Google
On the way out of town and my daughter had to have avocado toast. lol! She absolutely loved it! Highly recommended!

Google
Amazing place! I recommend for anyone that’s near by. Perfect location because it is not right in the center of town with big crowds but it is also close enough. The staff is lovely and super sweet. Food is absolutely delicious!! We took 3 açai bowls and it is great that you can make your own as well. They have 4 options of bases which I thought was nice as well!! They even have benefits of each base on their walls. Atmosphere is lovely and it’s budget friendly. I loved this place.

Google
The BEST acai and spirulina bowls in Key West. 10/10 recommend the build your own bowl and you get yummy fresh fruit all over it!

Andrew C.

Google
One word. Amazing. If you’re in town visiting I would 100% get a golf cart and head to this place. They got so much healthy food and out of this world açaí smoothie bowls. I was in town for 5 days and went here 4 times.

Rick B.

Google
Best acai and spirulina bowls in Key West!

Google
Happy accident! Atmosphere was clean, inviting and operationally organized! I observed several customer interactions and looked at end products. Very consistent and efficient. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and swift. Manager was always working, present and helping everyone! Very healthy menu!Conveniently located across from Palm Bay Resort and walking distance to Havana Cabana! Don’t miss out on getting your health kick in Key West!

Google
Wow. We stopped in here on a whim and I was extremely happy. The place is clean, bright and inviting. The ladies defined the counter worked so diligently to make the food. You can tell it was made with love as the presentation is delightful. The açaí bowls were gorgeous and huge. I had the avocado toast and it was delicious with light and fluffy eggs. The juice was freshly pressed! Highly recommend. I will be back next trip.

Yelp
The açaí bowls are delicious, I had the regular one and was able to choose my own toppings , my husband had the spirulina one and he loved it . We also had the beet juice , we asked the server to not add ice and we paid an extra 1.50' . Service : terrible , the ladies that work there don't look happy to be there , no smile , no thank you , no welcome , no bye no nothing . But when the good looking guy from the gym next door arrived they were all smiles .... The food is good but the ladies that work there look miserable and make you feel like you are not welcome..

Yelp
Loved this breakfast spot! Lots of smoothie bowls and toast options! The bowls have a good ratio of base to toppings.

Yelp
Love this place! Everything is delicious. My favorite is the açaí build your own bowl with oatmeal instead of granola. Service is great. Staff does a great job preparing the food items.

Yelp
So I'm a HUGE acai bowl fan and have visited MANY locations. This one in particular has an INCREDIBLE presentation, however, service wise they REFUSE to customize in any way. Bowls were alright, having to stick to one base-- and if it's not one you like ruins the experience of the snack Anyways, I'd recommend this spot of you're not a spoiled acai bowl fanatic
google avatar

Sunder S.

Yelp
The bowls (açaí /pitaya) and other bowls taste great but they don't know how to serve it. Ingredients were layered higher than the bowl. No space to mix or eat without ingredients falling out. They have plastic spoons that bend when trying to pick it up
google avatar

Yelp
Surprisingly good toasts and shakes. I wasn't a fan of the coffee, but I enjoyed the healthy Elvis shake. It seemed pretty popular when I went there so seating was a bit limited. The staff was friendly and even gave me my shake at my table despite not being a table service cafe.

Yelp
Fantastic, and we will be back. Fresh and clean, super nice family, and the best little counter person we have ever had!
google avatar

Yelp
$10 smoothies for them to taste like absolutely nothing?? This place is not worth the money at all. I ordered 2 smoothies and both of them tasted like water, no flavor, no peach no milk no orange juice that was supposed to be inside. Absolutely garbage and a waste of money. So disappointed
google avatar

Yelp
This impeccable piece of heaven inside paradise opened its doors in 2023 and every single item of the menu is power packed with fruits, seeds, nutrients and joy.
google avatar

Yelp
Very good!! Never been here before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Absolutely delicious. I thought the price was a little bit high but once I got it and got halfway through it, I realize that there is a lot in this little bowl. Very healthy, fresh well worth it. The entire store is very clean the staff is very presentable and professional. I will definitely come back.
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious Açaí bowl. I built my own just the way I like it. The place is fresh and delicious. The staff is super friendly.

Yelp
Wow. Just amazing. I'm from Philly and we don't have any açaí bowl places like this! Grain & Berry is amazing because there's soooo many options of bowls! Açaí bowls, pitaya bowls, kale bowls, spirulina bowls.. all with many options of toppings. I got the Good Karma bowl, it's açaí with kiwi, banana, honey, granola. Soo delicious. I could eat here every day and try all the bowls! The avocado toast wasn't very good, so I'll skip that next time. It was more like an avocado spread instead of real chunky avocado. And it wasn't seasoned very well either. But I'm still giving this place 5 stars cause the açaí bowls were so damn good. Love it!

Toni B.

Yelp
Every order is fresh made. Tried Niels, smoothie and the Keto grain bowl while here. Portion on the bowls are artistically large and hit the spot. I wasn't too wild about the Keto bowl as the picture showed it with whole chunks of Avacado and cut up boiled eggs..it can with guacamole which was really tasty and the eggs seemed microwaved. A bit of a surprise and created some mixed feelings. I'll be back for the bowls and smoothies

Yelp
The açaí bowls here were huge and delicious - seriously packed full of fresh ingredients!!! The bowls are definitely big enough to share. However, be careful ordering coffee here. My friends and I came here a handful of times on our trip before daily excursions and struggled to order any other coffee drinks they had on their menu except a plain black coffee.

Yelp
I came at a busy time when a new employee was training so things took a little longer, but I totally understood that they were doing their best. I ordered a carrot pineapple juice and iced coffee with coconut milk and both were some of the best tasting I've ever had (I drink a LOT of coffee). The owner was there and helping to train the new employee and he was very knowledgeable on the menu and able to make recommendations. My friend got an açaí bowl which she really enjoyed and both of my friends got different kinds of lattes. The new trainee made those and they were way too hot, but once they cooled down to a drinkable temperature, they both really enjoyed them. The quality of the products were absolutely great and it was obvious that the new trainee made minor missteps but this place is a wonderful spot for a great drink and healthy breakfast or lunch! I wouldn't hesitate to return. The location and parking were also super convenient. I wish I found this place earlier on my trip and I would have gone every morning!

Yelp
Delicious and fresh smoothie bowls! I love the large variety of options. The inside of the cafe is super cute also. I went back twice during my trip!
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing juice and bowl place. They also have great avocado toast. Menu indicates more food coming soon. It's a bit away from downtown but worth the visit. Many people rent golf carts. Apple pay was down but hopefully it's fixed soon

Yelp
We stopped by Grain and Berry Key West after visiting a beach on the island. Because there wasn't many options near us, we decided to visit here to get a refreshing bowl. As for the menu, there are a lot of options and has more toppings than your traditional acai bowl stores. The lady in the front makes the food very cleanly, though she wasn't wearing a mask. She made my order wrong at first but didn't mind fixing it when I asked her. The bowls were good, but not the best. It had a lot of toppings for the price, but it did not feel refreshing or cool. The blend at the bottom are premade and freezed, which was a bit disappointing for a cafe that mainly does acai bowls. Overall, it is worth a visit if you are really craving an acai bowl while in Key West.
google avatar

Christine T.

Yelp
First time to try one of their açaí bowls. The açaí base is delicious with balanced sweetness. Although I would recommend to get half portion of the granola. The one we got had Almost 1/3 açaí and 1/2 granola. I would have loved a bigger portion of the açaí and the fresh fruits rather than the granola.
google avatar

Sam A.

Yelp
Magic dragon, not tasty. Magic Dragon, sounds good when you read the ingredients but the taste didn't match. Very plain, no flavor really. Customer service was whack indeed. Should've went to a different spot because I could've got a better tasting smoothie back home in Miami.
google avatar

Ella C.

Yelp
Through and through an acai and superfood (spirulina, pitaya, kale) bowl establishment. Very clean decor with lots of seating. Ample and very organized menu. The acai base is just acai and banana which I like because I hate to have an acai bowl that is overly sweet. All the standard toppings to choose from. They have smoothies and coffee options as well. If you are looking for a fresh snack, maybe post workout(?) then this is a fantastic option.

Yelp
This was really good. My only issue is that the prices on website are different from the ones on food delivery app.

Yelp
You have to love when a new concept hires the right people out the gate to start a business. I stopped in to try Grain and Berry based on the recommendations of others. It's a different way to approach food for sure, but Sabi gave me the full tour! You might feel like you are eating dessert while enjoying a bowl...but it's really a super food place. I'm told the concept was driven behind an Owner with a terminally ill daughter who could not eat anything but Açaí. This franchise is headquartered our of Tampa, Fl and more stores are set to open! Believe me, after eating here, you might feel like I did....let me look into that franchising opportunity. Delicious delicious delicious, and healthy! If this is the food of the future, I'm in!

Yelp
Favorite spot in the whole keys. Super cute cafe with excellent service. Menu offers many different options, all of which i'd gladly try as the food I had was delicious. Prices are perfect for the amount of food served. I will absolutely be returning.

Yelp
Expensive food and incompetent (yet rude!) staff. $17 for a smoothie and avocado that took close to 30 minutes. Three other people were in the restaurant and they seemed totally overwhelmed in performing their job. Basically incompetent staff who will snap at you if you ask how your order is progressing. I will not be back here.
google avatar

Cathy G.

Yelp
Yum! Yum! I designed my own acia bowl and we split a caprese/avocado toast! A definite MUST if you are in key west!

A G.

Yelp
Maybe I got a bad batch, but this was not good at all. Avocado tasted rotten and egg was rubber

Yelp
This place is super clean. I only bought a smoothie since it was my first time there and not sure what to order. My smoothie was good, sadly service wasnt as helpful as I would it hope. I ask what was the bottom of the bowls... I wanted to order one but wasnt sure what was that since it looks like a jelly substance but the person I talked to just said it was fruit. Even though service was not good, the smoothie I ended up buying was good enough to make me think about coming to this place again. There is no take out manu, I did asked for that trying to figure out what to get since the employee didnt suggest anything whatsoever even though I said I was never been there before.

Yelp
We had the purple rain, it was so Yummy!!! We will definitely be back soon. The staff was friendly and loved the atmosphere.

Yelp
Excellent açaí bowls- we had them three times for breakfast during our one-week stay in key west!

Yelp
I can read there are not many recent reviews of Grain and Berry. I love the concept but totally despise the execution. I do think in a tourist area you can at least make a bit of business from first time explorers looking for a good meal. I can easily tell you this place would be head and shoulders better if someone was on-site with a vested interest. The owner needs to take note and improve the service...well or maybe not especially if they do not rely on repeat customers. Upon this occasion I had visited Grain and Berry 7 other times and ALL but one visit (owner was there) the service has been abysmal. This particular morning we arrived about 10 minutes to 10, the place was not crowded with about 7 people in 3 parties waiting. We ordered our bowls promptly and waited....and waited....and waited. While we are usually not in a hurry we allocated 30-40 minutes to order-eat, and depart. I reasoned if this were a Starbucks establishment and it was fully staffed we might have observed 5-8 employees working quickly behind the counter, instead it was about 1.5, the .5 attributed to a nice woman who with good intentions who did not seem well trained or knowledgeable regarding the food she was preparing. Long boring story short we did finally receive our off the menu bowls 29 minutes later. Dr. Ameal was able to consume his on the drive to the marina and his lovely partner was able to eat hers, about an hour and a half later after our appointment, much to our surprise the bowl was still cold after sitting in the hot car...and Yum! Yum! to quote a recent review that's what we call the breakfast of champions. I forgot to mention the price for two off the menu bowls with tip was this side of 30 US dollars! Yeah babies TWO STARS, because I like the concept....and the service sucks!...again.

Yelp
One of the best fruit bowl spots in KW! They have three different fruit bases: açaí, spirulina, and pitaya! The portions are massive and perfectly priced!

Toni S.

Yelp
Great place, clean, friendly, and super delicious! Acai is best I have tried. There are always lines when I go there, but I never wait more than 5-10 minutes. 5*****

Steve A.

Yelp
I love this place it was exactly what I was looking for. Was perfect before I needed to go shopping. The service was great and the food came out fast. Would highly recommend,

Yelp
When I found out we were getting a smoothie bowl shop in key west I got super excited! Grain and Berry is 10/10 delicious! I got the Relax, Eat, repeat açaí bowl and it was heavenly! My friend got California Dream pitaya boy and I had a taste and hers was sweet and delicious! They have Spirulina bowls, pitaya bowls, açaí bowls, kale bowls. If you can put it in a bowl I'm sure they have it! They have a select few fresh juices that I honestly can't wait to go and try when I revisit again! The place is so cute and the decor really gives me a cafe vibe. I feel like I can go in there with my laptop and order a smoothie bowl and get some work done for an hour or so. The atmosphere is fantastic! The staff is super friendly and I highly recommend everyone go try them now! They just opened maybe a week ago but I'm sure business will continue to BOOM. Happy customer right here

Yelp
When we arrived the manager and employee were in the back having personal conversation, not an appropriate one. We were finally greeted, the manager was pleasant but not friendly. I ordered the California Dream and a cold brew light ice. Husband ordered Feed the Soul. While pouring my cold brew I had to remind the manager that I asked for light ice. The bowls were delicious and loaded down with fruit. I am giving this place one star due to watching one of the female employees chop up fruit and place into the juicer with no gloves, not to mention she had long acrylic nails. My husband and I were grossed out. I felt the need to tell the manager, to which replied "well I made your bowls and I wore gloves." I told him that wasn't the point, the point is that is how food borne illness happens, especially is ready to serve food. He didn't seem to understand the importance of this or maybe he did but just didn't care. Seems like they need to be taking come Serve Safe courses.

Yelp
My family and I were thrilled to find this place as the menu is right up our alley. We ordered the everything bagel and asked to add an egg. Not particularly odd in my opinion, but somehow this angered the women behind the register and she yelled NO, YOU CAN'T DO THAT!! With no explanation, grace or professionalism what so ever. If it can't be done fine, but she could have kindly relayed that. We all wanted the bagel, açaí bowls, coffee, juice and shots. We thought it was nice and were ready to spend $$. Once this incident happened our thrill quickly turned to disgust. We ordered one toast and two shots and decided treatment like that DOESN'T deserve our money, time or repeat business! I would like for the owners to know the place is wonderful from the aesthetic, the menu with all the options and the cleanliness. It's really too bad that they have a few employees that should not be serving customers. There were three females, one young, two older. The young one was a joy, worked hard but was told to go to the back. The older ones were who made our visit miserable. They were rude and unpleasant. I hope this will prompt customer service training for these ladies. I would hate to see how their actions affect this business in the long run.

Yelp
I was in Key West for a whole month for work and got an açaí bowl from here almost daily. So fresh and so yummy! So glad I found it:)

Yelp
I eat here almost everyday, it's so good and fast. Everyone around me is sick after the fantasy fest bug but not me...mmmmm I wonder why....eat here!

Yelp
Grain and Berry is my FAVORITE cafe in the world!! I have been with friends, family, etc and Every. Time. It. Was. Amazing. Staff are very friendly, food is SCRUMPTIOUS, and cafe design is creative. I even got gift cards for Christmas for Grain and Berry. My sisters and I all got Grain and Berry gift cards for our teachers as well. I constantly beg my parents to take me there. I only wish the bowls were a little cheaper- but they're still worth it!! The bowls are my favorite- I don't usually eat breakfast, but I could eat those bowls every. single. day. They are a great, healthy option for me. I have tried every base except kale. Grain and Berry bowls are literally the only thing I will eat for breakfast. My friends and family love the other options too. I am always telling people about how much I love it there. I can't wait to go again! I recommend to EVERYONE. Kara

Yelp
Awful. Just awful. I LOVE Açaí, and I use it almost daily in my smoothie bowls at home so I know what Açaí tastes like. I ordered the Good Karma and it's basically 4 bananas with maybe 1 tablespoon of Açaí and one very over ripe kiwi and banana cut on top with a total of 10 Blueberries. Going straight in the garage. Total waste of $11. Update: I called to complain and the manager was not willing to refund my money, but was willing to try to make a new bowl for my daughter and myself so we decided to give it a go. After the super sugary, sweet Açaí bowls I was very skeptical, but I have to say that the dragon fruit bowls minus the honey, granola and coconut flakes do taste much better, and the banana is not nearly as overwhelming as it is in the Açaí bowls. It's also half as sweet which is a huge improvement and much closer to the fresh fruit bowls( minus frozen pure acai) I make at home with the delicious fruit we are lucky to get in sunny California.

Conni G.

Yelp
Don't order through Door Dash. They don't care to use or replace order for fresh products.
google avatar

Justin B.

Yelp
I think the idea behind this place is great. But the açaí bowls we had were horrible. The blend they use taste like it's 100% bananas. Like somehow a berry flavor which you should normally get from açaí you don't taste at all.
google avatar

Ulisa T.

Yelp
This place is absolutely the bees knees when it come to healthy açaí style bowls. We were here for 9 days and we frequented this location every day until we left. We will definitely revisit this location upon coming back to Key West
google avatar

Sarah S.

Yelp
I'm big on customer service and these 2 ladies did not greet me as I was standing in front of them. I was the only one in there. We made eye contact ha. That's the biggest reason why I'm giving the amount of stars I am. After making my acai bowl, she still didn't smile. I noticed in the photos the portions may vary based on dining in vs. togo. But could be wrong. I ordered Togo and wish I would've ordered to dine in- thinking the portion for here would be larger. Onto the build-your-own açaí bowl. The bowl was tasty. Of course we will be paying $$$$ here.
google avatar

Chad L.

Yelp
Fantastic find within walking distance from where we were staying. This hidden gem is not overrun (yet). We had a açaí and spiriluna bowl for breakfast and both were awesome. Already thinking about when we can squeeze in another visit before we leave Key West.
google avatar

Peixin M.

Yelp
Wonderful smoothie bowls and amazing service. Cheaper than downtown options. Spacious and comfy. I also love the way the bowls are served, with minimalist wood setting. Highly recommend.

Yelp
so clean and staff is super nice the bowls were AMAZING! i got the relax eat repeat bowl and went back twice in my stay in key west. it's a really vibey place too.

Yelp
Came here for the first time today and was definitely pleased with my experience. First off, the environment is just so welcoming and cozy. I loved how they had tons of fresh fruit everywhere, yet, somehow manage to keep out fruit flies . Secondly, the food and drink I got were A-MA-ZING!!! I was a little leery of the avocado and poached egg toast but it was sooo yummy. The guacamole tasted so fresh and it was seasoned perfectly. They also made my egg to order so that was nice. I will definitely be coming back for the Elvis protein shake!
