Gostilna in vinoteka Faladur (permanently closed)

was a bit hard to find at first, really thought i was gonna be lost in the middle of nowhere lol. we were on our way to guerila for a wine tasting, so decided to book this restaurant for lunch. we went for a four course lunch, it was really affordable in our opinion, especially for the food we got. super pretty dishes! flavour-wise, i think there’s room for improvement, but we appreciated the creativity. and the host was so friendly, really passionate, communicative and thoughtful :). thanks so much for this experience.

Great food and even better service. We had a 5 course dinner, a mix of traditional and new dishes. Out waiter was very helpful and gave us loads of tips about wine houses. And we tried a lot of wines. Would definitely come back, Ivan thanks for a great night🫶

Small place in charming town Vipava - great atmosphere and service, interesting wine selection. Very good food, especially Fish and Deer carpaccio, tartare with onion.

¡Thank you for this unforgettable culinary experience! Every dish was unique and incredibly delicious. Even though we had never tried anything like it before, it truly felt like a journey through time. I understand the movie *Ratatouille* on a whole new level now! The flavors were amazing, and each wine was perfectly paired with the food. This experience will stay in my heart for a long time. If you're visiting Slovenia, this is a must-do! I'm already looking forward to the next time we come back.

Luxurious tasting menu at a fantastic price! Cozy outdoor seating, great wine, and excellent service. I had an incredibly delicious risotto and veal for the main course. The flavors didn't quite come together in the shrimp carpaccio and cheesecake, so I recommend choosing other dishes for cold starter and dessert.

Wonderful culinary experience in a quaint and cute town. Definitely worth the drive! We visited as a group of 4 for lunch and were treated with a wonderful 4 course meal! Indoor and outdoor seating options, a huge wine selection and outstanding food. We all ordered the steak for mains with the jota being a stand-out for the warm entree. Definitely recommend the gazpacho and carpaccio with truffle for cold entrees. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you!
