Goodcup

While exploring Nunhead for my blog article, I stumbled upon Goodcup Coffee, which I found rather charming. I visited with my partner and puppy to try the pesto eggs. These consisted of two well-done fried Cracklebean eggs topped with pesto, heritage tomatoes, and garlic-steamed seasonal greens. My partner opted for the huevos rancheros, a visually appealing dish featuring two fried eggs on warm tortillas accompanied by smashed black beans, a tangy tomato and onion salsa, crumbled feta, jalapeños, and a hint of chilli sauce. During past visits, I had also tried their bagels and avocado on toast, both of which were excellent. The cosy interior and view overlooking Nunhead Green added to the charm of the place. And let's not forget the coffee – it's truly exceptional. And they are dog friendly!

Good coffee (Mosey is better). Little chaotic on service. Ceiling fans a bit annoying. Very tight seating arrangement makes it feel cramped. Not had one yet but the bagels do look good. No cakes.

Lovely spot, we’ve had the bagels and pancakes here on separate occasions and were very happily surprised by both. The bagels are on the smaller side but were filling and tasty. The pancakes were the best American style we’ve had in the UK so far. Coffee hits the spot! Would recommend this place 😊

I have been a patron of Good Cup for a long time now, I'm a fussy coffee drinker, so when I say they always make a great coffee I mean it, I never doubt it! So it's a great coffee, on it team, relaxed spot to drink it. Enjoy !

Coffee as expensive as Blackbird Bakery, plastic cups, no stirrers, only a spoon in a jar of demerara sugar which looks like it's been mingled with various droplets of tea, coffee and miscellaneous liquid. Good location, great potential, poor outcome.

I stopped by for a quick lunch today, and the coffee and bagel were delish! I also have to give a shoutout to the male barista—he was so friendly, smiley, and welcoming. It really made a difference, and I left feeling great!

Great little place, with good coffee and tasty food. Staff are friendly and always helpful. Can’t wait to visit once the refurbishment is complete!
