We had a truly wonderful evening at Restaurant Schmitte in Grindelwald. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service from Ivonne and the team was exceptional. Chef Adrian’s attention to detail is remarkable, you can clearly see all the time, care, and effort that goes into each dish. Every course was beautifully presented and full of flavour. It was the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion, and we’re so grateful for the kind wishes and thoughtful hospitality. We’ll definitely return the next time we’re in Grindelwald. Highly recommended!

The culinary experience at the Restaurant Schmitte at the Romantik Hotel Schweizerhof was just amazing, from the Appetizers to the Deserts! The Chef Adrian offers Swiss Dishes with an exotic touch which are mind-blowing! We appreciate his knowledge and most of all that he greats his guests in person. We went back a few times to this beautiful restaurant because we love culinary Art but not only! The Service Staff is one of a kind. With the Chief of Service "Jon Piña" and his staff, we always enjoyed an excellent service, our kids were happy too! Thank you Mr. Adrian and Mr Jon and the staff for wonderful evenings at your restaurant!

本来想要来吃7道式的晚餐，被告知只有特殊日期提前预定才能吃到，于是点了鹅肝，番茄奶油汤，考猪肋排，牛小排配意面和一小瓶红酒，番茄奶油汤非常有滋味，特别是配上汤底的醋粒；烤猪肋排有一点点轻微的辣味比我想象的好吃，而且分量特别大，如果是女士一个人未必吃的完；牛小排做的太老了不值一提，但是配的宽意面非常好吃。本来以为还可以点个甜品，可是吃完以上这些已经完全吃不动了，买单200瑞朗左右，服务很好环境美妙，总体很满意！
