Love Local shops. Have come in many times and each experience is different. Nice selection of clothes on the pricey side but the quality is good. So you get what you pay for. Everytime you browse someone that works there always asks if you need help and will start a dressing room . Two floors of goodies and clothes. The clothes are cute but I have a problem with material being scratchy on my skin so not all items work for me. Sometimes the frustrating thing is you can't always find your size. Especially small. Yet I always find items I like though but can't always buy it. Charming store. Nice costal items. Stop by to check it out. Won't be dissatisfied

Really adorable shop. Very unique items. A tad pricey on clothing but I find these clothes become my 'go to' wardrobe. Very stylish and well made. Great pricing on cute jewelry and gift items you won't find anywhere else. Fun mugs and candles etc. Love my silver Daisy ring.

Shopping for clothes typically stresses me out. I feel like I don't have a great fashion sense :-/ and tend to do a lot of online shopping, which feels less overwhelming for some reason. However, after discovering Grace about a year ago, this all changed. First off, the shop itself is extremely well organized and put together. They offer a fabulous mix of styles ... the trendy pieces are well-balanced against classics. What really got me hooked on this boutique, however, was the customer service. I've dealt with several different women now and they just couldn't be more kind and helpful. On pretty much every visit, I've asked an associate to help me find pieces that would look nice on me ... and I have never been steered in the wrong direction! During my most recent visit to Grace, my husband joined me. He spotted a pair of overalls that he thought would look cute on me. Me ... again, having very little fashion sense and being the person who shies away from anything too daring, was like, "heck no!" That's when Hailey intervened! She took out her phone and showed me several photos of her wearing overalls and explained how to create different looks with them. OMG. This was so incredibly helpful for me! I ended up trying on 3 pairs ... and going home with 2 of them! (Actually, I'm wearing one of the pairs while writing this review.) Before leaving I made sure to get Hailey's regular schedule so she could be in charge of dressing me moving forward! Lol! One other thing I want to mention is Grace has a very good points loyalty program. Every purchase earns you points toward getting a future discount (and you can track your points online). I can go on for days about how fantastic this shop is but I'll cut myself off here. Whether you're a fashionista or someone like me (who wants to be one but needs a little assistance), you'll fall in love with Grace!

I would outfit my entire wardrobe from here if I could afford it. Something cute for all ages.

Everything in here is SO cute! You can't go wrong with any of the items, and they have it set up where you can easily create cute outfits as everything is color organized. Sizing for jeans/bottoms was a little tough (I range from a size 0-2), but plenty of cute tops and good sizing availability for that!

If you're looking for a pretty, unique top, Grace is the place; but don't expect to find many slacks or skirts to go with them, especially if you're petite. A few dresses and pants to choose from also, many jeans, but they are all for people who are extremely tall! And like most shoppers, I don't like salespeople hovering over me when I'm browsing, which can happen on occasion in Grace. But overall, I'd say I usually find something special to add to my wardrobe when I shop here.

Grace is a fabulous place to find something for yourself or for someone else. The customer service is above and beyond regardless of how you show up. I have come after work, dressed to the nines or in my flip flops. The ladies at Grace treat me the same regardless and offer kind advice for me or that gift I want to find. Plus, the ambience of the store is so friendly and calming. On my last visit I had some great finds and wonderful conversation. If you are in the area, make a point to stop in and feel the coastal charm.

Today was my first time in this store and it was such a great experience from beginning to end! There are SO many cute clothes/accessories in there, it was hard to decide what NOT to try on lol. The associates there are very friendly/ helpful and the store was very cleanly. The clothes are great quality and I was happy to leave with a some great additions. Can't wait to come back and would definitely reccomend this store to anyone! Thank you!

I stopped into this store for the first time to check out their denim. I was pleasantly surprised to see they were serving muffins, coffee and fresh fruit drinks to customers. While my husband enjoyed his coffee and muffin, a wonderful employee named Emma helped me find the perfect pair of jeans. I purchased the Kut high rise jeans in a size four that were very flattering and stylish. Emma was knowledgeable and very personable. The whole shopping experience was a pleasure. I will definitely be back and will be bringing my 25 year old daughter with me!

Clothes with class and style at an affordable price. Same for jewelry and accessories. My wife, daughters and I have all had great success finding whatever we need gifting or otherwise. Also, Grace employees ARE personable and attentive. On a side note, someone had the nerve to trash Grace while admitting that they use the store to "get ideas" before making purchases of clothing online. Essentially, using them as their own personal showroom but not paying for the merchandise. WOW! Unbelievable. Brings the Karen monicker to a whole new level! Shop at Grace then buy at Grace. Most thoughtful people do.

Grace is one of my all time favorite boutiques ever. The style and selection are incredible. When we first moved to Niantic, I took my teenage daughter to Grace to try to get a few new pieces of clothing to help her feel confident in her new school. The saleswoman was incredible. We spent nearly 2 hours in the store - and the saleswoman brought us so many styles to try and helped show what would go with what. Yes, the pieces are expensive but they're classic and high quality and can be kept for many years. I also love going to Grace for unique gifts. I've gotten baby shower gifts, birthday gifts and home decor gifts. The sales staff is always friendly. They also play the best music in the store. Highly recommend.

While they have really beautiful clothes, it's changed too much for me. The quality of the clothes isn't the best & the prices are very high. I go in there to get ideas & then find the clothes online for much less. Today I was there & as people 4-5 years ago said, not one person who worked there said hello, not one person offered to help. While I did buy a couple of things & the sales person was very nice at that time, she had walked right by me probably 8 times before & not said a word. There were only 2 customers in the store so it wasn't that. While I don't want a sales person hovering over me, a greeting hello is something they do need to do. This is the standard there as it's happened in the last 3-4 visits. Disappointing. Also I got home & the hair lip I bought wasn't in the bag. More disappointment.

Super cute clothing and accessories. I love that the store isn't too crowded with stuff, it's easy to get a clear look at everything. The clothes aren't inexpensive but the quality is great, stuff you'll wear for a long long time. they have a great sale too!!

Oh my gosh am I in love with this boutique! I wish I lived closer, but maybe that's a good thing or I'd spend all my money there. It is a bit pricey, but that's a boutique for you. Cute accessories, gorgeous clothing, and fun novelties. I fell in love with a GORGEOUS maxi dress that I had to have and experienced great customer service.

I fell in love this shop - it has great clothing and home interior items. Perfect for gift giving or if you want to treat yourself. The store is really well laid out and staff is super friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back!

My daughter and I never miss a day of back to school shopping at Grace. We love to poke through their stock of on-trend-but-not-too inventory that appeals to all ages. This year we were taken with lots of cozy clothes: oversized tees and sweaters, paired with flannels, leggings and jeans, just the sort of stuff we throw on every day for zipping around the Shoreline. Then I spotted the tutu. Sure it's a throwback to my 80's Madonna crazed days, but it's modern, too, and worn with a tee or tank can go from daytime to nightime, no problem. Me, I may just pull out those old Doc Martens and black rubber bracelets. $45, stretchy waist, midi length. sized s, m, l.

This is my second visit to Grace. The first was last year on my vacation to Niantic. I am attracted to the styles, colors, and display of the apparel and accessories. What I am not attracted to is the customer service. There is none. This is the second visit where not one single woman greeted me, offered to assist me, or even smiled and acknowledged that I was in the store. The employees saw me. My husband was in the shop with me and was sad that I left in defeat after 25 minutes with not even a hello. You may have style, but you have no Grace.

Very fun shop. The buyer does a great job with the variety of clothes offered. Cute jewelry and gifts in various p rice ranges. I have found the young staff to disappear on several occasions, when I needed assistance. When I got their attention, they were quite helpful. The down side of the visit is the mirrors in the dressing room. Very poor quality that make your body look warped. You need to walk out of the dressing room to actually see how the clothes look. It is a unique adorable beach theme shop. The way the clothes are sorted by color scheme, makes it easy to browse at the colors I like. I always seem to leave with a bagful of fun clothes.

I am unsure why I continue to go back to Grace especially for jewelry. Everytime I have purchased anything from here, it almost immediately falls apart or loses a stone or something coming loose. Their quality is not that great however, based off the pricing of the items, you would think they are made well enough to hold up longer than wearing it once. As far as the clothes go, I noticed their prices have increased however, the quality has as improved so I am not entirely bothered by that. I noticed one employee there in particular- mid aged woman isn't very friendly and I am assuming she is either an owner or part owner. Just sort of walks around following you staring at you and not in a helpful way. Not sure if they have had previous shoplifters but it felt border line uncomfortable. Either way, I would rather go online and shop for the brands Grace now has rather than go in there get ripped off feel uncomfortable and have my things fall apart. I have had clothing fall apart and they are pretty strict with their return policy since they're running a cash cow business. As far as jewlery is concerned, I would say you have better luck going to downtown NYC to Canal St. and finding the same pieces for less where you're not as upset should they fall apart. I hope this changes soon or else I won't plan on going back for jewelry at least!

If you have jewelry fall apart or lose a stone,you should try AK Dasher in Stonington or Stonewear in Mystic,Ct. They have good quality peices at good prices. Regarding the clothing at Grace,I have only bought a gift so I can't comment.They could be more customer friendly as this is a small shop.

A friend of mine and I were out to lunch and wandered into Grace. It was the first time I had ever been into the store and last. Everything in the is overpriced and of questionable quality. They accept no returns and fail to mention that at point of sale. I learned that after I tried to return a pair of sandles that I had bought a few days later. They have the nerve to post a sign a few inches off the floor at checkout. This sign is no bigger than an index card.

This is by far my favorite local shop. The jewelry choices are unique and I love the refinished antique feel of the place. Clothing is over priced, however I have bought some beautiful dresses for affordable prices in their clearance area. The staff is very nice and relaxed, not pushy at all! Grace is the ONLY shop on this side of the state that sells Annie Sloan chalk paint, which makes it worth the stop!

Really loved this place. Was on a little vacation in the area recently and stopped in. Ended up buying a few things. There is a variety of jewelry, accessories, clothing and home goods. Found so much neat stuff. Love how the store was set up. All color coordinated, which made shopping fun. The place kind of reminds me of a beachy Anthropologie.

I've watched Grace grow from a tiny shop across the street from the current location to the larger shop they have now. The focus is clearly on current fashion with a breezy, beachy vibe, and the shop is split between a home accessories section and a clothing and accessories section. The home section has lots of gifts and candles, rugs and books, displayed in a really inviting way. I've bought the Dash and Albert throw rugs for my house and I keep buying the same beach-themed cookbook as a gift, finally bought one for myself as the recipes look so good. (yum...) That section is my go-to stop for any gift I need...they carry some hysterical birthday cards and irreverent magnets, the kind you can't find at CVS....all displayed like Martha Stewart had moved to the beach. The clothing section has a ton of accessories, jewelry, clothes and handbags, usually shown in color themes, so it makes it easy to shop for a particular style. Yes, they sell fashion-oriented jewelry and not the crown jewels, so I don't expect the jewelry with set stones to withstand lots of abuse, but the silver jewelry has held up well for me. I love the colored divers watches, and I've bought lots of clothes there that are spot-on trend wise and better quality than the ones found at the mall, by smaller designers. It's owned by local women and as such, the sales people tend to swing between too attentive and sort of inattentive, depending on if the owner is in the shop and if it's busy. All in all, I love the place, stop by often, and buy all my gifts there. Supporting a successful, growing local business is important to me! p.s. the annual sidewalk sale is amazing....

I went to Grace to purchase Annie Sloan Chalk Paint the other day and was pleasantly surprised at the shop. It was very nicely set up, had a great assortment of items- decorative household to the stylish clothing and the fashion jewelery.I love the beachy decor, I was pleased with the idle chatter from what I asummed was the owner and a younger girl , both whom were helpful.I will be shopping there again! It is a chic, cozy little shop.

While on vacation with two friends, we went shopping at Grace. Someone from the Inn we were staying at recommended this shop. Well, we left without any purchases because the two female employees were to snooty, snobbish, and rude to bother assisting us. One young female employee with long dark hair actually smirked at me. I am a 58 year old female. I was nicely dressed in white dress slacks and a silky top. I asked for help and got none. I am a size 10 misses and asked the young woman to help me with sizing for a pair of jeans. She told me she didn't know all the while making a smirk and not offering any further help. So, how was I to know which size to bring in fitting room?! I was planning on purchasing several items and also gifts for my daughters.
