My fiance and I signed up for a cooking class at this location and my goodness it exceeded our expectations. The food we made was absolutely spectacular and the music and vibes made us feel like we traveled to Cameroon for a night. Julie and Albert sell some amazing products that are all healthy and unique. You will not be disappointed if you visit their shop. Thank you for teaching us a piece of your culture Julie and Albert. We are forever grateful 💖

Went here for the first time. Amazing Service, Amazing (AMAZING) food and a truly amazing experience of seeing delectables from all over the world come to this grocery. I can't recommend the fresh, family recipes they offer highly enough. They truly have quality, soul food (I was tearing up if I have to be honest). I would especially recommend the Kimchi Rice with Garlic, tomato and mushrooms; simply the best meal I have had in years. These guys are the best and I recommend you go here if you want to have the best food you have ever dreamed of 😋🤤.

We were walking around Lancaster and stumbled upon this market … Gourmet Market has amazing clean food and it is delicious. We bought bunch of their products and will have some shipped to Our place in FL. This is a very warm and welcoming environment. I highly Recommend Gourmet Market!!

What a lovely Lancaster gem! Friends and I were walking by and decided to go in and I'm so glad we did! Really nice welcoming staff; and she let us try some of the homemade sauces and stews, which were all delicious. I got the peanut sauce, black bean stew and red beans and rice mix. I'm so glad we found Gourmet Market!

While strolling my girlfriend and I had our interest piqued when we discovered this place! The hospitality was fantastic and the energy of staff were AMAZING! While checking out we were offered to try samples of some in house sauces and not only were they made by the woman running the store, they were absolutely delicious. I’m not the kind of person to typically enjoy just a sauce, but it was incomparable. You can tell the woman knows her stuff, there’s even a homemade refrigerated section of meals. I personally got the clam chowder and beef and beans. And they didn’t last more than 30 minutes in my own fridge before I ate it all! The price point to quality is favorable and I would highly recommend to anyone to come in to this establishment. You will come out with a bag full of food made with care, and a wonderful conversation to keep with you from the staff. Be on the lookout too for their discount they will hand you right outside! You can’t beat quality, care, and welcoming environments like this.

My wife and I stopped into Gourmet Market Lancaster and were absolutely delighted by their selection! We had the chance to sample some of their in-house sauces, and they were incredible — we especially loved the tomato and onion garlic varieties, which we ended up taking home. Their selection of Asian frozen items was also a pleasant surprise, with lots of unique finds you don’t see everywhere. Friendly atmosphere, great quality products, and a place we’ll definitely be returning to!

The owners here did a wonderful job. It felt very welcoming. No need to feel overwhelmed at all. They offered information about their space, very tasty samples, and then left us to explore on our own. Thank you so much for such a great first visit.

Amazing place! So excited for this new store. Lots of amazing rice mixtures, pasta sauces, coffee and teas, and more. A true gem in the city of Lancaster, PA. They also have cooking classes!! 10/10 recommend. ❤️

To Market, To Market... Gourmet international food store located in the heart of Downtown Lancaster, with another in Downtown York, as well. The Deets: *Cooking classes offered *Worldwide foods available to purchase, including some locally-made items *The man running the shop was as sweet and nice as could be. *Free samples--try the peanut sauce and the green hot sauce! So good! *Great gifts for the foodie in your life *Check the Pic of the hours I posted, as both Yelp AND Google had it wrong. *Prices were fair and not exorbitant Conclusion: Great spot for foodies who cook and a good place to get gifts for the cook in your life.

Snack boxes in the fridge. Get them. Delicious cheeses, fruits, peppers, Humus, etc. These are amazing and very filling. Also, Starbucks next door messed up by not having their snack boxes a few days so I was a bit grumpy at first but relieved to find a replacement right next door . I'm completely converted. The little Peruvian peppers are the treat I had no idea I needed in life. Plus the staff rocks. They seem to really enjoy what they do.
