Gram Cafe & Pancakes Ghost Kitchen

Quality of what was ordered was great but they have very limited soufflé options. Atmosphere is a 1 star as it’s a ghost kitchen and seating is basically to wait for the food. Food was delivered to a locker, we didn’t interact with anyone.

I was excited to catch one of their Too Good To Go bags since they're so popular! They're a ghost kitchen located in the Mid-Market Eats. The ambiance is what you expect of a ghost kitchen in the Civic Center -- barely anyone around except delivery drivers and no seating. For pickup, you just go to the counter next to the pick-up lockers and show your Too Good To Go order and they'll bring it to you. I got 2 original, 2 matcha, and 1 oreo pancake. They looked so fluffy and perfect! I actually saved these for a couple of days in my fridge for a friend's birthday. They were still good two days later, just keep them refrigerated! They were so soft and lovely, and the fillings are light yet flavorful. I really loved the matcha one, it wasn't overly sugary so you could really get the flavor. Would definitely get these again, especially to try their seasonal flavors!

I hadn't heard of this souffle company ..I guess it's at stonestown SF ..on yelp ..it was promoted at mid market eats ..a newly renovated building with several restaurants running ..at least 5 ..a new experimental food building at the old burger king near the library ..wanted to try it because I saw kimbap for $10.. thought it was funny ...offering delivery ..2 seats ...strange machines like Amazon lockers ...Asian food at this mid market food place

AMAZING pancakes, went to their LA location first before knowing there was one in SF. a little confusing but you walk to a side door in the mid market building, and after placing my order online was a super fast and easy pickup. the BEST Japanese fluffy soufle pancakes I have tried, definitely worth it to try.

I was so sad to find out that gram closed their cafe in stonestown but was so happy to find out they opened a ghost kitchen at market so people can still enjoy their food-- especially the pancakes! Emphasis on "ghost kitchen " which means this isn't your normal restaurant/cafe with sitting. You basically just order for take out so it kind of takes away from the experience of eating their signature pancakes bc you'd have to eat it somewhere else and by that time it'll be cold and the texture becomes different. Regardless, it's still good and I'm just happy to be able to order food from here even when it's Just take out!

This place is really disorganized. There are no clear instructions when you walk in and all I got was one pancake and had to wait over 30 min for it to. The door dashers and uber eats crowded the pick up door as well making it difficult to even communicate with the food runner .

Always amazing service and food! The japanese fluffy pancakes always hit and the new place was faced paced but looks clean.

FYI if you order a salad they do not wash their kale. Just received my smoked salmon salad just to find bugs on the kale and at the bottom of the box. Extremely disappointed. 30min on lunch time wasted!

The food was decent, was excited to eat at a cute spot. But was wrong completely full of homeless in and out of the area and there wasn't even a restaurant it was some hole in the wall takeout place.
