"Gramercy is a neighborhood bar on a section of Wilshire that's an ideal place to stop and wait out traffic if you're heading east from Santa Monica. The Happy Hour drinks are cheap (plus, there’s a late-night version with $2 PBRs), and the bartenders won’t bother you unless you look like you want a conversation.
