Goody Goody Omelet House

Excellent food. Fluffiest omelet I've ever seen (mushroom and cheese) with plenty of mushrooms. Mine came with 2 sides, i got fruit (pineapples and blueberries- which were fresh not canned) and biscuits. I'm pretty sure the biscuits were homemade also. My husband had the apples and pancakes which i was expecting the apples to be mixed in with the batter but the apples were placed on top which was fine. He said his meal was very good and mine was excellent also. Moderately priced.

The fluffiest omlette, it was delicious. Also serving Java Jeff coffee and iced tea here. Cash only. Service was very attentive, coffee cup always refilled. Grace is our favorite, she gets us, keeps our coffee cups filled and continuously check up on every table.

Fresh food, great service and friendly people at a small diner, we could not have asked for a more amazing breakfast experience! When we walked in, all of the tables were full (there are only about 6 tables) but counter seats were available. The staff is so attentive and friendly and we loved watching them cook. Our food came out quickly and we enjoyed every single bite! The omelets are so fluffy, made with fresh ingredients and they grill the biscuits before plating them! They are cash only (ATM is available on site) and closed on Wednesdays, but even if there is a wait, it is well worth it!

If you like sausage gravy go on the weekend. There could be a line but worth the wait. The wife had the vegetarian omelet and added jalapeños. She said it was great.

Delicious omelets and grits! Friendly and fast. If you like southern breakfasts this is your place. And bring cash. Only.

Omg!! As many times as my wife and I have been to Wilmington, we have never been here. That changes today!! We will definitely come back when in the area. The food is amazing!! We ordered omelets… fluffy and delicious. I didn’t need to add any extra seasonings to the grits. The French toast are top tier! The grilled biscuits are simply amazing!! You have to go! The location is small and you may have to wait a little, but it is well worth the wait. I promise you!! I didn’t get a picture of all of my food, I was too hungry.

This place has been in business almost 50 years, but I have not had their food until yesterday. The omelet was excellent: fluffy, and not greasy. Great sides, including some of the best biscuits I've had in a restaurant. It is a diner, similar in layout to a Waffle House, but a bit nicer with great ventilation. Service is spotty; it just depends on who you get
