Graeter’s

My buddy treated me to this fine establishment as a welcome to Kentucky. I was SUPER excited to see that they actually had chocolate chip ice. Not many other creameries have that flavor. The staff's knowledge was the best part. My buddy chose the lemon meringue because the staff had actual knowledge about the actual ingredients of the flavor and it was absolutely great. Thanks for the great service and ice cream.

Will & Lexi are so kind. There's is so much to choose from. It's all good. The Blackberry Chip is pretty incredible. The hot fudge is really great. Perfect!

We stopped in here for their Noël sundae, which is peppermint ice cream, a brownie, and hot fudge. Except...they're all out of peppermint ice cream. It's still on the menu, so they're offering a product they can't provide. It should be illegal to be out of a holiday offering in the middle of the holiday season. I jest, but as someone who has worked in retail before, when a store or restaurant is out of something, it's because someone didn't do his or her job...didn't place the order, didn't take stock, didn't do inventory, didn't do an essential function of what he/she is being paid to do. They also have these igloos outside right next to Graeter's, but when we went inside to inquire, we were told they don't own those; they belong to another restaurant, and thus we can't use them. There is also a playroom adjacent, which is beneficial for the kids (as if the lure of ice cream wasn't enough). My kids were sharply rebuked because they didn't remove their shoes. Awfully bold of you to criticize my kids when you can't even provide one of the sundaes you advertise.

This should be called Greatest, because this is the best ice cream we’ve ever had!!! The black raspberry chip is my new favorite flavor. Please build near Florence SC!!!

This place is fantastic and the people who work here are so nice. Delicious milkshakes and they have the best brownies. Special shout out to Katie who went above and beyond to take care of us for a birthday celebration. THANK YOU!

Fast service, despite them being very busy. Always delicious ice cream. Friendly staff. I had the black raspberry chip in a chocolate waffle cone - spectacular.

What a fabulous spot for families or ice cream, frozen treats and dessert lovers of all kinds! The inside playground here and two party rooms make this a great spot for parties or other gatherings. I was visiting nephew, his lovely wife and precious two children and we stopped in Graeter's for dessert. I enjoyed my pineapple freeze and loved watching my nephew's children playing on fun equipment inside. Special and enjoyable evening! Wishing you the same!

Graeter's is a MUST while visiting NKY or Cincinnati. Their Raspberry Chip & Peach ice cream is top tier ice cream flavors. This location has great outdoor seating at The Promenade. Service is friendly and quick despite the long lines.

Graeter's is an institution in this area. Having been to all other locations, getting the opportunity to try the Union location was a true blessing! I could not wait to try this for the next few months to write a review! This location has a sewage smell the moment you walk through the doors. I have not been able to tolerate the smell long enough to order inside or to truly look around for any amazing insights From the short time inside, the cases appear to be finger print free, however, the smell is overwhelming and pungent to the point of intrusive There has only been one family in the seated area every time I have visited. This is quite unusual for the typical Graeter's location. There are quite a few tables for sitting inside if you can tolerate the smell The drive thru line is usually quite long. I have used the drive thru multiple times to try the products. Service is friendly Decent turnaround time Price is good for the product Standard menu Try the ice cream! It's old style French pot The phosphates are hand made sodas to your liking- the best in the city Candies are decadent

Amazing ice cream - helpful team members. Great green space outside. We bring all our out-of-town guests here because it is sooooo good! Love that they have seasonal favorites to try.

We had to try this place before we left Cincinnati area. Very good. Restaurant is clean and well planned. Servers were friendly and helpful. We had to go with the specials... Chunky, Chunky Hippo for me (vanilla ice cream either peanuts and chocolate chunks. Dave had Flying Pig (vanilla ice cream with peanut butter chocolate chips). Both were delicious! We definitely recommend.

I love, love, love, Graeter's ice cream. They give you the opportunity to taste the flavors prior to ordering what you want. I have been going to Graeter's since I was young, it is a Cincinnati institution and has been around since 1870! This business is a multi-generational company. The family ensures the quality of their product. They also produce bakery goods that are delicious. On this day I decided to get a cup of salted caramel chip ice cream. Caramel with chocolate bits in it and it was superb. I will continue to be a lifelong patron of this business and if you have never tried Graeter's, this location is certainly a beautiful location to try out.

What a great place! Small batch ice cream at a family owned business. Staff was super friendly and the ice cream was amazing. Black raspberry and lemon meringue were our favorites.

What a great addition to such a family oriented area! They just opened and they made sure to do it right. There's a sufficient amount of counter staff that your order gets taken very quickly. Quality of the ice cream and shakes are definitely on par with other locations I have been to. I think my favorite thing about the place is the play area for the kids. I love that I can give my kid some ice cream while also getting him to burn that energy off before we leave the store. Can't wait to make lots of great ice cream memories here.

Service and quality! Our location on US 42 in Union is busy, fun and alway relief from the heat!

Disappointing service experience. Called to find out if Graeters was honoring nurses like many businesses this week. The answer was "No, but we have $4.99 pints for Mothers Day. So we stopped in to pick up some of our favorite flavors. At check out I asked to ensure and the answer was , "Oh that sale starts Friday." It's currently Wednesday.

My son won the coloring contest last summer at this location. He was awarded with a thirty dollar gift card. When he went to go use it, we were surprised to find out that there was nothing on it, and it was never loaded. Instead of making it right, the manager made up a story that people steal gift cards at Kroger and try to use them, implying that my son was trying to pay with a stolen gift card. ‍ He gave him a free ice cream cone very reluctantly after giving us guilt in lieu of what was supposed to be his prize. So unprofessional, almost hard to believe, and a huge letdown for my son.

The service was awful the people are rude, loud, and inconsiderate. I won't be coming back for a while.

Graeters is known for ice cream, which anyone local to the area can tell you is excellent. But I'm going to review the donuts today after visiting their new location in Union! Not surprisingly, they are also delicious. They had a great assortment to choose from for the donuts I was taking to a kids Christmas party. I didn't buy any other other pastries but there were plenty others to choose from, both individual size servings and small cake size. The employees were quick and friendly and I was in and out in no time. So happy to have a Graeters close to home!

I've always been a big fan of Greaters. But the girl manager who was working between 2-3 on March 2nd is a very rude person. I hope she learns how to treat customers right.

Best Graeter's ever. Very good service and better sweets. I know they're known for ice cream but the bakery at graeters is equally as good! Highly recommend their sour cream dunkers with coffee in the mid ting. The play area is great for children and the drive thru perfect for when you're on the go. 10/10!

More of a complaint with corporate than this location. Have always ordered my cakes for Christmas with them. This year I'm having my party on the 22nd. I was told you could only order holiday cakes for pickup on the 23rd or 24th. Absolutely no thought about families that are forced to celebrate earlier than Christmas Eve. Will take my business elsewhere

The business was very clean. I was hoping for a no sugar added or low fat option, but there was none. My husband got 2 scoops in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. The bourbon pecan was very good. They have pint options in a freezer case, along with candies, cookies, cakes, etc. everyone was very friendly.

As a personal fan of Graeter's Ice Cream for many years, I always look forward to the next time I walk in. On this past occasion, I pulled into the drive thru at around 10:40 and asked for a milkshake like I usually do. After I asked for a milkshake, the person on the speaker told me that they weren't making milkshakes for the rest of the night. This was a major inconvenience and although it is something that seems to be minor, I have done the same thing at a different location and had no issue with getting my milkshake even when coming closer to closing time than I did on this occasion. Closing duties should come after the store actually closes and not when it's open.

Shoutout to the Manager, Joe, that converted me to a Graeter's fan after years of feeling like it's just ok...we asked to try the seasonal Cherry Chocolate chip flavor which was alright but he recommended we try the Black Cherry Chip and oh my goodness, so good!! Thanks Joe!!
