Goog's Pub & Grub

They’re back and better than before. The newer location is built in the same place as the original, but is a more modern style building with plenty of parking. The service was fantastic & it was great to be welcomed back to Holland with smiling faces & great conversation. The food was even better with a plethora of great burger options & something for everyone. You bet I ordered the Grammy’s Olive Burger, something I covet on trips to Michigan & it did not disappoint!

Delicious Burgers one of the best in town, service is very good and nice staff. I just miss the old establishment with its warm welcoming atmosphere. Been a regular here during my stay in Holland since 2010 and missed it when it closed down, was enthusiastic to visit the new one and even though food was good, i miss the place it used to be before. Just one quirk was i paid extra for a substitute of tater tots but got a handful of them only, was expecting atleast to be of same qty as fries especially when charged extra

Had a wonderful lunch at Goog's! The service was great and the food was amazing! Everything tasted fresh and was packed full of flavor. I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

Absolutely fantastic burger! First time in and came ready to order one of burgers off the regular menu but then read about the July special: Firecracker Burger. One of the best burgers I can ever remember eating! Customer service was equally fantastic and the place simply has a fun, casual vibe. Restrooms were even clean at 7pm. There's also a small store next door with some great food and wine and grilling products. The only possible critique is that it could be bigger because this place obviously draws a crowd. And I will now try to be a regular of said crowd

Good food, kids' menus abundant and reasonable. Very friendly service. The food was on point. With a diverse menu, the wife tried the veggie patty and loved it.

I certainly expected more from this place after reading the reviews. The wait was incredibly long and while that alone made me want to leave, there were some in my party that really wanted to try the cod fingers so we stayed. It is a VERY SMALL establishment, and we waited around 45 mins for a table. Comparing the reviews to the wait, I anticipated delicious food. What we received was more on the level of Captain D's fast food. Everything in the seafood basket comes fried, even the crab cakes. It was all too chewy and borderline inedible. The beer list they had written on the large sign when you walk in was not available. The cod fingers looked alright, if you're into fish sticks from a box. If you're local, maybe this is top notch. If you're traveling, I'd recommend exacerbating your options before settling to have dinner here.

I ordered the phoenix burger and was deliciouuuuus with chipotle mayo which brings an excellent twist. The fries are soooo good too! Sure come back when I’ll want a burger. The cranberry pecan chicken salad was good too! The place is small, so probably you will have to wait to be seated, the good part is that there is a store with interesting food supplies to see.

Amazing food and drinks!!! The staff is amazing, and the atmosphere is nice. It gives fancy dive bar vibes, in the best way possible. You look around to find a healthy mix of blue collar workers coming in for their beer + burger, and clearly established professionals discussing meetings. All in all 10/10 food, 10/10 service, 9/10 atmosphere. This is ONLY because it's a tad bit enclosed BUT that's clearly for a reason, being that the same company owns a connected liquor/convenience store that is attached in a very studio-apartment fashion.
