Richardson’s Good Union BBQ Opens a Second Location in Plano - Eater Dallas
"A new destination for smoked meats of all kinds, offering Central Texas style barbecue and a variety of dishes including breakfast tacos, sandwiches, salads, and desserts. Open for dinner service with plans to expand to breakfast, lunch, and dinner starting August 5." - Amy McCarthy
Great atmosphere but the food was horrible! The ribs were tough as hell as if they boiled them and added liquid smoke. Zero to no seasoning and the meat was lacking flavor. My wife ordered a pulled pork sandwich which was the fat from a pig shoulder. The bun of the sandwich was smoothed in butter which made it extremely greasy. Overall the customer service was poor and the male cashier struggled to answer our questions. I was highly disappointed in those ribs!!

I tried for the first time and the meat was really good with my over the counter barbecue sauce because their sauce is NOT GOOD. The side dishes like potato salad, coleslaw, and sugar beans is NOT GOOD.
NICE ATMOSPHERE,
BUT THE FOOD NEEDS HELP!

Good BBQ at a reasonable price. Really liked the burnt ends!
