"After covering well more than 1,000 miles over the course of the week, we finally arrive at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, held each year at the Goodwood Estate since 1993. Goodwood's motorsports history dates back to 1948 when Freddie March, the 9th Duke and amateur racer officially opened Goodwood Motor Circuit on his property. Today, the March family has continued the motoring family legacy. The festival is a must-see for car and racing fans, and even if you’re neither, the spectacle of it all won't disappoint. This weekend, the Goodwood will once again open its grounds to the Festival of Speed celebration from Thursday, July 12–Sunday, July 15."

Had a wonderful time, definitely a place to visit at least once. Handy to have grandstand tickets, somewhere to rest, shelter from the elements, and still enjoy the cars. Tractor and trailer rides back to the car parking area, lots of portaloos, although at the end of the day, they were not very pleasant.

Just returned from the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2024 and it was truly an unforgettable experience! 🏎️ The event showcased some of the most impressive and iconic cars in the world, from classic vintage vehicles to cutting-edge supercars. One of the best features of the festival was the thrilling hill climb, where you could watch drivers push their machines to the limit as they raced to the top. The atmosphere was electric, with spectators cheering on their favorite teams and drivers. If you're a petrol head and you love everything about cars then this is the place for you! Personally I enjoyed the VIP car park more than the stands at the show. The sheer variation of cars you see is immense! Food and beverage is overpriced, as you would expect in a festival setting, but there is so much to see and do that could easily spend an entire day here and still not get through everything. Well worth a visit as it's normally in the summer so the weather makes it even better.

Attended the Goodwood Festival Of Speed in 2018 and plan on attending every year in the future as the event has a diverse array of vehicles from cars to bikes, planes to formula 1 and everything in between. Pricy but worth every penny. If you have any interest in speed get to the Goodwood Festival of Speed
