18 Bars Where You Can Drink With Clients - New York - The Infatuation

"There’s a good chance you haven’t heard of The Gordon Bar, but if you occasionally go out for drinks with people who like relatively quiet spaces that feel like hotel lobbies, it’s a spot you should know about. It’s hidden up a flight of stairs in the Sixty Soho Hotel, it never seems to get too busy, and there are a lot of couches and armchairs perfect for meetings." - bryan kim

Upscale atmosphere, delicious food & drink, outstanding service. All around a beautiful place for a romantic date, anniversary dinner, or other celebration. Reservations can be made online which is very convenient. There is a seperate dining experience and restaurant upstairs called Carlita's, which serves rooftop tacos with a lovely view.

The flavor was good on the mushroom pasta dish, sent back my first one as it was served practically cold! Second one was warmer but not heated enough. Really sad as the flavors were good and the portion small. Will make my own wild mushroom with pasta at home and it will be served at a good temperature. I’ve worked in kitchens and it was right around the corner from where we were sitting no excuse to be serving lukewarm pasta dishes , my husbands pork chop was cooked well the flavors were good but again not piping hot, for service of hot food on cold plates is no good! For a little pasta at $21 sent back for being cold, sad! Won’t be eating there again!

We went to dinner later then we ever do dinner and it was super busy but the service was still good and the food was great! We loved everything we had! We got the Gorgonzola & Brie with bread and a side of hummus. Our kiddo got a burger and fries, it was super good! I got the salmon it was great and the mashed potato’s were so good! My hubby got the pepperoni pizza and he enjoyed it. We shared the Dulce De Leche cheesecake and it was so good! Best cheesecake I’ve had! Even better then the Cheesecake Factory! I wish I could remember our servers name, she was working Saturday evening 02/22/25 and has blonde hair in a ponytail, she was great! She did pretty well for how busy they were!

I have always loved this place so I’m assuming this is an isolated incident. Took a new member of our work team to lunch today. There was only our table of 6 and another table of 2. After waiting quite a while a server came out, took our food order and then left without asking us for drinks. After about 10-15 minutes the server asked one member of our table if he wanted a drink, but then quickly left and we had to stop him after he came back 5 minutes later with a drink, then we ordered drinks after being almost completely finished with our food. I noticed at this time the other table looking around, he hadn’t even brought them water. Someone from the back came and asked if they had been helped and they said no. He got them water and apologized. Our server brought our check out and said have a nice day and walked away, not asking us for dessert or if we wanted anything else. I looked over and saw the other table looking around, they hadn’t even ordered yet. I usually love this place and just hope someone was having an off day.

So I have to start off with saying the staff is VERY friendly! Service was a bit slow but part of it could be that it was a busy mothers days... so that said: they had a "special" mother's day BRUNCH so we decided to finally give the Gordon a try... there food was decent but not great.. (some better then others).. but for $50 per person (and that didn't include any type of drink, alcohol OR non-alcohol... for that price drinks should be included, at least the 1st one!) I expected more... was a very small brunch layout, again no drinks, most of the main food did seem fresh made but most of the desserts did NOT.... was still a very nice place and my wife and adult kids enjoyed themselves which made it worth it but again for $250+ for 4 adults (and one kid. Which WAS worth the $15 kids price for her at least!) and 2 drinks i expected... MORE. We'll give them another shot for a normal meal i think though just do to the nice staff and see how it goes!

🤩AN ABSOLUTE GEM OF A RESTAURANT🙏 To be honest, at first we did not know this was a hotel restaurant, but we are glad that they accept non-hotel guests. Also we hit happy hour at 10pm right on time! The decor in the restaurant is very modern and upscale. With modernist crystal chandeliers and a dark toned furniture; appealing to many cohorts of customers. We walked in expecting to pay at least $50-$60 a person, but the menu was surprisingly on the price-friendly side. The taste: The FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING😫 The best: $6 Brussels Sprouts. I know nobody likes greens but this Brussels sprouts is outta pocket! With crispy bacon bits adding the necessary animal fat flavours, the cranberries provided the perfect relief from the grease and salty savoury seasoning. The Brussels sprouts are cooked perfectly with slight chard to them. 10/10 made me like veges again! Pizza: We got the mushroom pesto pizza. The flavour was right. The toppings were plenty with every ingredients bustling with their each unique flavours. However I like my pizza a little softer than what was given. Still, a great pizza for $14. It’s literally better priced than dominos in an upscale restaurant! Pasta was $21, a regular dinner menu item. a generous 5 pieces of jumbo shrimps. White sauce was very creamy and savoury. However the pasta choice is quite odd, is thinking it would be spaghetti but it was thicker than spaghetti. Overall a decent dish with very well seasoned garlic and cream flavours. The salad: My wife absolutely loved it. Take in she is also a vege-hater. But this romaine salad has the perfect balance of Parmesan kick to the dressing, along with sprinkles of hazelnut bits making it a delicious salad. We really enjoyed the salad. Calamari: Almost potatoe chip like crispiness to them. With a lime dip cutting down the deep fried grease, very refreshing option. Great to go along with a drink! An absolute gem of a place in downtown Eugene. This is what road trips is all about: discovering unique experiences of food and culture. And indeed we did, Gordon Tavern did not disappoint! Made us want to stay at Gordon hotel instead!

Google
Nice place, good service, but ok food. Chicken sliders were more bun than meat with several bites essentially meat free. Two of us ordered this dish from their happy hour menu and both of us had the same experience. Cocktails were good and a good value for happy hour. Pizza was ok - sauce was a bit too tangy and overpowered the toppings. Dough was pretty good though. Dinner menu was pretty short, not a lot of options. I liked the space and vibe, just wish the food kept up. I'd give 3.5 stars if I could. Parking is decent at nearby lots, but be ready to walk a block or two

Google
I’m relatively new to Eugene and this is hands down the best restaurant I’ve been to in my short time here. Everything that we’ve ever ordered has been spot on and the service is always nothing short of spectacular. Anytime I’ve had any reason to take an out of towner to dinner, the Gordon Tavern is always my first and only choice.

Yelp
3.5 stars * Eggs Benedict 4/5 * Chicken and waffles 3.75/5 * Biscuits and gravy 4/5 * Free donuts 2.5/5 * French dip 3/5 * Omelette 2/5 The best part is the gravy. The chicken breading fell off if u cut it so just eat it with ur hands. Worth trying this restaurant.

Yelp
We had below average food and service on a quiet summer night. The calamari was too-tiny rings with greasy batter slightly overcooked and paired with a heavy mayo sauce. Pork chop, as others have noted, was covered in a cloying sweet brown gravy and served with runny mashed potatoes and crunchy veg. Salmon was also overpowered by a lemon-butter goo and served with ghastly salty arancini balls - would have been better with plain wild rice. Kitchen here seems in disarray. Old fashioned was also too sweet and lacked proper size single ice ball so even the bar is sloppy. Service was beyond slow, despite only a couple other tables. And although we sat inside the doors were open so we were pestered by flies the whole time. The lighting here is horrific - bare light bulbs at full intensity set very low give it the feeling of a stage.

Yelp
Amazing food and service, it's so beautiful inside and outside. You can tell that they spent time cooking and plating every dish.

Yelp
In my opinion the Gordon has gone downhill since it opened. We have been 5-6 times and went last night and had a terrible experience. Our reservations were at 8 pm when we arrived the hostess said our table wasn't ready. 15 min later she seemed to forget about us. We asked about our table (the restaurant was emptying out) and she was sassy!!! She sassed back and said "I'll let you know, we are busy". She was chatting with the bartender and talking about us. They other hostess sat us and apologized. They put us in the back room. It's fine but the lighting is made for a meeting room, not a nice restaurant. We ordered drinks and appetizers. The calamari was great. I ordered the pork chop which I've had several times, it was terrible. It was thin, over cooked and covered in brown gravy. The service was great. Bill for 4 people was 400$ It's too bad too because Eugene needs special event places. I don't think we will go back.

Yelp
I'm not sure why I've never been here before but the Mrs was very excited to have me try it out. So here we are. The hostess was dressed very elegantly and asked if we had reservations, we did not. No problem, she found us a table readily enough. We were expecting friends to join us and thought the table to be a bit small.... 'Oh no problem, we can seat you here is this acceptable?' Wow Such gracious professionalism and courtesy, the entire staff was like that. Even the table bussers who went around refilling waters and clearing plates had the same level of service. Our waitress was very attentive and pleasant with a smile that lit the table. She took our drink and appetizer requests. At one point my friend had switched to a different drink on a refill and the bar made a mistake. She was so gracious about it and corrected it without missing a step. Just awesome service. For an appetizer we started with some calamari. It was very tender, not chewy at all. It came with a spicy Green Goddess dipping sauce that had a bit of heat. The Truffle Fries were done nicely with truffle oil and parmesan sprinkled over all. I found them to be tasty with a nice light outer crisp and not oily. The truffle flavor was a unique taste and went well with the parmesan. The Wagyu Burger on a Brioche Bun was outstanding. The beef flavor was very pronounced and barely needed any seasoning. It came with melted cheese, lettuce, onion and fresh cucumber instead of pickle. The cucumber was sliced extremely thin and brought an aromatic flavor to the burger that was superb, just a very fine and refreshing fragrant flavor of fresh cucumber. The Truffle Fries appetizer was so good I also had it with the Wagyu Burger. The Wagyu Burger itself is cooked with 'pink' or 'no pink'. An interesting choice. The Dulce De Leche cheesecake was creamy, smooth and flavorful with a fantastic caramel drizzle. Fresh thin sliced strawberries were layered on top for an amazing flavor profile with a white chocolate and caramel swirl cheesecake. We visited for quite a while, we were not rushed, the seating was comfortable. Pleasant background music played overhead and the lighting wasn't too dim or intrusively bright.

Yelp
Very disappointed, won't return. The buffet selection was limited, and Benedict's eggs were poorly prepared. The muffins were so hard that we couldn't cut through them. Our server brought us fresh ones, but unfortunately, the muffins weren't even toasted. We just ate the tops off of them because we were hungry and were saving our appetite for Brunch. Given the price of $50 per person, I expected a much higher standard of food preparation and service. To add to our disappointment, no manager checked in with us to see if we were satisfied, even though our dissatisfaction was evident. Because of these issues, I don't plan to return to your restaurant.

Yelp
We visited Gordon Tavern for Happy Hour on a home game day so we expected it to be packed but we were seated right away. The rest of our service was quite slow despite it not actually being that busy but our server was friendly. They really have a good happy hour menu. The food was all pretty good and we got out of there for around $40 for two drinks and 3 happy hour items. I would definitely visit for Happy Hour again (really want to try their pizza).

Yelp
We were in town for the Eugene marathon and called ahead to make sure there was no wait. This should have been more of a red flag. We did not get to eat for at least an hour despite being seated immediately. Home fries were subpar but I did enjoy my veggie omelette. The waffle was surprisingly good but that is about it. Mainly, service was bad. While the waitress was nice, she was not very attentive and either she forgot to put in our food orders or the kitchen was just extremely backed up but we waited for our food for such a long time we were considering just asking to cancel. I like to think of myself as a very patient person but this place on that day definitely tested my limits! My word of advice is don't seat people if your kitchen is over capacity!

Yelp
Went here for dinner after a U of Oregon dance recital. 930pm was just the beginning of late night happy hour but the whole menu was excellent. Service was fast and friendly.

Kathy S.

Yelp
I haven't been to the Gordon for a while and brought my husband there for the first time for lunch. His burger was outstanding, my salad was drowning in dressing that was more vinegar than "citrus." I don't know if they are having staffing issues in the dining room, but the service was horrible. The hostess was not at all friendly or helpful when we asked for a different table, and her attire was very sloppy. The waiter spent more time around the corner and in the kitchen than he did on the floor. We sat for 15 minutes before he took our order and he didn't check back with us when we dined. Definitely disappointing after the many good experiences I've had in the past.

Stuart P.

Yelp
Whoa. Manager on duty with a goatee was a complete ass to my wife and I. I suspect his days are numbered in the customer service space as havent seen someone act so disrespectful in quite some time. Management should address this individual and issue swiftly.

Yelp
Enjoyed eating at the Gordon Tavern with friends. I love the truffle fries, calamari was tasty, this time a little salty, and a huge delicious salad. I love the Happy Hour Menu. I really like their food, service is good and accommodating. For me, a very pleasant experience overall making it a favorite.

Yelp
Food was outstanding service was excellent Great atmosphere and reasonable priced I would recommend over and over

Yelp
A pretty cool spot in Eugene Public Market; Gordon Tavern is a great spot for a meal. We visited on a Holiday and they were short staffed; making the experience super slow. Yet, we were seated quickly. We ordered a hummus and pita platter and fries to get started. We could see the prepared food by the server table but no one to serve it. It finally made its way to our table 10 minutes later. The taste however was super amazing. Then we got a veggie pizza ie margarita pizza with some added veggies. The pizza came hot and it was great. Crunchy, full of sauce and cheese, this one was pretty good. In spite of the slow service, the food was quite a hit. Would go back on a busier day and when it's less hot to try their amazing outdoor seating. Great food overall!

Yelp
I had heard raving reviews of the Gordon, so I've been excited to give it a try. I did expect a more grand atmosphere, but this was on par for a regular hotel restaurant. I ordered the waygu burger and I must say it was flawless! The meat was cooked perfectly, the fries were tasty, and my expectations were definitely met. The price was reasonable as well. Our waitress was friendly and had a great sense of humor. Unfortunately, some other people in our party had ordered the shrimp pasta and green beans. The green beans were seemingly uncooked and the pasta was a teeny tiny serving. One person I went with had been to The Gordon Tavern earlier in the week and ordered the same dish, but she claimed it was a full serving a few days prior yet it was about half the size when she ordered it again during our visit. We came as a party of seven and all of the Eugene locals mentioned that their orders tend to vary greatly, probably depending on what chef is working. I think The Gordon has a reputation for being the greatest new(ish) restaurant in town, but it needs to grow into those shoes a bit. The potential is there, but if you've heard raving reviews like I had, I recommend adjusting your expectations a smidge. If they could get more consistency going in the kitchen, I think they might really be onto something.

Yelp
Last time I was here the Gordon Hotel did not have the tavern quite open as of yet. Fast forward two years I'm sitting here having a late night dinner with family. I ordered a Rye whiskey Manhattan and the waitress came out and said oh here's your old-fashioned and I said no I ordered a Manhattan And she said well I'm a bartender and I know what it is. About 20 minutes later she came back and said yes it was an old-fashioned which I already knew because it was much sweeter than what I'm taste like that's the difference between vermouth and simple syrup. so it was nice that they fixed the drink, but did not take it off the menu for their screwup. It was a perfect night for sitting outside. The food was not bad try but the service was a little slow since they were so busy.

Kevin R.

Yelp
Friendly staff, nice menu with something for everyone. The open air aspect is nice when the weather is nice.
google avatar

Vicki D.

Yelp
We had an excellent breakfast here. I had my usual of bacon, eggs, potatoes and my son had fried chicken and eggs. We both liked our food a lot. So good! They also had a drink menu that was tempting. If I wanted a boozy brunch I would come here for sure
google avatar

Jodie S.

Yelp
5 stars for the inspiring drink menu and bartenders. I had the Oregon mule and then the rest of our road trip searched out the marionberry vodka to duplicate the drink at home for friends! I wanted salmon, but surprised it was farmed when I inquired. I chose the filet instead, which was wonderful and cooked perfectly. Whipped potatoes flavorful! Server was focused on order taking only, and nothing else. No attention to detail. One example- I had to ask for the steak knife after a few bites into my meal because it was not brought to me prior. We would return though! We had a lovely meal here.
google avatar

Steven B.

Yelp
Okay. We get it. You're hip.... In Eugene. Service was very on brand for a big fish in a small pond. Lots of looks of disdain from the hostess and the bar staff. Ambiance is corporate chic. I hear the food is ok, but the vibe is way off and the service at the bar will ensure I never return. Hey management- you might want to train your bar staff on interpersonal communication. Seriously.

Josie M.

Yelp
Nice bartender. Ordered dinner at bar. Salad, salmon & chicken. . 45 mins later no food. Bartender checked brought out 1 cold salmon. He took it to be reheated. Out came a small salad. Waited and had to ask for our chicken dish. Please don't bring food out to 1 person at a time. Comped beers which was nice but food wasn't worth the wait. A woman near us ordered her bowl 30 mins after us and got her food before us Manager was not friendly

Elli M.

Yelp
I've eaten here several times. The service is amazing! The manager of the restaurant came around and said hello to everyone which was nice and asked about our experience. You have to try the homemade chips and fondue - out of this world! Everything is so well prepared. We've never had a dish that we were unhappy with. It was very busy tonight which is great to see for a local restaurant. We love it!
google avatar

Jason-hazel W.

Yelp
Hubby and I had a great experienced. The food and the atmosphere are fantastic. The only thing that is odd was that our waiter didn't even ask us if we want dessert. I always get dessert after my meal . We'll definitely going back.

Joel M.

Yelp
Went to restaurant on October 27, 2024, service was good, food was slow, cold & dry. Tried again on January 4, 2025, after waiting for a server for 15 minutes, we left, went to "The Original Pancake House" for great fast service & food.
google avatar

Lesli T.

Yelp
I was surprised at how delicious and reasonably-priced this restaurant was for lunch. I don't usually seek out hotels for brunches or dining, but a friend wanted to go here, and I acquiesced. I ordered the chicken avocado BLT and it was delicious and $14. It had a generous amount of grilled chicken and bacon, and came with a large portion of crispy seasoned fries. My friend told the waitress that it was my birthday and the waitress comped our dessert! Does that ever happen anywhere?!!! Wow...5 stars for that alone. There were other nice choices on the menu: salads, hummus sampler plate, burgers, veggie sandwich, pizza...all reasonably priced considering the slightly upper scale ambiance.
google avatar

Josh D.

Yelp
Great selection of food. Haven't ever had something I didn't like here in the 4-5 times I've been. Great ambiance, and I've always had good service.
google avatar

Luciana M.

Yelp
The bartenders Tyler and Orion took great care of us on game day, even when they were extremely busy, and their attentiveness and professionalism were greatly appreciated. Food was also delicious.

K A.

Yelp
Are there a couple of nights ago and everything was excellent from the food to the service. We had a show to go to that was an hour and a half from the time we were seated and let the server know. They had our food out fast. I will definitely eat here again when I'm in Eugene.
google avatar

Ginny L.

Yelp
Although we made a reservation for 6:30 we arrived about 45 minutes early and they were able to seat us immediately, they were super accommodating and polite. Although it took a bit for our food to come out, overall it was quite delicious. I got the seared ahi and enjoyed it very much. The general ambiance of the restaurant was quite pleasant. I would recommend coming here and checking out the other shops afterwards.
google avatar

Michaela R.

Yelp
The first time I went I would have given 3 stars, I think it all depends on what you order. That time I ordered bar food off the happy hour menu, it was alright . The next time I went with my partner and had a sit down dinner. The tuna poke bowl was a perfect start. The seared PNW steelhead was cooked to perfection. My partners seared ahi tuna, chefs kiss . It was 5 star worthy. The rustic decor is so cute, the lemon drops were made just right, and the server was great. I wish I remembered her name. She helped us secure a seat at a nearby speakeasy. I'm glad we gave it a second chance, we will be back!
google avatar

V H.

Yelp
The service is great at the bar and the atmosphere is fun and friendly. The fish and chips are so crispy and cooked to perfection. Definitely will be back.
google avatar

Michelle O.

Yelp
We had reserved over 18 rooms for our company's holiday party at the Gordon Hotel so I thought I'd try the restaurant. Service was very slow and I wanted to order food, felt like I had been overlooked. I had a drink and left. Ironically my boss had been sitting next to me when I first walked in and they charged me for his drink as well which I thought was little weird. I've been here for breakfast before and had good service. Just assume this was a one off experience at least I hope so!
google avatar

Trenda D.

Yelp
Excellent table service. Nice menu and yummy food but those drinks Handcrafted cocktails were-amazing! Plentiful parking, nice atmosphere for being outside but able to easily hold a conversation without other tables being too close. The staff was attentive without hovering but excellent at their timing
google avatar

Chris L.

Yelp
Stopped in for drinks and dinner. Convenient location from my hotel, and a new place that feels modern and fun. Our waiter was nice and the restaurant was clean. I got the wagyu burger, which was kind of meh - tasty, but not juicy or big. If I were to come again, I'd get something else.
google avatar

Christine M.

Yelp
Arrived at 5:30 for a 5:45 reservation for five on Friday night. Told that the party at 'our' table had been there 2.5+ hours and 'should be' finishing up soon. Finally seated at 6 pm - but only after we inquired again at 5:55 and they scrambled to set up another table since other party still wasn't leaving. Once seated we were then told by our waitress that the kitchen was very backed up and not accepting any orders for at least the next 10 minutes per the manager. Anything ordered would then take at least an hour to be served to us. We had a show to attend so had no choice but to leave and scramble to find something else. The table beside us did the same (got up and left upon hearing it would take too long to be served). Unacceptable to not manage reservations and how they are seating people. It's unfair to patrons and their own staff. I'm no longer able to trust that a reservation with them means anything and it's doubtful I'll be back.
google avatar

Tanner A.

Yelp
This was my first time coming here for brunch and it was great! I got a reservation for 2 on a Sunday morning, though I really didn't need one. Everyone who helped us was friendly and our food didn't take long to come out. They even gave my partner complimentary donuts for his birthday! We were seated inside in one of the booths which was comfortable while still maintaining the upscale interior aesthetic. The food was relatively inexpensive, being only $15 for each eggs benedict, and the portions were comparable to more diner-style breakfast spots. The potatoes were cut and seasoned perfectly, some of the best breakfast potatoes I've had in town for sure. The eggs on my benedict were cooked perfectly, and the hollandaise was light, flavorful, and citrusy, which I love. I will most definitely be coming back here for brunch to try more things on the menu!

Mary M.

Yelp
I attended the Gordon's Thanksgiving Day buffet. My reservation was for 5 people at 2:00. I had tried invain to add two seats at the table but was told quite rudely that that was impossible. So I made another reservation under another name for 2. I was told these two reservations would be in the same room so I thought great, we would still be having dinner together. But no, the rez for two was called at about 2:10 on the top floor but our rez did not get called till 2:40 and it was on the 2nd floor. To top off the irony, our table had 7 placesettings so our other two guests could have had dinner with us together. While we were waiting in the lobby to get called for our reservation, a family was trying to get an additional chair on their reservation for their 8 yesr old girl. The Mother was even saying she could have her in her lap. Not only wss the restaurant manager, Eric Rust, rude to this family about the policy regarding reservations but he went so far as to call security on them!! I could not believe it! These people were from put of town and just wanted a simple adjustment to the table. More irony, the room we were in had probably 12 or more empty tables that they could have seated that family. I will never recommend nor eat at the place again. Oh and the art work by Brian Obie on the 7th floor are the worst examples of paint on canvas that I have ever seen. No star for this review. Wait staff was wonderful. Food mediocre and restaurant management completely inept. Run by an officious, inappropriate asshole.

Yelp
If you are a person of color don't visit this establishment. The privileged bartender working the bar on 6/18/2023 at 11am would not even acknowledge a question or take our drink order. I am sure if you have the same skin tone as him, you would have great service unfortunately our skin wasn't the right color to deserve service or even a simple acknowledgment by this individual. Trust me, as a minority, it's easy to see disgust in a persons eyes as they refuse service. Shared my disappointment with the manager and was extremely apologetic. Asked if there was anything she could do to make it better, unfortunately there was nothing at that point that could have been done.

Kathleen C.

Yelp
While in town visiting colleges we made Easter brunch reservations at Gordon Tavern. Buffet menu looked good. I booked a little late so didn't have too many options but did manage to get one of the last times available and booked the reservation for 3pm. Friendly service upon check and our server was super nice. But that is where it stopped. Buffet tables were a huge mess and quite honestly DIRTY. ALL the food was clearly left over and picked through from earlier parties. Nothing was fresh. Everything was cold, hard or empty. It was all clearly sitting there for a while. I asked if the food was going to be replenished. They looked surprised and asked what else I needed. Someone else piped in that she would replenish when things were empty. Separate from me, my friend asked same question and was told it's at the end of the buffet time. She said our reservation was for 3pm and they just said "let us know what you want and we will bring it". We barely ate anything because it was so bad. We weren't even there for a full hour since it was pointless they were clearing out. Employees were packing up. We just ended up paying our bill and walking over to Cornucopia for a meal. I have never been so disappointed. Definitely will never be back here.

G J.

Yelp
Excellent food, great service. Will definitely be back. We have never eaten here but by circumstance ended up at the Gordon Tavern. It was a lucky break. Couldn't have asked for friendlier service. I will admit they could probably use a few more staff but they were great and the food was excellent.

Yelp
So I ordered the chicken wings and was kind of shocked at the amount of sauce that you applied to the boring ass baked wings. And then you also included a dipping sauce which was not even helpful because you had already drowned the plate in this sauce. Service was fine but these wings were mediocre as a mother fucker.

Yelp
Pretty good place for a fancy dinner! I'm not giving a full 5 stars because the inside feels crowded and while I loved the salmon dish I got, I left having a nasty case of roasted garlic breath that was soo strong! Personal preference on that seasoning, but overall, a good alternative along the same lines of Marche or Rye.

Yelp
Stopped in for breakfast today. We had 2 omelettes and a traditional breakfast. The omelettes were fantastic and the traditional breakfast was also very tasty. The portions were large and the pricing was good. We enjoyed some Bloody Mary's while we sat in the sun! The service was great! The great part is they serve until 3pm which works well for us on lazy weekends

Yelp
The best ambiance restaurant in Eugene. Modern and gorgeous located in the Gordon hotel. Came here for a happy hour. Drinks were great and we tried calamari and caeser salad, both were good. Worth to check it out.

Yelp
Great ambiance, poor service, food marginal at best. Wilted and rotted greens on salad, cold calamari, so-so 'pizza', more flatbread with mostly bread and haphazard tossing on of toppings, some slices had them, others did not. Bar menu for lunch and up to 5pm, dinner meal looks to be happy hour plus for food. With all the incredible food locations around, I will pass. FYI, 2 blocks away and starting supper at 5pm, consider trying Ambrosia. They never disappoint, have an extensive menu options and always, incredible service and staff.

Yelp
Excellent food! I had the shrimp pasta and my husband had a steak. Both were delicious. They also make a pretty amazing margarita.

Yelp
The food was disgusting, everything was burnt. Shoe leather quality. I hope this saves a lot of people time and money. Eugene has so many wonderful restaurants. This one is NOT one of them. Our server, Lisa, was very nice. The food quality certainly was not her fault. Barf!

Yelp
We had thee best breakfast at Gordon Tavern. This was such a cool spot to have breakfast with the fam. It was kinda reminiscent of New Orleans, with great staff & just a cool vibe. Unfortunately, I don't have pictures to post but, I will say the Eggs Benedict were the group favorite. Everything we ordered was delicious, presentation was beautiful, good time!

Yelp
Food was excellent and service was superb. We pulled off the interstate to find some food on our drive from San Diego to Imperial Valley. A nice little place for lunch!
