I tried Gott's for the first time yesterday and it didn't disappoint! We came by a little after 3, and it was pretty full inside since the Niner's game had just started. I liked how the interior had so much seating and a bar with multiple TV's, but we chose to sit outside since we brought our dog. There is also a lot of seating outside and we chose a table that had a view of the game.
The food came out maybe 10 minutes after we ordered, which I was grateful for since I hadn't eaten anything all day. We ordered the impossible burger, cheeseburger, ahi burger, bacon cheeseburger, and sides of fries, sweet potato fries, and the kale salad.
I went right in on my cheeseburger and it was solid. I wish everything was a bit warmer and the meat had more seasoning on it, but all the ingredients tasted fresh and nice quality. The bun was not my favorite and it could have been more toasted. The regular fries and sweet potato fries were both really good and were crispy on the outside with a fluffy inside. The kale salad was really good, the greens were crisp and fresh and I liked the dressing and croutons. The ahi burger was solid too, it had a seared piece of tuna seasoned with shoyu and a nice slaw to go with it.
It's definitely a more expensive option for burgers, but the location has a nice bar set-up and spacious seating. The ambiance was lively and service was quick but overall, I'd choose to go to In-N-Out for the value and quality. It's not my first choice for burgers, but I would come back here for fries, salads, ice cream, and to catch a game!
