"Located on Main Street in downtown Duluth, this 10-barrel facility focuses production on lagers, IPAs, saisons, sours, and stouts, which are sippable from taps from the rectangular bar in the brewpub’s restaurant and for retail purchase. The menu skews fancy for a beer spot, with wings in flavors like spicy gochujang and garlic thyme, along with beef tartare with cured egg yolk, and puffed farro-crusted trout.
