While exploring Nunhead for my blog article, I stumbled upon Goodcup Coffee, which I found rather charming.
I visited with my partner and puppy to try the pesto eggs. These consisted of two well-done fried Cracklebean eggs topped with pesto, heritage tomatoes, and garlic-steamed seasonal greens.
My partner opted for the huevos rancheros, a visually appealing dish featuring two fried eggs on warm tortillas accompanied by smashed black beans, a tangy tomato and onion salsa, crumbled feta, jalapeños, and a hint of chilli sauce.
During past visits, I had also tried their bagels and avocado on toast, both of which were excellent.
The cosy interior and view overlooking Nunhead Green added to the charm of the place. And let's not forget the coffee – it's truly exceptional. And they are dog friendly!
