We finally got the opportunity to dine in one of Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants at Bread Street Kitchen, which ended up being a wonderful overall experience. Reserved a table for a Friday noon, yet the restaurant wasn’t crowded so you might not need a reservation.
The atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly. When it comes to food, I have to say I had much bigger expectations, given the price and Chef Ramsay’s name, but that doesn’t mean the food was not delicious.
We had the fried cauliflower (good), the tuna tartare (mediocre), the pesto rigatoni (delicious) & of course the beef wellington which is why we came here in the first place. It was absolutely delicious and filling. Keep in mind that it took the restaurant almost 55 minutes to get the beef wellington ready for us, but we were already informed prior that it will take approximately 45 minutes.
