Eater’s Favourite Bottles of Wine This Autumn | Eater London

"A Georgian producer highlighted for a skin-contact amber wine selected for a curated lineup, representing the country’s traditional winemaking techniques and the textured, tannic orange-wine style favored by natural-wine enthusiasts." - Adam Coghlan

Nina and Beka are really lovely and they are very proud of their winery. We chose a terrible day as the fog decended on the mountain, but it was still beautiful. We enjoyed a full tour and we learned so much about Georgian wine. Our dinner was a feast of local food prepared by Nina's Mother. We picked up a few bottles of sparkling rosé and a few amber wines.

We had amazing time during our winery tour and then wine tasting. The tour was very informative and interesting. I learned a lot about the process of winemaking. The food and wines were excellent. Overall we had great time and we even bought some wines to take home. This is a perfect afternoon or evening trip, really a short ride from Tbilisi center. Totally recommended!

We had our best day in Georgia here!! We learned a lot about natural wines and Georgian wine traditions. Most importantly though the hospitality was one of a kind, we were served incredible wines and amazing homemade food and felt very much welcomed! Highly recommend!

First of all I’m very thankful to Nino and her family for great and tasty wines, full excursion and beautiful Georgian cuisine. Second you have an amazing and beautiful area and house, which looks like on a postcard. Thank you very much!!! I hope to come back there as soon as possible. 😍

This place is truly remarkable, with its delightful hosts, exceptional wine and dining experiences, making it perfect for birthdays, dinners, day trips from Tbilisi, meetings, or small conferences. We highly recommend it for any occasion. It's conveniently located near the city, providing guests from Tbilisi with the opportunity to immerse themselves in the rich culture and traditions of Georgian wine, dining, and family life. A visit you won't regret.

Gotsa presented overwhelming hospitality showing us his winery and introducing his dedicated approach to the terroir story, though we did not make an appointment and just came to his gates. My specific interest was his qvevri-aged lambic beer, unique for the country, but his other products deserve praise and a proper visit!
