GoroGoro Steamboat & Korean Buffet @ The Centrepoint

Staff was great, informed us at entrance that the seafood section was empty and needed time to be replenished, and promised us a plate of seafood at the table because of the unavailable section. Pleasantly shocked by the good service. Atmosphere inside was average, but acceptable for the price you're paying. Staff will come to your table at around 8.30-9pm to inform you of the last service. Lala soup was pretty tasteless, rest was fine to me. Not much to complain about.

Utility is quite low. The liver is not fresh, the condiments all very bland. Even the ginseng herbal soup is bland. The veg, like spinach is old and fibrous. Need not fully enjoy the 90mins. Left within an hour. Suggestion: improve ur condiments, soup base. And do not keep on promoting like and share. Back then I ate more than 20 times at centerpoint, intro others to eat there. If food is fresh and nice, there will be pple. Service is good.

The restaurant provides a pleasant dining environment, but the selection of food and drinks is fairly modest. While the meal was enjoyable, some of the dishes could have been fresher. It’s also worth mentioning that ice cream is available for an additional charge, which is something to keep in mind. Overall, it’s an okay option for a casual meal, though there may be other places with more variety

$69 for 2 adults & 2 children for a Sunday lunch is a pretty good price. Buffet spread is acceptable with enough meat choices to go around except for seafood. Fried stuff section is really a kids haven. Choice of soup is also good and their collagen soup & herbal soup are not too bad. They also have a drinks section with orange, calamansi, grape amongst other options. Overall, a well worth lunch.

I came for lunch on a Friday afternoon. Our soup choices of Beauty Collagen and Korean Ginseng were both really delicious, and honestly the best out of all the buffet hotpots I have been to. The meat selection was fantastic! I especially enjoyed the pig liver, pork loin and beef. Their cooked food section was incredible too; their chicken namban, mantou, japchae and korean pancakes were done excellently. Coupled with their sprawling selection of vegetables and condiments (not to forget the super sweet & juicy watermelon!), the food quality and dining experience was extremely worth the low cost. The staff were efficient and proactive in clearing plates, but the ambience was pretty typical of any crowded buffet restaurant — noisy and bustling. I would most certainly be back soon!

The quality of meat and seafood were quite average. Considering the price there's no complaint about it. Try the fried chicken wing, it's crispy, thickly coated and tasted not bad with the sauce. Would recommend for a reasonable priced hotpot place in ochard.
