A downtown public house with Portuguese roots—look for heritage specials alongside game‑day fare. Featured by the Sacramento Bee for its poke nachos and neighborhood vibe, it doubles as a gathering spot with local beers and patio music.

We just celebrated our son's wedding rehearsal here last Friday night. We had a party of 40, so I had contacted Al the owner a few months ago to see if they could accommodate us. They went above and beyond! First, the menu was a breeze to select with Al. He even added Greeting Sparkles (alcoholic and non alcoholic) and suggested cupcakes in the colors of the wedding party. Second, the service was impeccable on the night of the party. Last, but certainly not least, the food was just terrific. We had pork belly lettuce wraps and loaded tots to start and the entree selections ranged from salad to burger to their specialty. I cannot recommend Goose Port, Al or their staff enough. They made our rehearsal dinner easy and memorable!

Here’s a NED-style review for Goose Port Public House: --- ✅ What Works Well - Classic American pub fare with a solid lineup of burgers, wings, and comfort food. - Friendly, laid-back atmosphere perfect for casual hangouts and game days. - Good selection of local craft beers and well-made cocktails. - Generous portions and reasonable prices. - Attentive and welcoming service. --- 👎 What to Watch Out For - Can get noisy during busy sports events. - Limited vegetarian or lighter menu options. - Decor is simple—focused more on function than style. - Parking may be limited depending on the location. --- 🎯 Verdict Goose Port Public House delivers reliable pub classics in a relaxed setting—ideal for casual nights out with friends or watching the game. Rating: 4.0 / 5 --- Want burger or beer recommendations?

I went here with my girlfriend on Veterans Day 2025. My girlfriend and I had a cocktail each and we ordered some fries to share. My girlfriend said the fries tasted like fish. When it came time to pay we asked if the same cooking oil is used for cooking french fries and fish. The wait staff replied yes. We only had half of our fries because the taste was so bad. We went there during the day. Most likely this means they didn't even change the oil overnight.. the wait staff didn't charge us for the fries because we didn't eat them..

I honestly don't understand the hype. The classic burger was okay, and the fries were unseasoned. Maybe I should've ordered something else? The drinks and ranch were good, at least. The service was pretty good. The staff were chill and friendly. I like that there's seating inside and outside. There's a couple of seats at the bar, too. There's plenty of TVs for sports fans. They had all the football games on that I was interested in. The music and chatter were at a reasonable volume. I'll give them another try and update my review then.

Came into Goose Port for the first time on a Friday afternoon. We were the only people there which felt a bit awkward, but as the afternoon continued, some more tables filled up. I ordered the chicken salad with a white linen cocktail, as well as a glass of Prosecco. The food came out fast and the server was decently attentive. I’d like to come back again in the evening to give it another try when the place is more busy and lively! Food: 3.5 stars Cocktails: 4 stars Service: 4 stars

We went in for brunch on Sunday - it was loud. They really need to rock some acoustic tiles on the ceiling and mellow it out because it was not a full house. Service was excellent, food and cocktails ok. The Bloody Mary that was ordered had a funk - but not bad. The Eggs Benedict was not runny and was overdone the rest of it was ok. The wings and sauces I ordered were ok. Wings greasy not much crunch and the sauces sounded great but were mellow on flavoring. Go with the thai/lime sauce - it stood out from the rest.

There are a few brew pubs downtown, but Goose Port is the best. After looking at all of the menus online, we stopped by for lunch on a sunday. Super friendly and attentive staff, and the food was REALLY good. I had the bee-sting pizza, which was unlike something you'd get anywhere else! The corned beef sandwich was equally delicious. We'll be definitely coming back, 5 out of 5 for sure.

Out car shopping down Riverside Blvd in Roseville and spotted here for lunch! It's so yummy and has a really cool vibe. The outside patio area is super nice, but we chose to sit inside. The server was super nice and friendly. The music is great and the restaurant was very clean. It was a little pricey but I'd definitely go back!!

Yelp
I'm a lover of all things pickle and fried pickles are at the top of my favorites list. The food is always great. I highly recommend the fried pickles, steak salad, and the pineapple hard cider Service is always fantastic and accommodating. My favorite time to come is before dinner service starts. We love the chill vibe here

Yelp
Came for lunch on a drizzly Saturday (after stopping into another lunch spot downtown where we got bad vibes). Welcomed when we walked in, seated promptly, and knew we'd made the right decision to come to Goose Port. Our server answered all of our menu questions about the extensive menu. We started with the pickle chips with ranch - yummy! It was hard to decide what to order for lunch, but HB had the linguica sandwich and I went with the falafel veggie wrap. We appreciated the water carafe on our table and enjoyed watching some games on the three tv screens near our table (thankfully no/very low sound in the dining room so we could chat). Goose Port would be a fun place to sit outside during better weather or come in to watch a game.

Yelp
For customers ordering at Goldfield Trading Post.... I would like to give this establishment the lowest review possible, not for the food because I have not tried it but for customer service. I attended a concert at Goldfield Trading Post on Tuesday, October 28th and was delighted the Bar had a QR Code to order food from Goose Port just a block away. This Goldfield does not serve food and they have a strict no ins and outs policy. I ordered a Vegan Burger by scanning the QR Code at Goldfield Trading Post. I received an e-mail confirmation along with a text confirmation stating that my order was received. The text stated that my order would be ready in 15 to 30 min. The bartender stated that I would receive a text as soon as my order was ready and I could pick it up at the bar. I waited close to an hour after receiving no update regarding my order. Note that it was impossible for me to call the restaurant because of the noise in the venue and I also could not walk over there because of the no in and out policy. I was stunned when I went up to the bar and asked for a status update regarding my order. They handed me a copy of my receipt and it said in handwriting "we are out of burgers and will issue refund in the morning". I was never notified via text, email or by phone that my order had been cancelled. In fact, by the time I learned that my order had been cancelled, it was too late to reorder a different item as the website was no longer taking orders for the night. I would have expected an e-mail along with a text stating that my order had been cancelled and a refund issued immediately. I checked my bank today October 30, 2025 and I have not been issued a refund. Also, I ordered tots with my burger and it would have been nice if I would have received the tots and got a refund for the burger. I would never order food from Goose Port at Goldfield Trading Post in Roseville. I have cross posted this review in hopes that others attending shows at Goldfield Trading Post will not order food from Goose Port. I called Goose Port today and left a message from the owner and I have not heard back.

Yelp
First time here on a Monday night. Parking tonight was easy. Comfortable place to talk or watch a game while getting a drink amd or some food. Plenty of TVs and wide open floor plan. Also had a patio seating area. Server was excellent, she did an amazing job juggling all these tables. I had a corned beef sandwhich. This was prepared perfectly. The bread complimented the meat dressings very well. Tasty! Five stars this trip.

Yelp
It's a nicely setup restaurant and the Reuben and the Portuguese Sausage sandwich are both very good. The upgraded sides are good though they should have been hotter. The service is good.

Yelp
Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. We started off with pickled chips and they were delicious along with some cold beverages. I had the protein bowl prime cut. Meat was rough and appeared it was boiled with zero flavor. Good portion but the meat ruined it. My wife had the crackling pig and talk about a very small portion but she enjoyed the flavor. This place is worth another try but maybe for appetizers only. I was not pleased with my meal one bit.

Yelp
Excellent service! We met here with old friends and really enjoyed ourselves overall. The vibe is classy, upscale sports bar, right in the heart of downtown Roseville. Thoughtful menu, a couple very good vegetarian options, and great cocktails. Plus the wine and draft beer selections were good too. We will be back. Thank you for a great evening!

Yelp
FOOD - Vernon Street Chicken: grilled chicken, cheddar, arugula, bacon jam on a toasted roll. Good but a little underwhelming. The tots were perfect. 3.75/5 SERVICE: Friendly server. 4/5 FINAL THOUGHTS: I would come back to try other items.

Yelp
Hubby picked Goose Port so I was reticent but wine list good & meals are healthy & well prepared & taste delicious too Sitting on the patio is great for old town Roseville ambience, inside is fun too. So consider Goose Port for a snack or celebratory meal thank you

Yelp
Pretty good spot. The owner is Portuguese I believe so some things have that inspiration. I always get the Wine Crackling Pig also known as The Torresmos De Vinha D'Ahlos. It's exquisite and to die for. Get that and you won't be sorry.

Yelp
Really good breakfast food and service adequate. Could use a little noise abatement When busy.

Yelp
Thank you to Courtney, our server and to the owner, Al for providing great customer service at my first time visit last Sunday with my friends. We needed a place that would take brunch reservations for a friend's "going away brunch" and after searching Yelp for a location, we decided on Goose Port. Goose Port serves good food and is a really nice place to watch Sunday Football. They have multiple TVs throughout the restaurant so you can't miss a beat during football games. This place is your typical sports bar that serves good brunch. Check them out next time you're in downtown Roseville!

Yelp
Stopped in to Goose Port yesterday for a few hours!! Had made a reservation for 9 of us for my friends going away party!! Was not disappointed! We had a beautiful big table next to a tv to be able to watch football! The food was great and the service was really good!! I got a Bloody Mary that was very tasty. For food I got the Roseville breakfast burrito! It was huge and also came with potatoes! The owner came by and dropped off some bread with butter and jam! So nice! 10/10 for service! It was pretty funny that when I got there I said I had made a reservation and a few wouldn't be able to make it! I said 7 adults and one baby! They brought out a kids water! We all got a good laugh at that! Would deff come back!!!

Yelp
I went here for lunch on a Friday and it wasn't too busy. I drove by later and there were definitely more people so it's seems like a good Happy Hour spot that I'll have to check out. I ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger and it was cooked to perfection. It was juicy, hearty and just the ideal comfort food. Super delicious! If you're craving a burger then stop in!
google avatar

Yelp
My family really liked this spot. We went here on a Monday and sat outside. My son loves trains and he got to watch them drive by while we sat outside. They had crayons for the kids to play with and even brought out an appetizer super fast so the hangry kids could eat right away. The food was perfect for the price and the customer service was really good. It's hard when the large family sits away from others. Sometimes we get forgotten about but they did a good job. For the customer service, price, quality of food, and the trains we will try this place again for sure.

Yelp
Of the 2 times I've eaten here, I'd rate my experience 3/5. The food is pretty good overall, and there are some things I would like to try still. There was one issue with my salad, but otherwise the meal was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The entrees were flavorful, but the Piri Piri chicken was smaller than I anticipated. Note: the menu on their website is not updated and doordash also wasn't. It's best to call to order if you're planning takeout.

Yelp
While in Roseville for work my coworker and I wanted to have dinner in downtown Roseville so we decided to head over to Goose Port. We found free street parking 2 blocks away, but there are plenty of free parking options around the area. The place wasn't too crowded but also not dead. I like how they had the restaurant divided into the bar section and dinning room area. The menu had so many great options we kept changing our minds about what to order. I wish I had multiple stomachs so I could have ordered multiple things. They have Portuguese dishes that I wanted to try. I enjoyed the food, the music, the vintage sports school folder wall and the service.

Yelp
Came here with friends and had a great time. The service was very friendly and interactive, which we like, with a modern and casual ambience. And the food and drinks enjoyed by all. That's a place I can see going back to for a casual meal with friends or family.

Victoria D.

Yelp
Al, the owner took our very large party (35) for lunch after our travel basketball tournament last minute. The entire staff was very accommodating and fit us all in! Food was great, service was warm and attentive. Will definitely make plans to host our team outing when we travel to Roseville. Good food, full bar, TVs to watch all the sports. Happy Parents and happy kids.

Yelp
You have to come here! The atmosphere is very inviting, friendly service and food is delish. Poke nacho (i think that's what they called) is a different twist to poke bowl/nacho but surprisingly good. Located in a beautiful area that you have lots to see if you park far. Ohh their price is reasonable too.

Jim N.

Yelp
Food was the worst in Roseville The onion rings were all batter and hardly any onion. Burger was grossly overcooked. Won't come back
google avatar

Marshall H.

Yelp
We had a great time here! Everything looked amazing coming out of the kitchen, but we got some sliders and the Portuguese Crackled Pork dish (which was the highlight). For all families, they do have a kids menu here even though it's not on any review site or their own website. Great experience for all of us and really good service!
google avatar

Keely H.

Yelp
I would say we've become regulars at this location. The service is always great and they are quick to communicate if anything is out. Regarding their alcohol, our server was quick to let me try something when I couldn't make up my mind on a drink. They are very accommodating and the food comes out quickly. We love the pickle chip appetizer, the chips and salsa, and the wings Peri-Peri style. Delicious!

Yelp
Nice lunch spot, great service. Sat in the bar. I've been a lot more patient with small restaurants post covid. I'm just glad they still exist. In the end I gotta keep it a buck and provide a real review with an authentic narrative. Five (5) being as perfect as this category goes. I won't assume this experience would be in line with a high end steakhouse or some posh Vegas restaurant. This location is bar/diner/pub and I love em all as long as they can execute. Food temp was a 2 out of 5 Food flavor was a 3 out of 5 Price was a 3 out of 5 Drinks were a 2 out of 5 Ambiance was a 3 out of 5 Bathroom was a 2 out of 5 Service was a 4 out 5 surprisingly. Cleanliness was 3 out of 5. Drink choices were a 3 out of 5. I think you see where I'm headed here. It's an average establishment with average food and average drinks and beers. Not sure I'd go back for the food. The takeaway was like man, that place has so much potential. They just need a cast of people that can go hard and ask more questions and get it right. Speaking of which, the bar tender David today was awesome. He even let me humbly coach him up on what ingredients make a good Espresso Martini. ( the one he served was trash ) And he nailed it then I saw him sell two of em right away. Yay David! With the pic you see here , I requested fresh hot fries and received zero pushback. They came out in three minutes. I can see this place really being something dope once they staff the right people in the back and maybe make some modifications to the experience. Cool spot to stop for a beer, hang out and catch a game. Very reminiscent of some of my favorite haunts, past summers spent in downtown Huntington Beach, Ca. All in all, post pandemic dining and prices are what they are. It's hard to locate the small spots that have enough traffic to keep em in the money and serving up hot awesome food and service. Hopefully they can make some adjustments and arrive at a place to really realize their full potential. I did see some glimpses.

Yelp
First time here! Food was great! I had the Hamburger with cheddar which was excellent. My wife had the poke nacho's and she said it was the best ever. She also had a side salad and the dressing was spectacular! Great service and classic rock! 5 Stars
google avatar

Yelp
The food is typical bar food. We had a party of four and had the sliders and fries, a Caesar salad, and the vegan Mediterranean salad. The beef sliders were on the dry side and didn't have a lot of flavor, but were slightly better than the pork sliders, which also lacked in flavor and moisture. The fries were lukewarm. The lettuce in the Caesar salad was not crisp and didn't look fresh. Probably should've been thrown out a few days ago. The croutons were decent. The Mediterranean salad was OK, but lacked a lot overall. The beers were very good and they have a nice variety. The server was very friendly and the service was very good. Food: 3/5 Service: 4/5

Yelp
UPDATE: Al Santos called, apologized, gave a full refund, and made a report with the county. He's also reviewing food handling processes to avoid this from happening again. In light of that I'm upgrading the review. I still wouldn't eat there, but it is a nice place and the service is friendly. Original review: My wife and daughter got food poisoning eating here today. I'm currently up writing this in the middle of the night with a vomiting 2 year old. What really pissed me off is I looked up their health rating on the county website site and they've been written up repeatedly for unsafe food temperatures. I'll be following up with the restaurant and the county in the morning. I worked in restaurants. This makes me livid. Server was nice and it was a nice atmosphere. That doesn't make up for repeated food mishandling. If they didn't have multiple health violations I would be writing an entirely different review - or maybe none at all.

Yelp
I'm a huge fan of Goose Port! I love the location, environment and the food options except for breakfast. I ordered the Atlantic Omelet (excluded cheese due to food allergies). I was told it came with veggies, meat and spinach. I get the omelet, opened it up and it was spinach, crumbled bacon tucked in folded eggs. When I asked I was told the menu said veggies was an "or" not an "and". Very confusing that one word can make a difference. Just won't order again in the future. They pffered a sided of veggies just wouldn't make it right without cooking it with the ingredients. Otherwise good place to have some beverages and lunch/dinner food.
google avatar

David Y.

Yelp
Ordered the pork belly lettuce wrap, tater tots with bacon, nachos, sliders, and a linguica Portuguese sausage sandwich. It fed a family of four while watching the NCAA Championship game. Food was decent and thankfully wasn't overpriced. Fair prices for average bar food with big screen TV's to catch all the games and a full bar. This would be a great spot for young adults to do happy hour after work.
google avatar

Dave V.

Yelp
They catered well to my no-salt diet. My wife ordered the street taco platter and really enjoyed it. I ordered no-salt hamburger and fries. I enjoyed them--only low point was the stringy burger onions (a real problem at this time of year) I had ordered a slab of onion. Only California craft beers on tap--so didn't order my usual beer to go along with the hamburger. The mayonnaise was weak with little flavor. Service was great, the chef even visited our table.
google avatar

Matthew M.

Yelp
Honestly all of it! We ordered the chilequiles and the Portuguese breakfast. It was so good! The service was fast, and quick! If you're in Roseville come by this chill spot enjoy a beer and good bite to eat.

Yelp
I will start with the service it was A-1 the waitress Kamrin was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and if she didn't know something she went and found out and got back to us right away. 5 star to Kamrin . The. Bartender was super cool we had a great conversation about their selected barrel selection from Orphan Barrels great find if you can catch them before they run out. The place was packed but they do have a little down from when they switch over from lunch dinner I had the GP Moco Benedict it was great the sauce is the boss . Extra sauce !!!! And mix . My wife had the Spicy Southwest Veggie crispy onion she loved it . We always do breakfast dessert and the pancakes were fire add whip maple butter , and the blueberry and lemon curd waffle was good .

Yelp
We came to Goose Port after the Santa Hustle race in downtown Roseville - the awards ceremonies were being hosted here so it was really a hot spot! We went in and asked for breakfast and we were able to get patio seating near some heaters (this is December) and it was a beautiful crisp sunny day. We were able to cheer on the longer runners as they made their way to the finish of the race so that was really cool to be able to support them in a small way. The staff were SO busy with people crowding inside for ceremonies but they were able to take great care of us at the same time - that's talent! We ordered 2 breakfast tots for 3 people and we had leftovers. The tots were the best ever, seriously if you are reading this go get some tots at Goose Port.

Yelp
Overall - 4 Food - 3 Service - 5 Ambiance - 3 Price - 4 Popped in on a Sunday afternoon football was on and plenty of TVs to watch the games, loved that. It wasn't crowded and there were plenty of seats. We were greeted by the bartender/server Anthony, awesome dude. He chatted it up with us a bit and was not rushing us into ordering at all. He gave us time to look and offered up some suggestions. He also made an Espresso Martini that my wife enjoyed. On to the food, we went with Anthony's recommendation on the Poke nacho's. These were delicious, my wife and I really enjoyed them. Had the perfect amount of heat, we cleaned this plate up! I tried one of the burgers, it was the Spicy Crunch. This one was pretty plain, it did not have much flavor at all. Believe it had deep fried pickles and Serranos on it. I doused that bad boy in ketchup and mustard to add some flavor. To be honest I rate the poke nachos as a 5 and this burger was a 2. We ordered a burger to go for my daughter and hers was also disappointing. The bar place was a little small. It's a good thing there was not a lot of people in there because it would have been pretty tight. We ate at one of the small round stand up style tables but we did have chairs. I did not like the lay out, it made us feel a little claustrophobic. My favorite things about this place was our server. Again, super cool dude and easy to conversation with. The Poke nachos, which was also one of his suggestions, and the prices. I feel like it was priced pretty fairly. I will definitely come back again to eat those nachos and try out a different dish.

Yelp
Goose Port was pretty busy when we walked in. But we were able to be seated right away. Super friendly staff. My lemon drop martini was delicious! However, the food we ordered was blah. The chicken on my Ceaser salad was very dry. Not fun to chew on. The fettuccine Alfredo was ok. Not very creamy. My bf ordered the lava cake. Cake was on the dry side as well. We were told they were changing out their menu so they didn't have certain menu items.

Theresa F.

Yelp
Excellent food 3/17/2025. Service great Irish coffee so yummy. Big screens with sports. This place never disappoints!
google avatar

Victoria M.

Yelp
Our waiter was amazing she was constantly checking in on us and made the place a great experience. We ordered nachos and they were so disappointing, to add meat was an extra $5. What sucks is the chips they fried in house and tasted great but for the price there was not enough toppings. It was literally canned corn, canned black beans spicy sour cream and a small amount of meat. Nachos 5/10 Fries 7.5/10

Yelp
Goose Port Public House, located in the Civic Center building in downtown Roseville, as been serving amazing lunch, dinner and breakfast on weekends, with an amazing Portuguese flair, thanks to the creative talents of owner Al Santos. Goose Port Public House is open every day of the week, and besides fine food, the restaurant has a full-service bar, beer on tap, and patio dining with a up-front-and-personal view of downtown Roseville, weather permitting. Today was a special Saturday, as Union Pacific Railroad's #4014, which is the world's largest operating steam locomotive, was in town. Goose Port Public House set out a welcoming sign, but didn't seen to offer any specials for the event. I noted they opened early, as downtown Roseville was simply traffic-jammed and packed with railfans, locals, and everybody curious to see the giant of the rails up-close-and-personal. On this late Saturday morning, brunch was being served, so I went with a "Downtown Burger," which is highlighted on the "GP Menu Favorites" section of the "Brunch Menu." My side of choice... fries, naturally. This amazing cheeseburger began with a seasoned, juicy 1/3 pound patty of Angus beef, grilled your way - I chose medium rare - and topped with a perfectly melted slab of Cheddar cheese. Next, the meat is topped with a generous helping of tender, grilled pulled pork, mixed with "GP" barbecue sauce. If that wasn't enough to make for a fine burger, a mountain of battered, deep fried onion rings topped the beef. All of this burger goodness was wrapped between a toasted bun, drizzled with mild horseradish sauce, and it was all held together with a large tooth pick. Side choices include fries, onion rings, sweet potato fries or tots. What a dilemma! My side of choice was fries, which was a wise choice, as the fries were simply delicious, and some of the best fries you'll enjoy in western Placer County. The fries were cut on the large side, with the potato skins remaining - I LOVE that - deep fried to a golden brown on the outside, and tender and juicy on the inside. One bite into this amazing cheeseburger and you could taste the juicy beef, cheese, pork, onion rings, not to mention the barbecue and horseradish sauce. Such a taste sensation! All the flavors worked together well to make a delicious "Downtown Burger," which would be the delight of any burger connoisseur, and those who admire an amazing burger. The meat-to-bun ratio was perfect, which is a crucial element to a superior burger. Goose Port Public Nailed the burger in every way. The fries made for the perfect side dish, and the ranch dressing added enhancement and joy to the perfect brunch! The Modelo beer made for the perfect appetizer... or was it dessert? Whatever the case, it was a welcome part of this late Saturday morning brunch. Are you looking for the perfect burger? Well... no burger is perfect, but the "Downtown Burger" with a side of fries comes close... Goose Port offers amazing cuisine, friendly service, full service bar, amazing outdoor dining, and it all adds up to five star dining.

Yelp
Went here for lunch with a friend. Service was friendly and helpful. Checked on us often. I loved the sports pictures especially the Willie Mays photo given his recent passing. It gave a good vibe to the place. I went simple and had the two taco lunch plate. I got the steak tacos that are street tacos. It was pretty flavorful. One of the tacos was light on the steak which I'm guessing was a mistake since the other taco had a sufficient amount. It came with beans and rice, two salsas, and chips. Good food, good vibe, friendly service.

Anthony is the best server ever! 8 drunk girls and he was so patient and accommodating, even giving the birthday girl a free shot and some delicious chocolate cake and ice cream with a lit candle. The fries and ranch were really really good too! The owner even stopped by and said hello. Such a chill neighborhood spot. *thumbs up*

Yelp
I wanted to like this place... First off the hostess sat us at a table that was literally right next to the restrooms. My poor boyfriend had people going back and forth to the bathroom right behind him at every bite. I'm not sure why they even placed tables there, we felt in the way and slightly embarrassed by all the people walking between him and a bunch of fake plants. Move those tables- they're in a terrible spot. We noticed several other tables were available all around the restaurant as well. Beer selection was decent but they didn't have the rotating IPA. My boyfriend got the pork belly wraps and they came unassembled which was something we didn't expect. There were fruit flies and gnats EVERYWHERE- we swatted them away from both our plates multiple times. Food was just ok. Wouldn't return.

Yelp
Great spot! Excellent service from Anthony! This place has a fun back story about the owner and the etiology of its name. We had a delicious breakfast (reco on the California Benedict and the perfection of the accompanying home fried potatoes). Plenty of TVs but not overwhelming as their music playlist is diverse and you can enjoy a conversation with your table mates. Well done, Goose Port! We will be repeat customers.

Yelp
Al - the owner - is one awesome dude. He made the whole team lunch experience very personal and amazing. The dishes were great and good sized portions too. We were a group of 20 headed over for volleyball tournament and decided to have team lunch here. Al confirmed our total count the previous evening and met us at the restaurant when we came in. The place had good ambience and felt comfortable. The table-side chat was as interesting as the food and Al has some great stories to share too. I would definitely be back here the next time I am near Roseville and highly recommend it.

Yelp
Long time regular. The new burrito tasted like a struggle meal. Very rice and bean heavy, very little meat or any flavor. I'm giving 2 stars because of the quality flavor and price

Yelp
Went for lunch with my senior parents. We were seated & had our drinks & appetizers ordered & served right way. Our appetizer of pork belly lettuce wraps didn't disappoint! The pork belly's balance of flavors between sweet & spicy was a perfect flavorful dance on our tongues. Mom ordered the cod dish as an entree, which was a perfect blend of fresh cooked cod & tomatoes & olives over a bed of rice. A lovely summer entree. My 2 beef & 2 pork street taco were delicious. Dad's pork & beef burger with bbq sauce was something he'd enjoy ordering again. My white linen cocktail: a muddled cucumber cocktail was refreshing & the affogato for dessert was superb.

Yelp
We come here with a Group of therapist colleagues every other month on Friday nights. The owner is always attentive and so helpful. We have met at different restaurants in the past and none have been as amazing as this one. And the food is always great! I can't recommend a this place enough. It does get a bit loud inside but the outdoor patio is lovely.

Yelp
4.5 stars. Went with family, some ate breakfast some ate lunch. The classic smashburger and western salad got great reviews, as did the waffles. The chicken that came with waffles was not crispy. Rather it was a bit mushy. Ok ambience, kind cold and sterile in its modern new local in the midst of old town. Good, pleasant service.
