Gopchang Story is a must for anyone who loves Korean BBQ—and especially for intestine lovers. The gopchang is perfectly cleaned, super tender, and grilled to a smoky, caramelized bite that’s addicting. Portions are generous and the banchan is fresh and varied, making every bite even better. Service is top-notch: attentive, fast, and super friendly—our grill was always watched and the staff checked in without being intrusive. Don’t skip the spicy seafood soup—it’s rich, briny, and perfectly spicy, loaded with seafood and the kind of broth you keep sipping even when you’re full. If you’re craving authentic flavor and great hospitality, Gopchang Story delivers.

Everything was so tasty. Staff were kind and helpful. Music was spot on. Drinks were cold. Our gui was masterfully cooked on our table by a very kind and patient waitstaff. Can't recommend this place enough. My husband and I had a great time and we will surely return 🩷🩷🩷

Delicious food and a great atmosphere! My friend and I had an amazing time—relaxing, talking, and enjoying every meal. Everything we ordered was fabulous, and the experience made for a perfect evening together.

Just dropped into this place by accident on a Saturday night. It's very full and all the customers seem to enjoy their food. It's late, so we only order a spicy brisket stew and some short ribs dumplings. That way we don't have to wait to cook our own meat, hence Korean BBQ. It turned out we had waited for the stew to cook as well. Beef brisket is very tasty, but it's way too spicy, even though we asked for less spicy. Dumplings were just okay, a little bit too sweet. Overall a good place to eat, may try their BBQ next time. One downside was that most servers don't work l speak good English, it's kind of hard to communicate sometimes. But they were all very helpful nevertheless.

The meat options at Gopchang are really neat and allow you to really explore some fun non-US common parts, like the offal. The banchan is great - the gyeranjjim (Korean steamed eggs) is especially notable. I do miss having the standard cabbage kimchi though - just felt like something was missing. The service seems kind of hit or miss though. We had a medium sized party and we got some of the larger combos. We had to constantly use the ping for refills of everything - which is fine, but we'd often have to do it multiple times because they'd forget and never actually come back. At one point our griller just left the replacement grill top on the seating bench next to us and disappeared, leaving us with nothing actively cooking. We had to ping two separate times and talk to two different servers before someone came back to change out the grill and restart cooking. There were multiple empty tables too, so I don't think they were overloaded.

5 star service from Kayla I think I spelled her name right. Wait can be long on weekends and Friday night but for us it was worth the 1 hr wait. The gopchang wasn't "stinky" at all and really flavorful. Kayla grilled our beef combo 2 perfectly. Our group of 6 left full thanks for taking care of us and we will be back

At first, I was skeptical of this place because it isn't like other KBBQ, because this place isn't a buffet like most others. However, I'm glad I tried this place. Hailey was our server, and was very cool with our group. We did have a different server prior to Hailey, and they missed a lot of items in our order. The food came out fast despite that though! The beef combo and pork combo were great. My favorite was the short rib and marinated finger rib. I didn't think I would like the intestine, but it was actually good. The rice wine was good.
