Grand Canyon Caverns Inn

I went there last year in preparation for going to Havasupai Falls. I think its the best way to go, a night before to sign all the paperwork and check in. The rooms were small but clean. The time we were there they were doing work on the pool. Everyone there seemed to be there specifically to visit Havasupai, even the people eating at the restaurants near by. The only thing I didn't realize before going was how bad the mules looked that are used for packing everyones stuff. I personally did not use them but I really wish people would realize how much harm they are causing by using packing mules to carry their stuff down for them. If you can't pack it in youself, then maybe your not ready to do the trip.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The bathroom window was broken and wouldn't shut, and the screen was also damaged, allowing many insects to enter. I had to keep the bathroom door closed to contain them. Additionally, there was a quarter-inch gap around the air conditioner, which allowed more bugs inside. I killed over 50 insects, including moths, beetles, and roach-like bugs, with more seeming to appear constantly. The shower was another major issue, as it only worked with either extremely hot or cold water. It was impossible to find a comfortable temperature since the hot and cold faucets didn't mix properly. Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant stay. I almost slept in my car.

I stayed here for one night before heading to Havasupai Falls. It is a fine motel, a simple but interesting one along the historical Route 66, I have nothing to complain. It doesn't have restaurant for dinner, but you can just drive to nearby Grand Canyon Caverns for food, it is like at its backyard. It does have breakfast, also simple but is good enough for me. The front desk were pretty helpful.

Far from fancy (the rooms are simple and not updated), but has all you need for a relaxing night before or after Havasupai Falls. I loved the old school Route 66 vibes, the staff was helpful and funny, and the pool was an unexpected amenity that I so enjoyed.

Went just for check in the the Havasupai hike. Really cool spot that would be a great stop the night before hiking in, very convenient. The girls working the check in desk were very kind and helpful and answered all our questions.

This RV Park might have been good back in the day, but it is in disrepair and needs lots of care. They have water and electrical but no sewer. We didn't connect to the water. The bath/shower building had 6 rooms, but only 2 were open. Not maintained at all. No soap or paper towels. Luckily the park was empty except 2 or 3. The ramp to the building had a broken board. Dangerous!! The place was just dirt. No gravel. It wasn't wind we needed to worry about. It was MUD. The 2 days we were there it was rainy, then snow. Luckily when we pulled out after the second night temperatures were below freezing. I would not recommend this RV Park. Hopefully the new owners can turn this place around.

Fun, family owned styled RV park seemingly in the middle of nowhere. The RV sites are water and electrical only. There's the main building where you check in and then, if camping, you take a road up to another building, a restaurant I believe, and then follow the signs to the camping sites. Some of the RV sites are very uneven. It was a bit difficult to level our 38' motorhome in the site we wanted. The trees are those "deserty" fitzer trees and provided enough shade. There has been a lot of work involved with decorations such as large metal dinosaurs here and there in the park along with cute Berm-A-Shave signs among other items. The elevator to the caverns was out of order so we couldn't experience that. The front desk employee kept calling me boss. Super nice guy.

Water didn't work at all no shower, toilet, or sink. None of them functioned. Room was atleast clean. Not worth the money. There's a much nicer hotel in peach springs.
