A Recipe for a Jammy, Crunchy Summer Berry Streusel Cake - Eater

"Having grown up in Columbus, Ohio, Graeter’s and Jeni’s were always my go-to spots for grabbing a cold, creamy treat on summer nights. My dad has always been an outspoken Graeter’s devotee, preferring their old-school, no-frills setup and simple, classic options (their cookies and cream can’t be beat, in my opinion)." - Joy Cho

Graeter's Ice Cream is an amazing place to delight at. Rich and creamy flavors with top-notch quality. I recommend the 1870 tower is perfectly tasty. They do have a free inside playground for kids. Enjoy ice cream and watch kids at the same time. Friendly staff, too! And clean area. They have outside table if someone like to enjoy nature and fresh air.

Google
The largest Graeters location I’ve been to! It has a spacious seating area, drive thru window, and reservable spaces for gatherings. The best part though is the indoor playground! Be sure to wear socks, as no shoes allowed. There are two party rooms located off the play area

Google
Our daughter had her 4th birthday party there and everyone had a blast. Our host was amazing. Each kiddo got to order their own ice cream, pick their own toppings and participate in a science experiment. The room was beautifully decorated so we didn’t have to bring anything extra.

I celebrated my daughter's birthday at this place, and let me tell you something, it was one of the best experiences we have ever had!! Their staff is so helpful, they decorated and made me feel at ease even when it was a stressful day for this single momma. Their host is AMAZING! She took care of every little detail and made feel everyone so welcomed. Their show (science experiment) about how fairies make the ice cream was something I was not expecting and the kids were impressed and enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you so much for making my daughter's birthday a special one, I really appreciate you guys!

April 24, 2025, we visited this location in the drive-thru...we opted to go here instead of Dairy Queen down the street. According to info we looked up online....scoops of icecream was supposed to be between $2-$4. It was also reported that Graeter's were "generous" with their scoops...that 1 scoop was more like 1.5 scoops & 2 scoops were more like 2.5 scoops. I can tell you THAT WAS A LIE! I got ONE scoop on a SUGAR CONE....my daughter got TWO scoops on a WAFFLE CONE & in a world based on reality there is NO WAY those 2 items should've cost over $13 DOLLARS!! BUT IT DID!!!😒🤯🙄 the icecream was good...taste better than DQ BUTTTT the price is outrageous & I won't be going to ANY Graeter's establishments. I guess the price of the icecream inside of grocery stores was a clue as to how much it would cost at the actual icecream shop! 🤦🏾‍♀️ So to recap: LIKED the icecream, DISLIKED the price.

This is by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. We ordered a milkshake and an ice cream cone and my son dropped his ice cream cone and they immediately replaced it with no questions asked. Then a few minutes later, he realized he didn’t like that flavor so I went back to buy him a new one and they refused my money. This will be my new permanent ice cream joint

Google
Amazing service and great tasting ice cream. Laila, who served us went out of her way to make sure our experience here was a memorable one. We had 5 different ice cream flavours and they were all amazing. A great play area for the kids too. We'll definitely be back.

Google
Accommodated my gluten free request for a clean scoop and they also scooped from a new tub. Disappointed that lactose free ice cream (not everyone wants fruity sorbet) was not available at this location, or perhaps not at all. My husband enjoyed it last year in Lexington KY. I’m probably the only person who would complain that the chocolate chunks in the peanut butter chocolate chip ice cream were way too large and took away from the peanut butter flavor of the ice cream.

Yelp
Decided to treat one of my accounts to a Graeter's sundae bar. It was super easy to order and the pre boxed set up made it easy to deliver and set up. I will definitely be doing this again soon.

Yelp
This is some good shit! Came in on a Friday night after going to a show in the Short North. Daughter had the Peanut Butter Chip Milkshake, which was HUGE. I got a pumpkin spice sundae. I have no idea what was on it, but damn was it good! Service was fast and friendly. The ambiance was dark, as we didn't get out of the car while going through the drive thru.

Yelp
This ice cream shop is huge. They have a barely adequate parking lot a large dining area, a private dining area, and a couple of private party rooms that can be reserved for birthday parties. There is also an outdoor patio with seating as well. It was too cold to sit out there while I was there. This shop is home to a neat little play ground with a merry go round, a toddler play area, a bean bag throwing game, and an ice cream themed slide. Private parking is available here, but it s shared with other businesses in the strip mall that it is located. Spaces are at at premium during peak times. The party rooms are located right outside of the play area and there is also bar seating that overlooks the play area and bench seating just inside of it. It is a real nice area, so much so that they could probably charge admission if they wanted. However, it is free to play. You cannot eat or drink in the play area. There is also bar seating on the shop side that faces the play area, so you can eat your treat and watch your littles play. The staff there were very friendly and the shop was clean. They have a wide assortment of ice cream. You can also get banana splits, sundaes, milk shakes, cones and cups. There is also a self serve freezer with pints of their ice cream that is available for purchase. I got a brownie sundae with Brown Butter Bourbon Pecan ice cream. It was delicious. The ice cream was very tasty and fresh. The whip cream was amazing. It tasted homemade. I wish I could have bought some. The littles had some small cups of ice cream and they enjoyed their treat. The frozen treats did not have a chance. Now, back to the play area. As I mentioned, it is very nice. But we visited on a weekend night and it was total chaos. There were kids running all over place and the area was pretty packed. I would highly suggest going on a less peak time, if your littles plan on playing in the play area.

Yelp
Classic delicious ice cream!! Love the variety and flavors of the month to keep the menu fresh. Some favorites- classic chocolate chip with chunks & any of the chip varieties. Try almond chocolate chip when available.

Yelp
Oprah Winfrey declared "Graeter's ice cream as the best ice cream she has ever tasted." What sets Graeter's ice cream apart? The company is owned and operated by the Graeter family for five generations starting in 1870 by it's founder Louis Charles Graeter in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ice cream is made in 2 1/2 gallon batches in their patented French pots. The process makes their ice cream denser. About 70% of the ice cream they sell contains chocolate chips. Unlike other chocolate chips found in ice cream, Graeter's pours a special blend of liquid gourmet chocolate into each batch and produces a chip that is not uniform in size. Additionally, they have stuck to the original recipe: cream, sugar (no artifical sweetners), eggs, and flavorings. The milk comes from hormone free cows and beet juice is substituted for food dyes. Their vanilla is imported from Madagacar. Eating ice cream is more than an experience for me, it's a passion. I make a point of stopping at as many ice cream palors as possible, especially if they feature homemade ice cream. I need to go on an ice cream road trip one day. At Graeter's, I had their Black Cherry Chocolate Chip ($5.25) ( 2 scoops), one of my favorites. It was smooth and creamy with black cherries and chocolate chips in the mix. The unfortunate reality of eating ice cream is that it diminishes in flavor the more you eat it at a single serving, so two scoops is what I usually order. I know it's Nerdy but it is what it is. If your are ever in the Midwest, treat yourself to a Graeter's ice cream.

Yelp
I've driven by this place so many times and had never stopped by until today. I was amazed at how big this location was - they even have a play place for the little ones. With that being said, it was crowded for a Sunday evening with so many families but ordering went smoothly. I tried their "midnight snack" seasonal flavor and it was delicious. It was creamy malt flavored ice cream with chunks of chocolate covered pretzels, peanut butter cups and brownies. It wasn't overly sweet and just plain delicious. Although the inside was busy, I liked that they had the option of a drive thru.

Yelp
Graeters is my favorite of the Ohio ice cream chains due to the more indulgent French Pot ice cream. This location is newer and their largest I think. It has a playland for kids so remains busy, especially if it's not nice weather outside. We stopped in on a January Friday night and they were busy! The drive thru was wrapped around the building and the playland was full of kids. But there were plenty of open tables to sit at and the scoopers were moving quickly at the counter. My favorite flavor is the Buckeye Blitz Chip - chocolate ice cream, peanut butter cookie dough, and their chocolate chips. I also like Bearcat Blitz and sampling the seasonal flavors.

Yelp
You really can't beat this for days when you need indoor playtime. There's a dedicated little kid area and lots of fun for the bigger (elementary aged) kids. The equipment is sturdy and attractive. Plus the ice cream is great! Plenty of room, and there are two rooms for birthday parties.

Yelp
Brown butter bourbon pecan!!!! One of my favorite ice creams and will continue to be. I haven't been inside the store, but I do frequent the drive thru ever so often. For the most part-the staff is knowledgeable about their offerings. Most staff I encountered were nice and friendly. This place is close to me and offers the ice cream that I love so of course I'm going to be a repeat customer.

Yelp
I had a very lengthy review typed and my draft got deleted. So all I will say now is, I love that the play area stays open so late it's very convenient (an hour before the location closes in general) HOWEVER they need to clean the damn place! Both times I took my daughter we got immediately sick afterwards even with precautionary measures the second time, hand washing, hand sanitizer, I am not sure it's worth going back. I got so sick I am left with something called cough syndrome. I know they don't clean it because the first time I went a staff member went to make sure it was cleared out and then just turned the lights off/door. There should also be an age limit for kids in the play area, no reason 10 plus year olds need to be fighting 2 year olds over plastic ball pit balls. There were teenagers doing pushups on the seesaw. The ice cream is delicious, staff friendly, THAT area is clean and they keep the line moving.

Yelp
We don't have Graeter's in East TN, and it's a must stop location when we visit my aunt. The young lady who helped us was so patient and let us try a few of the seasonal flavors. My one son had the Boldy Bearcat in a waffle cone. My other son had the salted Carmel chocolate chip. I had the Madagascar vanilla with strawberries on top. Everyone left full and happy.

Yelp
Fabulous Graeter's location on Bethel! Very spacious with plenty of parking and even a drive thru. Friendly, prompt service. Huge dining room with various items available for purchase on the show floor (pints, cakes, merchandise, etc). Enjoyed a dish with two scoops ($5.25) : coffee and black raspberry chip. Delicious and decadent as always!

Yelp
Horrible customer service! Tyler who I believe is the manager walked up and randomly grabs an order while others stand before this person looking to get ice cream. Missed out on 9 orders because of this. Suggest you go elsewhere.

Yelp
Holy cow! Let me start by saying this place is like every kid's dream come true. This location is GIANT and even has an indoor playground for the kids to work out their sugar rush from all the yummy ice cream. When my sister and pulled up, we were trying to wrap our heads around how it's so big. You can't even notice the playground from outside. Honestly, this is perfect for a birthday party. They even have a "party room." Ok ok, end rant. On to the ice cream. Graeter's is yummy and delicious, but if I'm being honest, I'm partial to any and all ice cream. When I visited recently, I was not in the mood for craft style ice cream like Jeni's. I wanted something more old school. Lucky for me this Graeter's was right down the street. While the parking lot was full, we did find a space and there wasn't much of a line either. Smooth operation for sure. The staff was friendly and let me try as many flavors that I wanted. All were great but it wasn't until I tried the salted caramel with chips that my craving felt fulfilled. While their black raspberry chip is a favorite, I wanted to mix it up. Throw in a waffle cone and you've got yourself a real winner. We stayed and enjoyed our yummy treat indoors. The place was clean and had a ton of natural light. They had a big Jelly Belly station, some beverages, and overall just tons of space. While yes, there were children running and screaming around you, it was joyful and fun to see.

Yelp
I haven't been to Graeter's in years. They've got a location in my hometown but I've since grown loyal to local Kentucky ice cream when my stomach feels up to it. It's expensive, but still quality ice cream. It's one of Cincinnati's proudest accomplishments. And rightly so! The staff is nice and they all seem to enjoy working there! They've got a drive thru, which is a unique touch. I don't think I've seen ice cream shops with drive thru as an option before. Anyway, it's a huge space. It's got an old school feel and a play room for kids. It's a noisy place since a lot of families bring their young children. The line can get long, but it seemed to move fast. My friend ordered the seasonal watermelon sorbet and enjoyed it. I was not feeling up to dairy products, so the girl at the counter recommended I eat a cone. She said that a lot of people order it and that it's really good on its own. They guy who rang us up at the register also agreed that the cones are fantastic! I enjoyed the cone that was partially dipped in chocolate. I'm not a fan of the parking lot. It just about gave me a heart attack. Children walking around here and there and cars coming in and out. I waited a few minutes before backing out of my spot.

Yelp
We were here for a birthday party and while I have been a fan of Graeter's since I was a kid, I haven't been lately since I have been going vegan. I was so excited to find out that they have animal-free, lactose-free, frozen dessert. They have a bunch of flavors to take home. My personal favorite is the black raspberry chocolate chip. In person you can get either the cookies and Creme or the black cherry chocolate chip. I got the black cherry chocolate chip and was in absolute heaven! It was no doubt one of the best moments I have had all summer lol. It tastes just like the real thing!

Regina P.

Yelp
Horrid experience. Came for ice cream and a playdate. Kids were thrown out of the play area for being over 7 (8 & 9 with a 5 yo) and a whole family was kicked out because their toddler was crying. My take was bigoted party pooper.

Yelp
The Graeter's at Bethel & Sawmill is now closed, and this new Graeter's at Bethel & Dierker has taken its place. With that said, this new location is easily the greatest Graeter's location in Central Ohio. Large, spacious, modern interior space, check. Outdoor seating, weather permitting. Same amazing Graeter's ice creams, all for the same price as the other locations in town, check. And in addition to those, the unique amenities at this location includes: Large kids' play area with some innovative play things, 2 attached party rooms for kids' bday parties, and counter seating with power outlets for parents to sit at and monitor their kids/eat ice cream/charge your phone. Drive-through window!! (There may be other Graeter's around with this feature, but at least the other Graeter's I've been to in UA, Dublin, Polaris, and Westerville don't have that.) So yeah, I'm a huge fan of this new location. Will definitely be back again... and again.... and again.

Yelp
So during non-COVID times, I rave about the awesome indoor playground, the fun birthday party/event rooms (events which they have down to an art!), and more at this Graeter's location. Since it is COVID times, I sing the praises of the drive thru! It's so easy to come through and grab the must-have goodies to go. Our most recent visit was to get our hands on some of the seasonal mint cookies and cream ice cream. There was no line when we got there, though we observed they had good signage and arrows to help with traffic flow when it does get busy. The staff was friendly and patient as we determined just how many scoops and cups we needed. Other flavors we love and would recommend include black raspberry chip, chocolate chocolate chip, mint chocolate chip, and the lemon sorbet!

Yelp
Beautiful location. They have some creative flavors. They also have pints to take home. Love it here. They also have a kids section which I thought was really cute

Yelp
This place only sells prepackaged items, scoops, and some sundaes. If you're looking for the Graeter's with the specialty sundaes and on site ice cream making, this is NOT the location. Honestly not sure why this place gets the amount of business they do - the ice cream is cheaper next door at Kroger!

Yelp
The usual good ice cream, but a less than great experience over all. This is a relatively new location, since they shut down the "factory" one near Carriage Place. It used to be a drugstore, and a contractor's office. The space is open, and pleasant. But there is no clear line to order. You should go up the center, past the displays of ice-cream-related sundries, and order at the middle of the counter. But that was not obvious, so we and others milled around and tried to figure out who was next and where to order. Then, you go left or right to pay, depending on the whims of the staff, I guess. There's needs to be more of a lane for a line, and maybe signs over the counter: "Order Here." Anyway. Service was nice enough, and fast. Our ice cream was very good. I love their ice cream. Rich and creamy, traditional flavors (I love Jeni's too, but this is just as good in a different, more nostalgic way.) Pretty expensive, but good as an occasional treat. Baby K got her usual pink ice cream (in this case raspberry sorbet, excellent.) I had a seasonal cinnamon, in a waffle cone. Also excellent. We noticed a play area on the way out. Pretty big and impressive. And also packed with misbehaving children, with their parents sitting right there watching them. We immediately turned on our heels and left. This was on a Saturday, so maybe at off times it is safe, but, no thanks. All in all, a decent experience, but mildly annoying. I will go to other locations.

Alexa M.

Yelp
My son loves playing here and normally I LOVE Graeter's ice cream, but I've been to this location twice now and have gotten a really bad upset stomach both times.

Yelp
Graeter's is like an Ohio must have ice cream place to visit. When they decided to build a new location down the road from Bethel, I was I figured it was to become bigger. I was totally correct they needed a bigger area to accommodate their guests and they also added the children's play area. The lines still feel just as long as before but that's what you expect on a hot summer's night. Plus they added a drive thru for to go orders here. I tried the banana split with the famous black raspberry chocolate chip and bourbon pecan and it was delightful for my sweet tooth. My husband ordered the 1801 tower and enjoyed his warm brownie with the black raspberry chocolate chip ice cream. The outside patio area to eat is also nice and spacious for guests who enjoy eating their ice cream outdoors. We ate our ice cream in the patio and enjoyed it. Will definitely be back again when my sweet tooth kicks in!

Yelp
My daughter and I came to this location for a birthday party. It looks like there are two party rooms from what I could tell. Both party rooms were occupied when we were there. The play area is pretty large and spacious. I was impressed! The play area consists of a climbing wall, slides, merry go round, teeter totter, kids activity room, and an area for babies/toddlers. The "dining" area was pretty large and spacious as well! The staff was super friendly and attentive when I went to get ice cream as well. Although there were quite a few people in line to get ice cream, the line went pretty fast due to the speedy service of the staff. I got one scoop of butter pecan ice cream and it was super savory! That one scoop was pretty big too! I loved every little bite! Until next time! Keep up the great work!

Yelp
As Kaoru said this is the new Northwest Graeter's replacing the classic flat across Bethel from Carriage Place. It is now in the prefab next to Kroger that was originally a Rite Aid before becoming Clintonville Electronic's last home and then a Family Dollar. What they have done with the space is remarkable; they put some Benjis in it in guting and refurbishing the store and bringing over the childhood colors and fun down the three blocks from their older place. Spacy and clean, it has retained the indoor playground. The exhibits showing how they make ice cream unfortunately was not retained. That's a shame. Real ice cream--this is not soft serve--is Graeter's claim to fame. In my opinion it is the best plain old classic cream in town--high quality stuff targeting your waist line and the arteries of your heart. Graeter's is no Jeni artisian experience or adventure, ths is the standard Americana summer afternoon stop with conventional flavors and a sugary punch. But it's no machine formulated Dairy Queen either. Lets call it the Sting of Ohio ice cream: it's no top rocker but it's not teenyboppers pop either. I really love their real milk milk shakes. Chocolate. Double chocolate. God was it good, creamy, cold, and chocolatey. It knocks the dopamine levels out of the park! One downer: here as in their old place they attract a long line of sweet tooths and sugar addicts, but the line, even snaking long lines, was handled reasonably fast at their old place. Here, at least on my intial visit, it took longer. I don't know why that is but I'll venture a guess: they added a drive-thru. Places that have drive-thrus eventually get obsessed serving in a convenient time that they neglect walk-in costumers. McDonald's has had this problem for thirty years; the Starbucks experiences has gecome more like Mcdees in their drive-thru shops which seems to be all of them now. If so that's a mistake. But over all the new Northwest Graeter's is still fun, delicious, and delighfully unhealthy.

Yelp
Always great Ice cream but I will not be returning to this location especially with my dog. I looked up if graters is pet friendly and it said it was. I went to a different location not to long ago and they loved her. I come to this location and my fiancé was holding our puppy and she was told she couldn't be in here by a coworker saying a manager would be mad. We told him we saw it was pet friendly on the internet and there were no signs saying no dogs aloud. We will still told to leave. So if you are looking for a nice place to hang with your dog don't come here

Yelp
Even though we waited about 20 minutes we quickly got our ice cream scooped and paid. Be sure to download the app to get a free cone! I love their original strawberry!!

Yelp
Love Greater's! My family stopped in after eating at GOGI (also a must-eat place!) for my birthday dinner. I had never been to this location and I wish COVID wasn't a thing because the playground looks amazing! My 4yo son would have loved it, but alas, COVID is the real deal. We got some of our favorites (s'mores, caramel macchiato, mint chocolate chip, and a sundae) and sat at a small table. I'm glad to see they are taking measures to sanitize between customers and by clearly marking that the table is ready for someone else. The ice cream itself is some of the best. It's creamy, but still has the hard/icy feel that some people like. The flavors are amazing! I picked up a flavor calendar because many of the seasonals are my favorite: peach, strawberries & dark chocolate, mint chocolate chip, etc. The coffee is one of my favorites, but it has recently been taken over by s'mores. The graham cracker base is AMAZING!

Yelp
Tl;dr - MAN--my quarantine savior. favorite flavors: mint choco chip + black raspberry choco chip. A favorite of mine growing up and a favorite of mine still. Their chocolate chips are rich, have the perfect amount of sweetness, and are flavorful. For my mint chocolate chip lovers, go to greater's. It's perfectly minty -- light and refreshing, yet bold in flavor in every spoonful. As for their classic, the black raspberry chocolate chip, it does not disappoint. This is good quality home-style ice cream.

Yelp
This newer location is nice and big. Plenty of parking and seating inside. Thoughtful play area for kids. Plenty of table seating, too. I totally splurged and tried their Peanut Butter Chip ice cream. Two scoops. Yeah, don't judge!

Yelp
It was very nice to go to the new Graeter's location on Bethel Road and found out that the ice cream is made back home in Cincinnati. They have a nice playground that was from other Bethel Road store, which is now going to be Habitat for Humanity's Re-store. The new location has more room the other store. I had the Buckeye Blitz and Salted Carmel with Chocolate Chunks. I will be back at the Bethel Road location.

Yelp
I love Graeter's...but I do not like this new layout. Operationally, it's inefficient and causes customer experience to really deteriorate the longer you are there. The great thing for Graeter's is that this place is large inside, outside, has a drive-through and better parking. These features also extend to customers...but it's always busy. That's great for the company, but they can mitigate the long wait times by making a few changes with employee responsibilities and facility layout. First - The drive-through doesn't have it's own serving space. If an employee is working in the drive-through, they have to take the order and then weave their way through other employees to complete the order, which slows down the other employees taking care of the never-ending line inside. Identify top flavors and then create a space where those employees can get the highly sought products and only go to the main hub for one-offs. Second - The line and layout of the venue. Upon entering the main doors, the line feeds up the left side of the store. This does two main things: 1) It causes customers to not be able to look at any additional purchasable items until they are done getting their ice cream. This includes cakes, merchandise, etc. Who wants to get out of line to look at that, or, even worse, get back in line to pay for that. 2) It blocks the group/event room. This is already far away from the restrooms and play area, but now anyone in that area has to constantly break through the line of people who are waiting to order. It would be ideal to test an order/check-out structure like a movie theater or even major retailers, like L Brands. You have two lines going up the middle of the store with products on either side on the lines (like aisles) and two registers on each side. Third - Rewards. This is maybe a pet peeve of mine, but there are so many apps already. I don't mind Graeter's having an app, but when it's required to use/get points (as opposed to the previous phone number look-up alternative) that's just not a great experience and actually makes it more inconvenient. Again, I love Graeter's and I think the space is a great upgrade, but I think it was poorly planned and causes the experience to really lack...which is unfortunate.

Yelp
I'm digging the new location and the same quality of flavors are there to greet me. If anything, this location is even more accessible than that strange intersection across the street from Carriage Town. The orientation of everything is both strange and familiar at the same time. I regret the loss of some of the more classic elements, but the play area is back with a vengeance and it's an absolute pleasure to sit back and enjoy a sundae to the background of children laughing nearby. On the flip side, that sound is also carefully muddled by the diplomatic placement of glass and a separate door to access much of that play space. One thing I've noticed is that the service has taken a HUGE swing front forward. They have multiple team leads on the front line helping train, and even on busy nights the line no longer wraps around the lobby. Or, if the line does get long, it moves apace and you are taken care of without much wait. Oh, and can we take a minute and appreciate the Drive-Thru? Holy moly, I didn't think I'd get that into it but that is a convenience akin to a Starbucks window, but for frozen treats and delicacies. You haven't lived until you've ordered a chocolate-dippled waffle cone crowned with two decadent dips of cookies and cream from the comfort of your car. Overall, I see myself becoming a repeat offender due to the increase in accessibility, service, and same reliable quality. Dare I suggest it may even deter me from taking the bi-monthly pilgrimage out to Dublin, Clintonville, or High Street to wade through the unwashed masses for a bit of Jeni's. The convenience is *that* remarkable.

Yelp
TL;DR Creamy ice cream, big scoops, but a little too sweet for me. Went to Graeter's for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it! Both the drive-thru and inside lines were pretty long but they moved quickly. Tried the Original Salted Caramel, Vienna Coffee, Dark Chocolate Brownie, and Black Cherry Chocolate Chip. All the flavors were good, but a bit too sweet for me. I was most pleasantly surprised by the Black Cherry. I typically don't enjoy fruit-flavored ice creams but this one did not disappoint.

Yelp
New building! Nice and clean! Big parking lots! But let's get to what they good of! I love ice cream, I love Rita's with the street style which is just across the street! But greeters give me another perspective about ice cream! Great taste and great vibe! Very family-oriented place! Love this place

Yelp
Tons of flavours to choose from. My favourite are double chocolate with brownie and Double chocolate chip.

Yelp
May want to update hours of operation. Sat in Drive thru line for 15 minutes. Car in front of us gets to order. We pull up to order stand at 915. We were told they were now closed. May want to go out and tell Drive thru line where cutoff is at.

Yelp
This location is great for parties! They have full birthday packages or just a private room rental. We decided to come here as a short notice birthday party for my child. We had a relatively small party so we didn't reserve a room, but the shop itself is plenty big and we had no problem finding a table for us to have our ice cream. The kids had a blast in the play place. We were there for easily 2 hours. It's definitely a busy location, with lots of people and tons of kids. I'm sure there are constantly parties happening, especially on weekends. The establishment seemed clean enough. It's also a great place to come with your kids when it's really hot out in the summer or too cold in the winter so they can burn off some energy in the play area!

Yelp
Very good ice cream. Nice, clean atmosphere. Came and got a few of the pints to take home. Gentleman at the cash register was very polite and efficient. Over all great product, easy experiment. With lots, and lots of sugar!

Yelp
This is the best Graeter's! The ice cream is amazing and the staff is very efficient and kind. The store is always clean and well maintained. They have a nice big play area for kids which is separated from the main sitting area. They also have a drive through, but I always just walk in the store to get my ice cream.

Yelp
Great ice cream in a brand new location. Expanded parlor, bigger party rooms, and huge playroom. Extremely popular with families. Play room can be LOUD. Nice benches and high top bar area for adults in the playroom. Lines for ice cream can get long during peak play times. Parking lot fills up but additional parking is possible across the street at Kroger. Drive through service also offered.

Yelp
This is probably the best Graeter's I've been to and I love Graeters! The staff was super nice and worked very efficiently to make sure everyone's needs where met. They had tons of tables to sit at and they even had a kids play area to. As for the ice cream, it's just FANTASTIC! I highly recommend coming here!

Yelp
We love Greater's! We usually go through the drive through. Even on busy days, the drive through seems to move pretty fast. The employees that take our order and greet us at the window are friendly and of course the ice cream is great! The chocolate chip and peanut butter chip are the best!

Yelp
Waited 40 minutes to get served. Then once we received our product we had to wait a another 10 minutes for someone to ring us up at the register. Complained to assistant manager sweeping the lobby that she should be helping serve guests, but she said the lobby was more of a priority. If it weren't for the kids play place I would not return.

Yelp
This new location is really nice. Our first visit here was fine. We ordered inside the first time and the staff was nice. Our second time we went through the drive thru because it was busy inside. The girl at the drive thru window was so rude and literally slammed the window in my face as we left. I know it's busy but where's the customer service??

Yelp
This location is really spacious compared to others I have been to. There is a dining area both indoor and outdoor and there is a large play place area that is separate. We both got the watermelon sorbet which is seasonal. Pros: there are some dairy free flavors! The occasion for our visit was a children's birthday party. I think this location is perfect for kids and families. Tons of enclosed play space and kid friendly ice cream options. It was fun seeing all the kids play on the slides. The line had a weird layout where it seemed like you were in the way and there were at least 5 people dipping ice cream and only 1-2 cashiers so the line got pretty backed up. All staff were very friendly. I think this location could benefit from having another cash register station that can be opened up in busy times. As a couple without children, I probably wouldn't come to this location by ourselves as the (rightfully deserved) popularity of the children's area makes the shop very busy and loud.

Yelp
I didn't think it was possible to screw up Graeter's ice cream but they are doing their darnedest here. I was told that my "Sweet Rewards " account is no longer accepted. The cashier told me it was a "corporate decision". First an assistant and then the general manager told me that if I wanted to continue receiving the benefits of repeatedly spending hundreds of dollars on their product I had to register online and get an app. All of this bemuses me. As I come to the end of my sixth decade I can recall my grandmother taking me into a decidedly non-corporate Graeter's on Hyde Park Square and getting a tea cookie from Mrs. Graeter or her daughter Kathy. I wonder if Warren Buffett will welcome me at Dairy Queen?!?

Yelp
These guys really fixed this place up nice. A couple bumps at the beginning, but they run such a nice shop now.
