First and foremost, their chocolate bars are amazing! I would describe them in two words: pure and harmonious. If you’re craving cocoa but don’t enjoy the acidity or heavy aftertaste most dark chocolates leave behind, their bars will hit just the right spot. They pair perfectly with a cup of black tea on a chilly New England fall afternoon—it warms me from the inside out.
A quick note: this place isn’t usually open to the public, but we were lucky enough to run into the owner, Tom, who kindly gave us an impromptu tour. He was so friendly and knowledgeable! We learned a lot from him about what really goes into the chocolate we eat, and it’s reassuring to know it’s all made from genuinely good ingredients!
