Gourmet Restaurant Kronenstübli

We were the only ones in the restaurant and we wanted to bring our small dog and the servers said no and were very rude about it

Delightful dinner with my family in a beautiful location. I can only recommend it, especially the pressed duck!

A wonderful dining experience, in a lovely classic dining room and with food to match. We had the pressed duck (canard a la presse), which was excellent. We also had an “essence of chicken” soup to start, which was pretty much what you’d expect from the name, intensely chicken-ey, and a gingerbread spice soufflé with plum compote and tamarind ice cream, for dessert, which was absolutely delicious. Service was attentive and professional, just the right balance between friendliness and formality. I suggest that after dinner you go for a digestif in the hotel bar next door, which is small, cosy, and has a comprehensive and interesting cocktail menu.

Food and service was just fantastic !! All the waiters and waitresses looked after us, and added to the quality of the 5* food made the meal a real event !

Die Begrüssen war sehr herzlich und man bekam als erstes eine heißes Tüchlein. Das Servicepersonal war extrem aufmerksam, freundlich und bemüht. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und das Restaurant ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Zum Menu gab es einige kleinere zwischen Gänge welche alle sehr gut schmecken. Das Menu war sehr lecker wobei die Jakobsmuscheln der Gang war, welcher am wenigsten gut war. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung.

Una location tipica di montagna, nella splendida Pontresina, elegante, signorile è molto lussuosa. Una cucina curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, super, la possibilità di poter degustare la loro tipica “canard à la press” , favolosa davvero. Un’atmosfera molto intima, adatta per cene molto romantiche ma anche per situazioni importanti, personalmente io reputo tutto questo fantastico!!! Complimenti davvero !!!!

Ho cenato in questo bellissimo risotrante in diverse occasioni, l’ultima è stata durante il Festival Gourmet e posso dire che l’eccellenza è davvero una regola qui… Poche volte si può trovare tanta perfezione nei piatti e nel servizio. Tanti complimenti!
