who happened to be 2 blocks down on mamaroneck avenue ... Consists of no turning left or right ... Consists of literally walking straight for no more then 7-8 minutes .... Delivery man gets $3 for tip and says don't be cheap , I need more ... That he used his vehicle found parking and put 2 quarters in ... Ridiculous he left with $30 but once the manager was aware - he was actually very understanding told the man to give us back our money and the salads were on the house . overall I probably won't be ordering from here again ....
