Everything I had here was great! Both the original ramen and special green chili ramen had super flavorful, rich broth and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The green chili ramen had a great kick of heat! The black sesame ice cream was not too sweet and delightfully nutty. Even the mocktail I got was great! Definitely recommend eating here! :)

Google
This raman shop is absolutely fantastic! It is so flavorful and savory. I enjoyed the tori ramen and added a little Chile oil to make it even better. The gozas were bomb, the sauce made it just that much better. Our server was remarkable. He was kind and helped us any way he could while making a selection. Also the atmosphere was comfortable and modern with a Japanese flare. Was very good would and will come back .

My daughter and I went to have a nice Saturday lunch here. The brussels sprouts were amazing. We didn’t get a picture cause they were gone so fast.

Google
I ate here for the first time a few years ago and it was awesome. I highly anticipated my return and looked forward to the brussel sprouts (when I first had them I thought they were the best EVER!). I also love that they have a vegan option, so me and boyfriend can both enjoy food with different dietary requirements. We were so sad when the sprouts came out very undercooked (almost raw). The ramen was ok but not worth the price. You have to add so much to really make it worthwhile, and by then you’ve ran up quite the bill. Not bad food, but we didn’t feel like it was worth it and probably won’t go back. I see why people like it. Good atmosphere and maybe we just caught them on a bad night.

Google
Tried Goro Ramen and absolutely loved it! We ordered a couple of noodle bowls, the coconut shrimp, and the house special appetizer…every dish was packed with flavor and so well prepared. The service was just as impressive: attentive, friendly, and fast. A perfect spot for anyone craving authentic ramen with great sides and a welcoming vibe.

Google
We got the spicy miso ramen(half spice), tori paitan ramen with corn and mushrooms and coconut shrimp nikuman. Food was incredible, so flavourful and very good portion sizes. Our waiter was chnace and was very kind and patient when we asked loads of questions. If we lived nearby we would definately be back!!!

Google
The food was good. The meal I ordered in particular could have used a little salt, and of course, everything is expensive. Just my opinion, but I think they are a little too proud of their ramen to charge $15+ a bowl but my girls were happy, so overall the experience was pretty cool.

Google
We sat at the bar in an effort to get quicker seating. I did not assume it would be busy on a Tuesday night - but GOOD FOR THEM! The food was delicious! The staff was very attentive and kind. Nathaniel and Arturo were our “servers” at the bar and they exceeded our hospitality and attention to detail standards. 10/10 would recommend 🤤

Yelp
The spicy ramen is good. The noodles are harder and chewy. The corn is well done. Green onion thin. The broth tasted like pork broth with chilis and had a spice level of 5 out of 10. The mushrooms were nice. The chicken meatballs are very soft and had alot of flavor. I liked it. A

Yelp
There's always been a friendly debate between the two ramen spots in OKC, and honestly, I enjoy them both for different reasons. Goro is a personal favorite of mine because they have a vegan option available. It's great when I'm out with my vegetarian/vegan friends because they have something to enjoy. I absolutely love their spicy miso ramen, especially with the chashu, although the pork meatballs are also delicious. Their Brussels sprouts and salad starters are a nice contrast to the rich ramen broth. Rating: 4.5 stars

Yelp
This is the best Ramen I have ever had hands down. THE broth is delicious I had the fried beef Ramen w green chilis, scallops egg, noodles I had hot tea and honey .The check in process was a little crazy people were pouring in and no room to wait .We were directed to a small space to wait but we had to keep checking about our table to make sure we were not forgotten. The bartender was so nice but was having to make all drinks for this whole restaurant and take orders for food at the bar .In my onion needed more help . But all in all I would go back for the Ramen.
google avatar

Yelp
Spicy miso ramen is the only thing I got for there broth is very good. I love ramen and they make some good ramen. The service was a little slow , we put in a reservation online and it said ready put we're waiting for the table to finish . Sometimes there is a line outside. Which is why there good!! Overall good experience and good ramen

Yelp
This is a really nice place with 2 bar areas. The entrance is small and there didn't seem to be a sign saying Goro Ramen. You enter through the patio which was nice. However, expect a little wait as they are popular. Sat at the far bar. The bartender was very busy making drinks and trying to keep up with patrons at the bar. He did a really good job and didn't seem stressed at all. The food was fantastic. Started with Pork Belly Nikuman which was so light and delicious. Then I had the Green Chili Ramen. It had some good spice to it and you can add additional spice in the form of a Sukio green chili bomb. It was delicious with green onions, a soft boiled egg, crispy pork belly, a roasted tomato, and bean sprouts. Highly recommend for a date night or a get together with friends.

Yelp
Easily the best ramen I've had in any Oklahoma metro area. Tonight I went for the yasai vegan bowl with extra tofu and a chili bomb, and the classic Tori paitan with chili bomb. Vegan ramen is hard to impress me with, but this place nails it. It doesn't hide the fact that it's fully vegan. It embraces the umami mushrooms, sweet and acidic tomatoes, and aromatic onions and shallots while also still having a great fattiness to the broth. I can always tell when my bowl is from Goro because of the craftsmanship and flavors. It feels different and refreshing from all other places that serve ramen.  Also failed to include a photo of the Japanese whiskey highball! Goro has one of the only places with a machine to make these high balls with carbonation equivalent to champagne. Every drink, every appetizer, and every dish I've had I've loved. It's always a joy to come back whenever I'm in town!

Yelp
I always sit at the bar, and the service is excellent! We usually see Sam or Raul, and both are fantastic. The food is delicious; I get the battleship curry, and my husband orders spicy miso and, of course, chicken karagge with spicy mayo. The atmosphere is very lowkey, and the music isn't too loud.
google avatar

Hollie C.

Yelp
The food was absolutely amazing. I had spicy miso. My daughter had regular. My boyfriend had spicy miso with pork. We also have the brussels sprouts for an appetizer, super yummy. our weight staff was amazing. After we ate all that we could our waiter, took our Ramen to the back and put it into containers for us. And we went on a day when it was a great temperature so they had the outdoors open and the atmosphere was a very pleasant experience.
google avatar

Matt J.

Yelp
Really solid ramen place with a good vibe. Food was excellent. In a great neighborhood. Decent place for one on one meetings.
google avatar

Sam S.

Yelp
My experience at Goro was nothing short of amazing. The service was prompt and attentive, the ambiance was relaxing and pleasant, and the food was great! I tried their special Birria ramen, and I loved the flavors and taste. It was an interesting fusion dish with unique flavors that I've never tasted before. Some say the food is on the pricier side but when it comes to portions and quality I believe it's worth the price. They're also open later than most restaurants, so if you're out late and want a hearty bite, Goro is the place to go! And, be on the lookout for their monthly ramen specials that are only available on Mondays!
google avatar

Yelp
2 noodle 2 appetizer for $80 is kinda stiff, but overall good ramen and good experience
google avatar

April K.

Yelp
The food is not up to par in my opinion when comparing to Tamashi or Tatsumaki. Service was fine and the decor was nice. Just a let down since we have experienced the other two places that we like much better.
google avatar

Emilia S.

Yelp
I always come here for my birthday! Absolutely amazing sesame seed Ice cream. Such a nutty and rich taste. The miso could have been a bit spicier I also substituted the meatballs for pork belly. Such amazing flavor. I tried the coconut shrimp, great sauce and great flavor. The service was quick and friendly and the ambience is upscale. Parking is always a bit trickery but well work to it!
google avatar

Mya R.

Yelp
One of my favorite spots! The Spicy Miso Ramen is my go to and I tried the Tokyo Hot Chicken this time. Chefs Kiss. The food was delicious and was served fast yet fresh. The only issue we ran into were that the host doesn't seem to want to sit people at tables? Not sure what that's about. There were 4 open tables in the establishment (even when others had just been sitting there) but they really insisted on me and my friend sitting at the bar. As someone that doesnt drink its kind of annoying.

Yelp
I'd been here before but this is the first time we ate. Wasn't sure of things but after looking the menu over my wife ordered the kiddie ramen. Just chicken broth and noodles. I ordered the spicy miso. It had fried shallots, corn, noodles, sliced scallions, roasted garlic miso, menma, ajitama, goma, negi, half a hard boiled egg and 3 nice spicy pork meatballs. We also ordered an app of coconut shrimp nikuman. It was a large coconut shrimp, cabbage medley, togarashi mayo, mustard vinaigrette and cilantro on a Japanese steamed bun. The coconut shrimp came out right away and was amazing. You could taste all the flavors followed by a kick of the cilantro. The ramen bowls were great. My wife's was a little plain and needed some salt but she did order the kids version. Mine had a nice kick of spice in everything. Had to make sure it was cool to pick up my bowl and finish the broth. It was just fine. Even got a chuckle out of my server. The service was very good. A little slow when we first got seated but after tht it was all good. They have 2 full service bar areas with seating around 3 sides for eating as well. Very nice Asian flair to the decor and ambiance. Definately will go back. The prices were pretty reasonable.

Yelp
It seems I review this place about every 2 years The quality has dropped and that's sad. I paid extra for an egg and got only half an egg that was cold. It seems like nothing is made in house anymore. And it's EXPENSIVE. Still tasty, I just wish they still cared as much as they used to
google avatar

Yelp
First ramen of the 2025 fall season, and didn't disappoint! Took our boys (7 and 4) and enjoyed watching them devour their ramen. Food and service were fantastic, can't want to return!
google avatar

Yelp
To say the least, it definitely is delicious. My friend that recommended the spot has visited Japan and says it's just authentic and delicious. We love Goro Ramen!!!!
google avatar

Teresa L.

Yelp
The ramen was so good. The service was great and I love the decor. The restaurant has private seating and community seating. I will definitely go back.

Yelp
Goro is tucked in the vibrant Paseo Arts District in OKC, and it's got the kind of cool, laid-back vibe you'd expect from the area. My friends and I stopped by one evening since it was was one of the few spots without a crazy wait. We were seated right away, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Brussel Sprouts and the Tori Paitan Ramen. Both came out hot, fresh, and beautifully plated. The Brussels were a standout - perfectly crips with a flavor combo that really hit. The ramen was rich, filling, and tasty, thought I've had a few bowls I liked more in the city. Still, it held its own. Overall, Goro delivered a solid experience with great service and food that's definitely worth a try.
google avatar

Tim T.

Yelp
Update review where I got the chicken paitan ramen, pork belly Bao, Brussels sprouts and the parfait dessert - along with the Thai tea ice cream and vanilla bean ice cream with strawberry sauce. The hot honey chicken katsu that is a special now was incredible - sweet and spicy and also served with daikon radishes. Service was also excellent and attentive, and the ambiance is very cool. Highly recommended ramen spot in OKC - they really should try and add tsukemen, it would be very popular!

Martin P.

Yelp
Always delicious. I get there every chance I get to visit OKC. My only problem is I get stuck on one item and I eat it almost every time.
google avatar

Des H.

Yelp
Love going for a quick bite to Gorō! Very peaceful. I always come read my books and drink hot sake at the bar top! Great staff very attentive. Will be back OKC!
google avatar

Hasu L.

Yelp
Great service, the ramen was very Flavorful and really hit the spot. The appetizers were amazing too. My friends and I come here often and are never disappointed.
google avatar

Al L.

Yelp
Good ramen spot in OKC that often gets very busy for lunch and dinner. Sometimes we have to be on a waitlist for a table or bar seat to open up, but they usually try to get us in as quickly as possible. Service is hit or miss depending on how short staffed they are that day. Tables are seated close to each other, so it often feels crowded and cramped. The Chicken Kara-age and Tebasaki are our favorite appetizer items to order because of the crispy, crunchy, and savory flavor of the Japanese style fried chicken. The Spicy Miso Ramen has a hot, spicy broth that is a great choice on a cold winter day to warm you up. The Chilled Ramen is actually a solid choice to get on a hot summer day due to it being brothless, cool, and refreshing so that you avoid breaking out in a sweat. We started going here 5 years ago back when it was located in the Plaza District, but now it changed to a new location in the Paseo District, which is only a couple miles away.
google avatar

Rachel N.

Yelp
I think I'm just picky. I got the kare (curry) mazemen: noodles had a great texture, but the curry was too salty for me. Chicken in the curry was good though (probably from a boiled chicken drumstick). Was kinda pricey imo. My friend got the yasai (veg) ramen, which she enjoys each time she comes. We were immediately seated (party of 2) at 2:30pm on a Saturday. The decor is nice, and they keep the restaurant very cool (probably so you're not sweating while eating hot broth ramen).
google avatar

Jennifer L.

Yelp
I came here for a Sunday dinner with my family. I usually opt for the spicy miso & it was great per usual. The service was a little off --our server (who was also the bartender) didn't get our order right & didn't come check on us very much. If service was better, it would have been 5 starts instead of 4. Ambiance was great, it was busy but still enjoyable.

Taylor G.

Yelp
The Ramen is delicious. The food is consistent and the service is spot on! This is my go to place for Ramen as they have a great vegan option as well as a meat option for others. Our whole crew gets exactly what they want and is full when they leave. The restaurant is also big enough, but not too loud so we enjoy going there and chatting it up.
google avatar

Sheenna F.

Yelp
Love this place! Friendly people, clean establishment, and wonderful food! We grab a bite here anytime we're near.
google avatar

Karene C.

Yelp
This has to be the best ramen in OKC. We went midday and there were only a few servers. We sat at the bar and noticed the bartender also had numerous tables outside the bar area. Even with that, she was great. We never waited. The ramen was cooked to perfection and I'm so glad we were able to try the catfish karage while it was on special.
google avatar

Ashley V.

Yelp
First time trying the ramen and the chicken karaage and my friend and I loved the chicken appetizer especially with the sauce! So addicting. As for the main course, I tried the spicy ramen and I thought the broth lacked a bit of flavor. I even tried to add some spice with the garlic spice bomb but overall was not my favorite in the city.
google avatar

Lizabeth Y.

Yelp
Ok this place has officially been marked as my top ramen spot! Came for lunch on a Thursday for a party of three. THEY DO NOT SEAT UNTIL YOUR WHOLE PARTY IS THERE. And they don't really have a waiting area except for the space between the door and the host stand. Anyways, we got sat and was greeted by such a kind waitress, I didn't get her name and my receipt doesn't show it either... but she took her time to answer our questions and give recommendations. We ordered two appetizers, the TEBASAKI (chicken wings) and Tokyo Hot Chicken (drumsticks). The drumsticks were good and the dang chicken was pretty big!! The wings? ORDER THEM. CRIPSY. FLAVOR. DELICIOUS. Don't need to say more. Period. Family member had the spicy miso and he ATE THAT UP. I had the tori paitan and I thought it was good! THE EGG WAS BOMB. Pork belly were some thick slices! I would say the broth may need to be more savory but daaaaang I'd come back!! Go try the wings and lmk.

Leonardo P.

Yelp
Great service, food, ambience. There great birthday experiences for my friends. I recommend for taking friend and first date.
google avatar

Kevin B.

Yelp
Goro is one of the best Ramen spots in OKC. Spicy miso always delivers and a nice Japanese highball cocktail pairs well. Service is always great, and the dark ambiance is very cool.
google avatar

Inge H.

Yelp
Food Service Ambiance, all excellent! Food Service Ambiance, all excellent! Food Service Ambiance, all excellent!
google avatar

Jorygail B.

Yelp
My husband and I have probably eaten here a handful of times and would love to say the food is always superb. We especially love the Nikuman Pork Belly the best that we had to order it twice! Definitely a 5 out of 5 service, special mentioning Nathan who went far and beyond. And ambiance is for sure very clean and has a good vibes! Definitely coming back
google avatar

Aja L.

Yelp
Beautiful, hip, modern Amazing food and great service. I came on a date and was impressed with the decor, friendly waitstaff (kept filling our waters even after we paid and hung around a little), and amazing food with large portions. I'll definitely come back here again! It's a great place for all - family dinners, date nights, and a spot to drink with friends.
google avatar

Hyunju C.

Yelp
Very authentic broth with nice flavor! I think this place is by far the best Japanese noodle soup you can find in Oklahoma state.

McClayne J.

Yelp
Great food. Atmosphere is friendly. And the service is amazing. We got the regular ramen with pork belly and it was so tender it melts in your mouth!

Desiree R.

Yelp
Me and and my three friends came here and let me tell you the service and food is so freaking good if I could give them 6 stars I would. The restaurant setting is so beautiful we took a lot of great photos inside. I highly recommend this place I love coming here!
google avatar

Lily T.

Yelp
We came here for dinner and had no issues finding parking. The Paseo district is really cute but it was super hot so we didn't walk around much. We were seated immediately at the bar and ordered the spicy miso, tori paitan and shared the chicken karaage. I got the matcha lemonade as well. The lemonade tasted like plain lemonade and not much of a matcha flavor but the chicken karaage was super crunchy and the sauce was good. It wasn't oily and tasted fresh! The tori paitan ramen was good and the broth wasn't super heavy. The toppings went well but I think the pork belly was a little too tough and could've been more tender. My boyfriend didn't like the meatballs in his miso ramen that much but he finished most of the bowl! Overall it was a decent choice for ramen in OKC and the price was on par with other choices in the area.
google avatar

Alyssia C.

Yelp
Starting off, parking was hard to find. We each ordered the Tori Paitan, there was blue string seared into part of the pork belly. The noodles weren't very good, they were thick and clumped together. The egg was delicious but you only get half an egg. The price is too steep for the quality of food, do not recommend. Giving 2 stars because the egg was good. If you want good ramen, the best we have found is Tatsumaki in Norman. The second best so far is Meiji Experience Japan in Midwest City. Although I do give Meiji the top spot for atmosphere.

Vanessa H.

Yelp
The food was delicious, service was great given we stayed past closing time but the servers were so nice, the vibes were so cool, the lighting was the best part for me!!

SheVonna B.

Yelp
I cannot find one bad thing about this place! Everything we had was pure amazing. The server was great. I can't remember her name but she was top tier! We opted to sit outside and the views were great. We even had great conversation with the people next to us. All in all top tier ramen hands down. I will be back!

Miriam M.

Yelp
I love this place. The food is fantastic, the service prompt, and atmosphere relaxing. It's becoming a regular stop for us.
google avatar

Teaira J.

Yelp
On a cold day like today, Ramen sounded amazing and it was! It definitely warmed me up with great flavor and texture all in one bowl. If you like spicy food like me, I suggest you get the bomb stuff. It's a game changer. I wanted to try something a little more unique, but was afraid that I would miss out on other ingredients. All in all, I was very satisfied with my visit.

Jennifer A.

Yelp
So delicious! Yasai, Crispy Tofu, Extra Corn, add Bamboo! Great atmosphere. Waiters are helpful. Good service. One of my favorite Ramen places for sure!
google avatar

Holly F.

Yelp
Outstanding ramen! Goro was one of my favorite restaurants I tried when visiting OKC. Finding a parking spot was tough though! After deciphering the menu a little, I tried the Yasai ramen. It was delicious! My husband also really enjoyed his ramen, the Tori Paitan. Serving sizes were huge and overall I think the price is fair. The service was great, and we loved the overall look of the place. I just wish the Monday specials were offered other days of the week as they looked tasty. The menu is pretty limited for the other days though. One thing we struggled with though was that the tables are so close to each other. We were placed at a table for two in between two other tables for two. We could hear each of their private conversations (some a little tmi) way too much and it made us not want to speak too loudly. It was just too awkward and we left discussing everything we heard others say more than anything else.
