This little family owned, seafood hole in the wall has been open for 48 years. That should tell you all you need to know. Probably the best kept "secret" in Graceville. My wife came here with her family, several times when she was a kid, but hadnt been back in over 30 years. It is what she has compared fried shrimp to ever since. She said they taste exactly as she remembers. The shrimp are large, perfectly battered, and fried until they become GBD. Golden, Brown and Delicious. The onion rings are the same. It is a no frills place. With any of the seafood baskets, you have 2 choices for sides, fries or salad. Portions are large. The staff is nice. The prices are very reasonable. Its about 2 and a half hours down here from the house...and I will be making this trek every couple of months.

Perfect little blast from the past, reminds me of my childhood. Food is always hot and fresh and Brandy is the best waitress ever, always remembers us and our order. Love their fried shrimp

I had some serious doubts about coming here. I was pleasantly surprised. The big fried shrimp were excellent so were the french fries and the hush puppies and the onion rings. I ordered a small order of onion rings and it was big! They were crunchy and delicious just like you want onion rings to be. Also the hush puppies are only two dollars per order as of yesterday and it was a lot of hush puppies for two bucks. I did not get a picture of my onion rings because I was starving when they arrived at the table (even though they came out very quickly.) I will definitively come back here again soon. Yum.

Yelp
Grady's is a great little spot for seafood. The fried catfish was excellent. I had the combination seafood plate. It was awesome, as well. If you are looking for good food a little off the beaten path, this is it.

Yelp
Man this is a painful one to write. Go rest high on that mountain. The Grady's of old is dead. No longer are there jumbo shrimp hanging off the plate. Replaced by shrimp that come close to popcorn shrimp. The flaky batter is gone forever and rumor is it's been lost at sea. No longer is the breading the same on the onion rings, hardened crust resides where the light flaky unique style of onion ring once reigned supreme. No longer are you allowed to have onion rings as a side without the full price of an appetizer price. The generosity of previous generations of Grady's has been replaced by a mentality of if you don't like it oh well, I gotta make mine. The thousand island dressing has clumps of what looks to be frozen Mayo still bullying it's way into the smooth and creamy remnants of greatness. The angelic original tartar sauce has been laid to rest as well. The tartar sauce has completely changed and I'm pretty sure they've copied a Captain D's recipe. Literally nothing says Grady's other than the old building that now houses food with no love or soul. All things must come to an end and this to shall pass. This is the death of an iconic tradition. Grady's is gone. I'm sad. There is no joy in writing this obituary

Yelp
I've enjoyed Grady's shrimp for many years. They are cooked to perfection every time. The onion rings are like the homemade ones my dad would cook up years ago. Make sure you get cocktail sauce for the yummy onion rings and tater sauce for your shrimp. At first glance you might think the salad isn't much but add their thousand island dressing and you will change your mind. Grady's has always been a family business and it shows. Whether you dine in or takeout, it's delicious.

Yelp
I love this place. Been coming since the 70s. I have to say it has not changed much since then. It's a old school gem. Nothing fancy just great shrimp and onion rings. That's all I every order. Whole fry shrimp and large onion rings. If your expecting Red Lobster or one of the chains don't bother. It's a local favorite and has been for centuries.

Yelp
We went there with great anticipation of eating a wonderful seafood dinner after hearing how great they are. Wow were we disappointed. The fried seafood we ordered was greasy and lacked any sort of seasoning. I've had better seafood at Long John Silvers, which is cheaper! I've had a lot of seafood in my life and this wasn't worth the trip.

Yelp
Grady's has the best fried catfish and shrimp around. It's a small no frills hidden gem in Graceville, FL, and we love to get away here for dinner.

Yelp
This place is pretty average, I was not super impressed with there over hyped shrimp, what they are "famous for." My shrimp was rubbery and tasted like it had been reheated in a microwave. I don't think I will be back.

Yelp
I agree with the other two reviews. Hands down the BEST fried shrimp you will EVER eat. I worked there 34 years ago. I now live in Tusaloosa Alabama. A few years ago my husband surprised me with a trip to Graceville just to eat at Grady's. If we are ever going to the beach, if possible we always take a detour thru Graceville Florida to eat at Grady's Seafood. You will not be dissapointed.

Yelp
Worth the trip just for the onion rings! We stop in on our trips to Panama City Beach. It's adds just a few miles to the trip from Atlanta and is definitely worth it. Get the seafood platter so you can have some of everything.

Yelp
Best seafood in inland NW Florida. It's not a place for restaurant snobs: it's outstanding food and terrific service, but it isn't at all fancy. All the best things on the menu are fried, but they're fresh and well made and the people are friendly and service focused. Fantastic place for a laid-back, great dinner.
