GP's Steak House

The staff is great especially the older gentleman at the bar . The stake was not exactly what I wanted, a somewhat raw on the middle, but the soup is really good . Prices a bit over priced no words about it it’s Las Vegas . Place itself looks not bad for a cozy restaurant .

Very friendly service and nice vibe but food is very overpriced for its average quality. Extremely disappointed. Wine list is bad too, I think they just bought all of the cheap wine from Trader Joe's and Ralph's without any taste consideration.

I ate here the first night having the salad wedge and the cedar plank salon. OMG! Bummed that I had to eat at bar coz I didn't realize there was a concert and needed reservation. I digress, the bar tender provided excellent service, and knows how to mix. The portions are more than generous too. I'm here tonight enjoying a my fav cocktail. The bartender tender remembered and mixing up delight just like last. I hope your service and food is even more delight than mine.

Service was slow it wasnt even full., For a high dine restaurant with some big dollar price tag I expected a well enought service but it was just lacking, A joke really. Waited 33min & 22sec just to be attended by my server, which when I finally did get my food order in waited an extra 28min & 52sec to get my food., Unfortunately the server didnt even do a well enough job to get my drink order in so i can enjoy it with my meal., I guess i enjoyed my alcoholic beverage as an dinner/dessert. Texas road house, Chili, hell even McDonalds has better customer service then this "High dinning resturant." The food was decent nothing special, I ordered a bacon wrapped scallops with cedar plank salmon and a ribeye steak. The scallops was fabulous, The salmon was overcooked and lacked flavor, Even the baby carrots was overcooked, hint of extra spices would of made it decent enought to eat, The steak was nicely cooked but lacked., I had to indulge myself in asking for salt and pepper because i think they forgot to add some., it was just bland., how can you mess that up its a mystery.. The Overall experience for me is a 4/10.

Our party of 7 ate here two times last weekend. The head chef came out and introduced himself, friendly waiter and bartender. The food was.EXCELLENT and huge portions. We will definitely eat there on our next trip. Barbara M

This restaurant is managed horribly. Our experience was bad from the beginning. We were told by the manager he could get us in at 730, we stood around until 930 before he told us we had to split our party up. When a table immediately opened next to our party he wouldn't move us. The manager was extremely rude. Oh yeah, some of the menu was unavailable and the food was completely mediocre for the price.

Not a bad steak house - i would suggest water from the bottle rather than from the tap -

This place was trash. I was so disappointed I did not even think to take pictures, my husband sent his food back 2xs, this was prime rib, it was served cold, it looked like wood. I sent my margarita back 2xs, no baked potatoes, the broccoli tasted old. It was just terrible

Food was great, service was excellent. However the hostess I the front not so good. Restaurant was having a set course meal that included 2 different appetizers and Entrees. For the price per person was $90 each. The way she spoke to my girlfriend and I I felt she was insinuating we couldn't afford to eat there? It was very demeaning and off putting right of the bat. Funny ending of the story is that we didn't have to pay for the meal. We were treated as VIP's and meal was free. We did tip accordingly to waiting staff who were exceptional. The hostess needs to be taught proper etiquette when communicating with patrons.

Service was fantastic really fast and courteous the food and drinks were excellent. By far the best crab cakes I've ever had the pleasure of eating and my husbands prime rib was some of the best I've had for the price range. Cute restaurant as well great decor reminds me of a nice Italian restaurant not so much a steakhouse but very nice. We also really enjoy the open kitchen concept getting to watch the food being prepared is a nice thing because you know they are taking care to properly prepare the food

When you see all of the 1 star reviews, believe them! This place is horrible! You make a reservation and show up at that time and still wait an insane amount of time to be seated. Service is extremely slow. They will tell you that they're out of items just 30 min after opening. Overpriced and nasty! None of the steaks ordered were cooked correctly. Baked potatoes were cold. Salmon says grilled on the menu, but is in fact broiled and dried out. You'd be better off eating at Denny's or simply anywhere that's not here. Food and beverage director couldn't have cared less about our feedback.

I wish I could give this place negative stars!! Myself and a group of 6 went here for dinner about 2 hrs before closing. They have a very large bar top area that seats about 12-16 people. There was literally 3 people there when we sat down. The bartender was continually complaining that he was busy and will be a while before he could take as much as our drink orders. This goes on for 5-10 mins. After which we still have no drinks, not even water. I politely asked if we could order drinks. The bartender said I'm only one person lol. Understand he was not busy at all to be honest. After 15 mins, literally we got up and left with no water or anything but a negative attitude from bartender. He was extremely rude and absolutely lacks customer service. Now the other group of friends that was with us did go into restaurant portion about 30 mins later with a reservation. Only to find out they were out of steaks, and quite a bit of sides!!! Are you kidding me?!?! The hotel this place is in and absolutely disgusting as well. There are areas that are accessible to public with dark disgusting bathrooms that haven't been cleaned in probably years and smell horrific. These are by the old log ride. I can't believe you can just walk into them still and that area with nothing but junk around. The hotel rooms are equally disgusting. This place is horrendous to say the least as a whole property!

Lovell the bartender is Awesome, he bartender at the other spots also, he brightens up the casino.

We made a reservation thru the hotel . We arrived and were seated immediately. We did explain to our waitress that we were there for a show and she made sure we got our food as soon as possible The Filet, and lobster were delicious We got a huge piece of prime rib The sides were good. We received amazing service from Aurora. I would definitely eat there again

So while the service of our waiter was awesome, the chef kept yelling and insulting the staff. The food was blah for what we paid and within an hour we were both puking. I'm usually not one to leave bad reviews but I guess I should have checked this place online before choosing to eat there. I've always enjoyed Chop House in other areas but this will absolutely make me think twice.

So you're at a steak house at Buffalo Bills. Your expectations probably aren't too high, but hopeful because it's a steak house. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We had a large party and they put many tables together so that we could all sit together. Waiter was went above and beyond to make sure we were good. Food though was absolutely horrible. My lobster tail was very over done I could barely cut it with a steak knife. The Brussels sprouts were freezing cold and tasted horrible. The prime rib we had asked for medium rare but more on the rare side, came out medium well and grey. Very little flavor and hard to eat. (Biggest disappointment I was craving prime rib.) Another person ordered a ribeye rare and it was well done. Scallops rubbery. Dishes barely touched or eaten from others. All in all the staff being nice and accommodating was is why I'm giving it 2 stars, because the food was not inexpensive at all and it did not match the price. Huge bummer after a long day and sitting down for a celebratory dinner.

I went here for a before dinner appetizer last Friday While at Primm For a motocross race. when I got to the restaurant I asked for a table. The man seating people brought me to a nice table. As I was seated I felt like the atmosphere of the place was quite pleasant. I noticed the restaurant was quite formal as well. While sitting in the dining room you could watch the chefs cook the food in the kitchen which was pretty nice. The waitress who took my order was quite pleasant and nice. I ordered the Seared Scallops for $25.00. The food took about 30 minutes to be made. when it got to my table it looked really gourmet. The dish came with 4 scallops with a red pepper champagne beurre-blanc sauce. The dish was extremely delicious and I would definitely recommend it. If i'm ever in Primm at Buffalo Bills Casino again I will definitely be sure to come back!

Service is a complete joke. Insane wait time. Expensive place with cheap customer service. The hostess was very nice well appreciated, she did the best she could however not a single acknowledgment from our server who never came to check up on us. Could not even taste the food because that is how terrible the service was.

One more for the bucket list! Out from the get go we started off on the wrong foot. With no one present we still waited 30 minutes to be seated. Finally got a table server never once acknowledged our presence. Hostess was amazing Caucasian lady very nice very polite went above and beyond offered the menu and drinks however she was buckled down to just that :/. Finally I said we are closing our tab with the drinks only. Asked for the check and it still took over ten minutes just to close out. African American male if he is your server good luck!!

Service was top notch and the food was amazing! Had the New York steak, creamed spinach and French onion soup. They have an open kitchen in the center of the restaurant where you can see everything being prepared. The waiters from GP's Steakhouse work here now. I was surprised to see video poker machines at the end of the bar. Didn't have the chance to play them. Next time!

Waiters are overwhelmed. Food was ok but it took nearly 1.5 hours to receive entree. Expensive given the poor experience. Don't go.

We are giving this one star because the staff was nice and fast. We were excited because we didn't know a steakhouse would be an option. The meal started with cold, hard bread, and butter. Then the drinks... we ordered old fashions. My husband looked and me and said if the old fashions are bad we are in trouble. And out comes a pink tinted abomination. And the story continues.. we ordered 2 prime ribs with mashed potatoes and broccoli I. Out come the the cold mashed potatoes that were served with an ice cream scoop, prime rib that had very little flavor that was tough and chewy. We were then informed that the brocolini would be coming out shortly. When it finally arrived we recieved small tree like hard shrubbery stems that were unfit for human consumption. Choose wisely, choose Dennys.

A complete waste of money, fine dining prices and service of Dennys. Took over an hour from the time soup was served till dinner arrived, and cold. Canned vegetable, and not even what was ordered This place is a dump and the service was a joke. Keep driving 11 miles up the road you can get gas station food.

The food was great! Fast service and a nice quiet atmosphere to visit with our friends.
