Gotham West

I’ve been living at Gotham West for over a year and couldn’t be happier with the building and the staff. From the first day working with the team showing me the apartment and amenities, everyone was very friendly and super communicative. The amenities are excellent and well kept and the staff that works here are always super helpful. I’ll be staying here as long as I can!

As an international, finding an apartment in New York can be really challenging, but my experience with Gotham West was absolutely amazing. The process was super smooth from start to finish. Christian was incredibly responsive, helpful, and showed me what turned out to be my dream studio. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend!

I recently relocated from the Upper East Side to be closer to my office in Hudson Yards, which mandated a return-to-office this fall. While looking at various luxury apartments in the area, Gotham West immediately stood out, largely thanks to Christian. He was absolutely excellent: he promptly followed up with calls about new listings and deadlines, gave me a great tour of the building, and I signed my lease within 48 hours. Christian was truly the bright spot in this otherwise stressful process, and I'm very thankful for his outstanding work.

Last week I visited my good friend who lives at the Gotham West and I must say - I was amazed by it! The design, architecture and overall vibe is beautiful. The moment you walk in, you enter in a real Manhattan style lobby, big walls, very high ceiling, politely greeted by the concierge. The staff was beyond helpful and very professional, taking into consideration that I was just a guest and not an actual tenant of the building. The residence has so many luxurious amenities that you don’t even have to leave the building, so to speak. Also, what really left me a good impression was the cleanliness of the building. Everything was spotless, clean and polished - front door, lobby, elevator and hallways etc. You could tell that the management pays attention to details. Overall, beautiful building and professional management/organization.👌🏻

Ive been living here for about 3 months now in a cozy little studio and it has been by far the best living experience I could possibly ask for! The building is clean and modern yet still welcoming and warm. Repairs are always handled within 24 hours after I request them and the gym has been a godsend during the pandemic. Its open 24/7 and has everything any serious lifter could ask for (plus a Peloton bike!). The rooftop and garden and lounge are also all so stunning and well maintained! The building also hosts super cute events each month - they gave out cake pops for Valentine’s Day and I got to do a cooking class and wine tasting! But it’s been the amazing staff here that has truly made living here such a treat! From little chats with the front desk to helping me out with actual issues, everyone has been so great! I recently dropped my phone down the elevator shaft and Tony the building manager was able to get my phone back bless his soul. And I did have an issue with a neighbor’s barking dog but management helped me handle it and it’s been peace and quiet ever since! Highly recommend living here if you can, I know a lot of buildings like to throw the word ‘luxury’ around but Gotham West truly embodies the word!

Building leasing offices are a first and telling indication of a building community. As a determined and prepared lessee, I was pleased with Christian and his colleagues work at Gotham West as I searched for an apartment. Their professionalism and thoroughness were top-notch. The initial walk-through appointment was monitored and a minor change was quickly accommodated and acknowledged. Christian’s manner was professional yet not overly "stuffy" serious, a great indication of the properties character. They were personable, well informed about the apartment amenities and knowledgeable about the availability of units not only immediately but a month or two in the future. Christian had full knowledge of the different floor plans and different designs in the building, which included offering information about window view direction and exposure. This extended to clear information about additional fees, which were presented directly and did not need to be investigated on my part. Christian and his office were exceptionally communicative throughout the leasing process, and were clear about building documentation requirements. I received timely updates and information about expected response from the leasing offices. In addition, when I requested a second visit Christian made sure a team member was able to be available to help, which made me confident that the office is communicative and works well together. Unlike some other building visits, it was clear to me that Christian liked the building and community he was showing, which came across clearly during our tour. Christian and his colleagues turned out to be excellent representatives of the building and the type of place I was hoping to call home.

The Gotham West Holiday party was fantastic ! Live music and wonderful cocktails The food surpassed every other Gotham party yet!!The room and decor looked amazing!! Thank you Samantha!

I recently moved into Gotham West Apartments, and my experience has been fantastic. From the start, Tony, the resident manager, was incredibly helpful and guided me through the entire process. Tom, Patrick, Edona, and everyone else at the front desk are very welcoming and always make me feel at home. The apartment itself is great, and I feel so nice about living here. Also the rooftop is INCREDIBLE. I'm very happy with my decision to move to Gotham West and highly recommend it!
