Where to Drink Guinness in Central Florida This Holiday Season | Eater

"Where many Irish bars attempt to duplicate the classic, slightly-divey pub experience, Grafton Street goes a little more upscale. This clean, modern Lake Mary bar and restaurant offers all the pints, whiskey, and fish and chips you’d expect in a setting that feels more like 2024 Dublin than the rustic Irish countryside. Look for the red phone booth and pop into its secret speakeasy Crown Alley, where sexy lighting and craft cocktails offer an entirely different experience." - Matthew Meltzer

Actually I only had a takeout for lunch. I would consider this is the third high-end restaurant I tried in the Sanford area. Very nice inside and the front desk was really friendly. My Reuben sandwich was really good, with a lot of flavors. The corn beef and Sauerkraut were well made, the bread and the dressing may have some room for improvement. My co-workers Shepherd's pie and smash burger were also excellent. The flavor and the softness hit the spot.

The fish and chips served at this restaurant are absolutely colossal, each piece wonderfully battered and fried to a crisp golden perfection. We also ordered a house salad that was both refreshing and colorful, showcasing a delightful mix of peppery arugula and crunchy sunflower seeds that added a lovely texture. The French onion soup was the star of the show—rich and savory, with layers of caramelized onions enveloped in a warm broth, all topped with an indulgent blanket of melted cheese that was simply heavenly. Our server was exceptional, always attentive and quick to refill our drinks, ensuring we never went thirsty. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for an unforgettable dining experience!

Husband and I wanted to try something new. We decided to head to Grafton Street for some Irish food. Upon on arrival we noted adequate parking, we were able to park near the front door on a Saturday afternoon. We walked in and were greeted by the waitress in her cute plaid skirt and braided hair. We were told to pick a seat and she would be right with us. We chose our table and she was there taking our drinks in a matter of minutes. She was attentive to our requests and very friendly. We ordered a blue moon beer and an Irish Margarita. Delicious perfectly made margarita. We ordered our appetizers and meals (since I was hungry). The humus board and a giant pretzel. They came out in a very timely manner maybe 10 mins. The waitress kept an eye on us to ensure we didn't need anything further and once we were close to being done she timed it just right where our food came out fresh and piping hot. I had the gourmet grilled cheese and tomato bisque soup, my husband ordered the Shephard pie. Both dishes absolutely DELICIOUS. Will most certainly be coming back and telling our friends about it.

The lobster risotto was very poorly cooked. It was mushy, and bland. The bread pudding was great however. I will not be returning.

100% recommend this place, good food, exceptional service and a wonderful atmosphere! The Shrimp risotto was delicious and the fish and chips real good as well.

Can not think of a bad thing to say about this this restaurant!! The food is SO GOOD. I eat here weekly and have tried just about everything. My favorite is between the quesadilla and the shepherds pie. The servers, bartenders and bar backs all go above and beyond every single week. Management always checks in on every meal and service. I would recommend Grafton any day!!

Google
Good food, but the portions should be, about, 25% larger. Everything from the Shephard's pie to the Fish&Chips are great, just a smidge too small, portions wise. But you can tell they change their oil often as nothing ever has that "everything taste like fish" taste.

Google
This was our first time here and will not be the last time. This place has some of the best food I've had at an Irish Pub I highly recommend you all to try it out.

Yelp
Sorry no pics :(. Came for dinner to celebrate a birthday. Started with a couple pints of Guinness which were great pours! Onion rings for app. Horseysauce was tasty but the spicey bbq was drinkable it was so good! We went native for dinner. Fish and chips with mushy peas and shepherds pie. Our plates were licked clean. The initial greeting was a little stale, too many people standing around not working but the woman who sat us turned on the charm and Luke our waiter was brilliant. Definitely recommend!

Yelp
Stopped by about 8:00 for a drink and app. Waited on quickly, drinks were fast. Past that our bartender became distracted with four people at the end of the bar. Someone else brought apps, put in and brought another drink. There were three others behind the bar and little attention was given to customers other than those at the end of the bar. Made sense that it was so empty given that it set a great Irish feel. Service was subpar.

Yelp
To the server that accommodated us on Tuesday, 3/11 around 6pm at the outdoor seating bar area -- THANK YOU! We checked in with the host that sat us outside (at the table that was wobbly and had green pollen everywhere)... after 20 minutes, nothing happened. We had to wave someone down and she said "oh, no one helped you yet?" Another minute passed by, and our actual server for the night was so apologetic, she took our drink and food order immediately. After two hours of being taken care of, we cashed out. Her name wasn't on the receipt but we just want to thank you for serving us this evening. You were so kind and patient, and you checked up on us every now and then. We both had a rough day at work and you made the night so peaceful and enjoyable. Admist the wobbly table, long wait and pollen that was on our table -- the moment we wanted to leave, you blessed us and had us stay. Enjoy your tip, thank you, "PM BAR P." *Meatloaf was amazing!

Yelp
Food: food is always delicious and consistent. I stopped by today to try their brunch and it was delicious. We had the blt and crossaint sandwich. I have also tried the giant pretzel which is amazing the grill cheese with the tomatoe soup is great if your into grilled cheese. Service: waitresses are always so nice and helpful. Range is 20 to 30 a plate. Atmosphere: the atmosphere is ok. I like lively more loud places so it's a personal opinion the place is a bit in the quiet side but great overall. Their hidden bar is super nice. You can eat the food from the restaurant and have some drinks. We didn't need a code to get through the phone but just lifted the phone and pushed the door.

Yelp
The food at Grafton Street Pub in Lake Mary was delicious. We had a reservation for Saturday morning at 11:30. There was no wait and the staff told us to sit where we wanted. My friend ordered the boursin and Prosciutto Omelet which we both loved. I ordered the French Toast Charcuterie. With the charcuterie came cut bananas and strawberries with syrup, butter, blueberry compote and Nutella. The only fault I could find was the Nutella. It was dry, not the consistency I'm used to seeing it since it's oily to a degree. The oil makes it easier to spread on bread etc. My friend enjoyed the blueberry compote with her French toast. The fruit was fresh. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. And the place looks the way you would expect a pub to look. Cut barrels are a feature wall on the way to the restrooms. The bar area is nice with seating and some high top tables. We both agreed that we would visit Grafton Street Pub again.

Yelp
I'm sure this place is probably better than.a 1 star review normally - but we took an Uber up here on a Saturday only to get here and the place was closed at 12:15AM despite the hours posted online saying they were open until 1:30AM and on the door saying they were open until 2AM. To make matters worse there were people inside and rather than explain that they had closed early they acted like we were morons.

Yelp
Great atmosphere. Bar area and a small dining room where we had our meal. We ordered the large pretzel for an appetizer. Haven't eaten half of our pretzel and our entrees arrived. The burger, fish n chips and a Rueben. The waitress could have thought that pretzel just arrived and held the entrees for a few minutes. No she didn't!! First issue. Secondly, mushy peas arrived cold!! Had to hail down the hostess to send back. We were half done with our dinners and decided just to cancel them. Over all service mediocre at best! Had to hail down the hostess again for refill beverages. A large group came for dinner. 8 children 4 - 6 years old very loud!! Parents sat at another table. No control. I made mention to our waitress of how loud they were. The manager didn't even come out to our table. The right thing for management to do. If one wants to enjoy good food served very quickly and very loud, this place is for you!! Not us. Just saying.

Yelp
We came into Grafton for brunch with a group of 6 and were seating immediately. I love the atmosphere in Grafton, very casual Irish restaurant but very clean and well decorated. The food is fresh and delicious, I opted for the grilled cheese and tomato soup, both of which were hot and flavorful. The service was pleasant and helped with anything we needed.

Yelp
Ding, ding, ding! We have a winner! Today's brunch was FANTASTIC and thank goodness Grafton is only a 5-minute drive from my place. Wow! Next on my list to tackle is that delicious-looking fish and chips. Today, we just had to have that French Toast charcuterie board - which was definitely as good as it looked (including fresh fruit). My only complaint was the bottom of the toast was a bit burnt. But that prosciutto and boursin omelet was EXCELLENT. Also, I definitely recommend the Pimm's Cup if you're looking for a refreshing morning cocktail (I had to stop myself from ordering a second). Great atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff. Every time another table's order went by, my friend and I were salivating - literally trying to figure out how soon we should return. Like, um, tomorrow.

Yelp
This was our second year coming to Graftons to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Last year, St. Patrick's Day landed on Sunday and Graftons put on a massive celebration with a Tom Petty tribute band headlining the event. Unfortunately this year we couldn't make it to Graftons during the weekend when most of the activities were scheduled. Even though St. Patrick's Day landed on Monday, Graftons made the best of it and still coordinated activities during the day and evening. We stopped in after work on Monday to enjoy in the festivities. I was looking forward to seeing The King of the Strings, Gary Lovini play; however, his time slot was from 12pm to 4pm. I didn't get out of work until 4pm So we missed the best part of the event, ugh! I did get to meet Gary so that was a bonus. Graftons also had another musician lined up for 7:30 but we came with an appetite and there was an hour wait for a table. We hung out for a while and had a Smithwicks ($7) then cut out for dinner before the second performer started. I haven't had dinner at Grafton's yet, but I have stopped in on several other occasions to enjoy a beer. Overall staff are friendly and I enjoy the environment. I definitely recommend stopping in if in the area.

Yelp
Visited on a Saturday around 12:30pm and was able to immediately get sat. We had a table outside to enjoy the beautiful weather. The patio was spacious and service was still quick even though we were not IN the restaurant. There were brunch menus and regular menus for lunch time. I opted for the smashburger with fries. I thought my burger was cooked well with crispy edges and was flavorful. Everyone in our group loved the french fries. They had a curl to them that I liked. Our waitress was attentive to our needs and the food came out quickly. I would suggest to add a few more traditional Irish food options being it is an Irish restaurant like some stews or more lamb plates. We had a good lunch and I would like to visit again to see the inside and order a pretzel like I saw on the table beside me! It was huge!

Yelp
Wholly enjoyable posh-ish pub, this. Actually took two false starts and a reservation to finally eat here over a few months. They can be uncomfortably busy and difficult to score seat. Hostess was a bit much once. Otherwise, solid fish and chips and good Gaelic fun. Irish I was drinkin' a Guinness right now!
google avatar

Yelp
Maybe it was the time of day, maybe it was the atmosphere, I wasn't overly impressed. BUT the staff were all friendly and the restaurant was clean. The drink menu has a good selection I just felt like the bar area was cramped feeling. I looked over the menu but we didn't eat we just had a few drinks. Drinks are about your normal price for restaurants. The espresso martini is good! Not overly sweet but not bitter. I'm not sure if I would come back it's not quite my vibe but it's worth checking out if you do enjoy bars and some specialty drinks.

Yelp
The decor here is really cute, the premise is the Prohibition era, they have a Pay Phone Booth outside that you can enter, put a code in order to be allowed entrance to the "secret" section. Not sure if they have entertainment in the evenings but I'll find out! Anyway....back to the food! I ordered the Blackened Grouper with Rice Pilaf and green beans, the Grouper was cooked perfectly, it was delicious!! The Waitress was really good and very friendly! Great place for any occasion, lunch, dinner, girls night, date night or just a drink for one!

Yelp
What a great local pub right here in Orlando. The food is fantastic, the staff is really nice and make you want to come back. I wish I had one local up in Jax. I spent every evening of my trip here and never had a bad night.

Yelp
Have been here a few times and never been disappointed. Sat at the bar tonight and as soon as I sat down I was greeted right away. The girls behind the bar were very attentive. Got the fish and chips, not a big fan of the mushy peas though. I could have passed in that part lol. The inside and outside are reminiscent of an Irish pub, very cool to be in there. I have not ventured into the speakeasy yet though. Maybe on my next visit

Yelp
WHOA!! walked in for a NYE party with a DJ who was GREAT! Nice vibes for sure. We had the tastiest food I've had from a pub in a long time. The HUGE Bavarian pretzel was salted to perfection & the cheese, mustard seeds & onions on the side were GREAT! I'd never had something like that before. The hot bbq wings had a nice smoky flavor , would absolutely recommend! Finally the Jr. smash burger was really good too but by the time I made it there I was so full and couldn't finish it. Great crust on the patty & it comes with fries.

Yelp
Great food! I would consider this upscale pub type food, so a elevated twist on classic Irish dishes. I really liked the Shepards pie here, which is a lamb and beef combo. I heard some mixed things about it, because of the lamb. I actually really liked it and though it was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes on top were creamy and delicious. i tried the grilled cheese as well and that hit the spot! The service was friendly, someone in our party had an issue the their meal and the manager was nice to come over right away and take care of it. Great job! They have a great beer selection as well as cocktails. There is little speakeasy in the back which is a good spot to hit after dinner for the well crafted cocktails!
google avatar

Yelp
We came in for a work lunch and had a great experience! Service was amazing and our waitress was great. For appetizers, we shared the bruschetta and the shrimp with toast points. Both were delicious and easy to share. The shrimp were tender and we loved the balsamic pearls on the bruschetta. For my entree, I got the fish and chips. The fish was hot, crispy and delicious. The chips were perfect too. Our table also enjoyed the Shepards pie and the grilled cheese. Everything we had was excellent. The restaurant is well decorated and very on theme. This is a great place to visit.
google avatar

Yelp
One of my friends took me to the speakeasy part of this pub, and I fell in love I love how they have a outdoor area where you can play games people can actually smoke out there and they not smoke inside the facility. It is so adorable, very swanky speakeasy. I absolutely adore the inside. It is bigger than a normal speakeasy, and the service was so impeccable and quick so I was only able to try cocktails. I do want to go back to the facility and try their food.

Yelp
My parents were in town visiting and they wanted chicken wings. This was the first place I thought of. My dad really loved the wings and everything else was good too. I didn't know this but they have a brunch special on the weekends that ends at 3:00 and a happy hour Monday-Friday with $1.50 oysters. I will have to come for this.

Yelp
We went for early Mother's Day lunch. Atmosphere was good, nice decor, loved bottle light fixtures. We ordered fish and chips, steak sandwich, corned beef hash. Fish and chips was excellent, crispy and flavorful. We also order pub chips, they were fantastic! Couldn't get enough! Service left a lot of be desired and we won't be returning because of it. McKenna was very unfriendly and seemed to be in a rush. When taking our order she hardly looked at us. Had to ask for refills, ask for napkins, ask for ketchup. We asked for a to go box and the bill. She brought both, handed me the box and the card reader as I began to put the food in the container. I asked her to give me a second and she walked off with the card reader, seemingly annoyed. She retuned about 10 minutes later. Other people in our party of four made comments about her behavior.

Yelp
My husband and I happened upon this very awesome place by shear accident. We did not visit this restaurant the day we discovered it. When we arrived home, we looked it up online to check out their menu. They have a Brunch, Lunch and Dinner menu. They offered a very nice variety of food options. My husband ordered the Shepherds pie with a side salad, which was very good. I ordered Lamb sliders major yum along with their P.S.I. Mussels, double yum The broth that the mussels were in is just too delicious to even describe. The decor is very awesome. They have a general/common bar area with high top tables, tv's and for those of you that are familiar with REAL shuffleboard, yes, with quoits! There is another nice sized dining area and another more secluded, cozy, romantic bar in the back. The main bar area does get noisy when it starts to get full. The service is average. They also have a very, cozy outdoor patio for dining. Their prices are reasonable and they are accommodating. We will definitely return.

Yelp
In Lake Mary for a few days and this place is close to our hotel. It was a great choice. Nice atmosphere, no wait, great service & good food. Apps: charbroiled oysters & French onion soup. Entrees: shrimp & crab risotto and grilled cheese w/tomato bisque. Drinks: tequila espresso martini and gin old fashioned.
google avatar

Yelp
Great food, I got the dry aged pork chop and truthfully it was undercooked but they fixed it right away and it was still delicious! We went to the Crown Alley the speak easy behind the restaurant and it was great loved the comfy atmosphere and Christmas decore. They drinks were great as well!

Yelp
This place is packed on the weekends and for good reason. The family friendly environment is inviting and serves a delicious variety of authentic Irish cuisine. The drinks are delicious, the staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean from the front door to the bathrooms. Definitely a place to try.

Ste G.

Yelp
Ordered what they call a "smash burger" it seemed to be pre cut patties and nothing about it was smashed. The menu was incorrect on items delivered vs what was stated on the menu. The place is supposed to be a Irish Pub yet the music playing was Hip Hop???? Service was ok. Not going to return.

Yelp
Grafton Street pub was a cool restaurant to visit. Probably one of the better ones in Lake Mary,l. The service was really good and very quick. I went on a Tuesday evening, and it was busier than I expected it to be but the waitresses took great care of us- quick with our food and drinks. The ambiance is cool, I went for a work event. They do have a private room as well if you wanted to reserve it for a company's party or whatnot. The drinks were great! I had the pretzel and wings as an appetizer, they were actually really good!! For my entree I had the whiskey glazed chicken, and it was very flavorful and delicious. Nice portion to not get too full, I definitely recommend this restaurant if you're in the area.
google avatar

Yelp
Yummy upscale pub food Great drinks Kind and attentive staff This is a regular spot for my husband and I for a late snacky dinner and drinks. I adore the Amoxicillin cocktail with smoky mezcal and honey ginger. Delicious! Food-wise we always get the grilled cheese. They also have an amazing brunch. It can get pretty busy on the weekends. They have outdoor seating. There's also a speakeasy hidden in the back of the restaurant, but that's all I'll say about that (wink).

Yelp
Excellent service and food was good. Alot Of Fun and good drinks. Would recommend. Especially on a weekend

Yelp
There are only a few Irish pubs in the Lake Mary vicinity, and Grafton Street & Pub is a great new addition to the emerging food scene in Seminole County. This is a new concept from the same owners at the now-closed Liam Fitzpatrick's Irish Restaurant & Pub at Colonial Town Park. Grafton Street & Pub has a more elevated style, and I loved the décor all around the restaurant. It is smaller than I thought, but they also have outdoor seating available (which I'm sure will be nice when temperatures cool down in Florida). It feels cozy to a similar vibe to a pub in England or Ireland. We made a reservation and were seated at a high-top table with a nice view of the bar. I strongly recommend making a reservation because it is a relatively new and popular restaurant. Let's jump into the food deets. I always judge a pub by its fish and chips, so I ordered that, and it did not disappoint. The beer-battered cod was tasty and wasn't too thick or too crispy. It came with a side of mushy peas, which I wasn't sure about at first, but it turned out to be delicious since I don't like the texture of peas. My husband ordered the Jr. Smash Burger, and he really enjoyed it. Of course, we also tried the drinks. My husband got excited to see the Smithwicks beer on the drink menu as it is a beer we have tried in London, and we loved it. I opted for the Strawberry Rhubarb Delight, which was refreshing and tasty. I would order that again. They have a wide selection of beer, wine, and creative cocktails. My only comment about my experience is service could have been faster. We waited for a while to place our drinks order. Other than that, the food and ambiance were terrific. Grafton Street & Pub has the drinks, the food, and the ambiance for a fun night out. If you are away from this side of town, I recommend making the trip. You can also check out the speakeasy; just look for the red telephone booth.

Yelp
An inviting atmosphere with decor to match. I ordered the Shepherds Pie & Grafton's Lemonade and both were up to par! The pie was flavorful and the drink was complimented with the perfect ingredients. The service was excellent.

Yelp
Really great brunch. They need to go easy on the salt and sauce on the main dinner dishes. Definitely worth a try for breakfast! Clean, nice staff, good location.
google avatar

Yelp
Service is always really good. We eat here 1-2 times a month so we have our favorites and they never disappoint. The tomato bisque and house salad is my favorite and would recommend them.

Yelp
Stopped in for a quick Sunday lunch. Had the bruschetta appetizer which was delicious. The balsamic pearls were a great touch. The fish and chips is one of the best in the area. Great batter and the portions were awesome. The mushy peas were a bit of a miss though. The buffalo chicken sandwich was good but needed more sauce. The balance of blue cheese to buffalo was off for me and it was very blue cheese forward. The scalloped potatoes were so good! Definitely the highlight of my plate. The Guinness was cold and poured well. Next time we will have to try the secret speakeasy.

Yelp
Common food. No follow up service....none! Guy sat by me for a pick up. Bill was $98.00 for two pork chop diners. He was upset. He was blown off by all the employees. Manager came over and gave him tough face and blew him off. It's 10 minutes later and the Mgr is running around strutting about offending a solid customer. He won't stop. They are laughing and clapping behind the bar. WTF. This is rude nuts!!!! 6/21/24 6:55 pm. I was asked for a photo of my meal for promo purposes. Pretty funny. Caesar salad with salmon was a wedge with a lump of dressing on top. The clan of salmon was next to it. Pretty exciting. Couldn't get any pepper in the 15 minutes while I dined. Soooo disappointed in this new to me experience.

Yelp
I really really want to like this place... the ambiance is great, servers are always nice and the layout has a good flow.. some of the food is better than others. I ordered the smashburger without the trim.. was seriously underwhelmed by the patties. They looked like the standard pre-cooked, frozen pucks you'd get at McDonalds.. definitely isn't worth the $17 they charge (for the burger only, side is extra) - for a nice upscale feeling pub, they need to put more money/effort into dishes like this in order to get returning locals.

Todd B.

Yelp
Where the old Applebee's stood at the corner of highway 46A and International Parkway, a very nice Irish bar has appeared. Nicely decorated along with a great T-shirt selection for sale. We popped in for a quick Harp while the family was in town for a visit. Quickly seated and served. Although, we didn't try the menu (we had plans for another restaurant) we will be back to give it a try. My new favorite Irish bar. Enjoy!

Yelp
Grafton Street Pub is a new** Irish pub in the Lake Mary/Heathrow area. The decor and vibe is modern and refreshing, but still transports you away from FL. I loved all the Irish touches. Please be aware, this spot is quite loud inside so keep that in mind if you are preferring a more quiet meal. Once at our table, we did have to wait a bit to be greeted by our server, but the spot is new so I'm sure they're still working out the kinks. Once we were greeted, the meal and service were paced well for the rest of the evening! Now on to the food - it was delish! The menu contains traditional fare such as fish and chips (complete with mushy peas) and shepherd's pie, but also has dishes with a modern and/or FL twist . There are dishes for the adventurous and the picky eaters alike. I started with an Irish Margarita. It was good, but I didn't taste the cider that was supposed to be in it. We opted for the bruschetta as an app, it was enjoyable and had great flavor! The balsmaic pearls made for a good photo. My husband enjoyed his smashburger (but was too hungry to allow for a photo haha). I went with a grilled cheese which is not my standard in a restaurant, but the miso butter, gruyere, and hot honey peaked my interest. It was very good! Loved the umami from the miso, but didn't get much honey flavor. The tomato bisque on the side was creamy perfection. This spot is a bit pricey depending on your expection (apps $6,-$18, sandwiches $14-$23, entrées $17-$45, kids meals $6-$8, cocktails $12-14, and beer $5-$8). All in all, this was a solid meal and there were many other menu items I'd like to try. So, we'll be back (and hope some of the flavors listed on the menu descriptions shine through more in the future!). Note: Check out the red phone booth on the side and you may find a whole new experience waiting for you ;) **If you had been to Liam's in the past, they have since closed and this new spot is under the same ownership and in the plaza across the street. While I liked Liam's, dare I say I like this new spot even better?
google avatar

Jeannie S.

Yelp
Food was great as usual, but I was disappointed to see Fox News on the only TV in the dining room. I would not want to see CNN or MSNBC, either, right after a polarizing election. Usually, they have sports on TV, which makes more sense for a pub atmosphere.
google avatar

Erin S.

Yelp
This Pub is the new Liam's that used to be in Colonial Town park in lake mary (same owners) and it for sure improved !! We love this new menu from grafton street pub, and the ambiance has also been upgraded, however the patio is much smaller than the old establishment. The menu has been vastly improved from liam's, but it stills lacks that extra step that makes it better then normal bar food. The grilled cheese was overly sweet, and the buffalo sand-which was nothing special. The service was great and our server was super attentive to us! We have been twice and it seems like they are still figuring out their menu as a couple things (mustard with pretzel and fry seasoning) have been changed between both times we have been. Hopefully soon they will have everything figured out and settled! However the giant pretzel and cheese dip will be bringing us back.

Amanda M.

Yelp
What a hip place! (Are people still using that word, hip?) wait, I think it's "LIT"! Yep, that's it! Super lit place! Definitely my kind of vibe. Various age in demographics which is heart warming. I had the grilled cheese with tomato soup and devoured it! Went to the speakeasy (which btw was my first speak easy I've ever experienced) and it was like something you'd see in a 1920's movie. Very private and romantic. Wonderful spot for a date night, for sure! The bartenders/mixologists were impeccable. I believe his name was Alex? Great fella! I can't wait to go back!

Came here on a date and sat at the bar. The duo (Nando and Jess?) were quick and very nice. I ordered the Whiskey Glazed Chicken and a double Makers and soda. The bartender came around with complementary lemon ginger shots to promote the Speakeasy. We tried them and they weren't for us but nice to be offered something. The chicken was $28 before tax. It comes with your choice of side and is served on a scallop potato patty. The glaze it is served with is so sweet your teeth will tingle. Not good. No whiskey within a mile of that dish. The chicken breast was deboned except for the drum stick which was nice but the piece was very small. The green beans that are paired with it are plain and rubbery. For the price I would have liked to enjoy it more. A double Makers is $14 and a single was $10. The double feels like a deal while the single feels steep for a single pour drink on ice. I asked the bar tender Jess if the bar had games like a pool table or darts and she said they only had table shuffleboard. A bit bummed we cashed out and left. While leaving we noticed the same bar tender playing corn hole in the parking lot area outside the speakeasy. So I guess they do have other games? 50/50 on if I'd bring another date here but Nando seemed cool.

Yelp
What a cool cozy place. Very good mixed drinks and the menu has some delicious meals for good prices. Definitely going to frequent this pub, live music on many nights wow! Cool spot.

Yelp
Finally got to check out this place. We didn't have a chance to check out the speak easy, so we will come back to try that out. Overall the vibes were fun and was beautifully decorated. The place is a lot smaller than I anticipated so I would definitely recommend making a reservation. The service was super fast and extremely friendly. Overall it was a fun experience and very aesthetic. The food was good but it wasn't anything wildly great and that's why I'm giving 4 stars. Our table ordered the Onion Soup, Lamb Sliders, Shepherds Pie & Fish and Chips

Yelp
We've come on a number of occasions. Servers have always been great and food is good (dinner and brunch). Restaurant is nice and bright and has outdoor seating.

Yelp
Service was outstanding both behind the bar and the restaurant. The food was eclectic but very good. The Irish pub version of a gastropub! The bruschetta and beef carpaccio were both fantastic!

Yelp
1st time at the new location. Wow, this place is amazing. The menu is a little different from the old location but still has great dishes to choose from. Our server was really nice about making sure we had everything we needed and kept checking on us often. We sat outside because the temperature was perfect. My sweetheart had the House Salad, and she really enjoyed every bite. I had the beef tips with potatoes and veggies on the side. Definitely will be back again. Next time, we have to try to Speak Easy Phone Booth.
