Gotham Bagels - Magnificent Mile

Delicious! The bagel quality was excellent—fresh, chewy, and flavourful. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese on a cinnamon sugar bagel, and it was a great combo. I went around 7 a.m. and waited about 10 minutes, which wasn’t bad at all. The service was friendly and efficient. It is a tad pricey for the portion size, and the bagel was smaller than expected, but overall, definitely worth the visit.

The food was great but I had to deduct some stars for the experience. I understand its a small place and have to limit how many people can be inside. I was willing to wait in line to order but security insisted I should order online. So I did, ordering a lox sandwich, bees knees coffee and a brown butter chocolatechunk cookie. When I was let in to grab my order the guard tried rushing me out without getting my coffee (which is at the counter, not the order rack) then after leaving I discovered that my order was missing the cookie. I will be back but next time I am ordering in person.

Was a little wait outside but the line is managed well. The bagels are so amazing. Bigger than my hand and packed to the brim with cream cheese. Staff was polite and gave excellent recommendations.

I made my own bagel, I got the Honey wheat everything Bagel with Plain Vegan Cream Cheese,Egg sunny side up,arugula, tomatoes. It was really good. Will go back!

Phenomenal bagels, the best I’ve ever eaten! So good, I went back three more times!

Firstly, this is a card only business, I walked in to a line with cash only, not knowing. I order my everything bagel with smoked lox spread and a coffee, pull out my cash and was saddened by the news of cash only... The servers let me keep the coffee, and I had to order my bagel online since I didn't have my card with me. The everything bagel tastes like an everything bagel from back in the day, and they are huge. The crust is perfect while the inside stays soft. The smoked lox spread is zesty, creamy, and full of chunks lox. The service is great, the atmosphere of the whole joint with the people in there is amazing, everyone sitting inside was enjoying their food with either a huge smile on their faces. Even though they have a huge line most of the time, the staff is super fast, and the wait time is low which was a pleasant surprise. Gotham bagels earned a place in my heart today

So nice!! The Brighton Beach bagel sandwich was amazing! So was the pickle! The staff were lovely and patient helping me choose what to order (we don't really have these amazing bagel shops in Australia).

A slight delay. The computers had to be rebooted (I don’t blame the staff). There was a mishap with my order. I find it funny looking back. I requested a latte, but I received a latke. Maybe I’ve got an accent I am unaware of. Or don’t have the Chicago accent…¯\_(ツ)_/¯
