Save your time and money and don't move into this complex. I've been here three years and the amount of turnover we have all watched through the front office employees, managers, and maintenance is uncanny. You pay for all these amenities that never work. The front gates are always broken and open, allowing for homeless people to roam through the complex as well and dig through our trash in the dumpsters. The pool heater, hasn't work since last year in September of 2024. It is now February of 2025. When asked why they can't fix the heater, they told us it was costing too much money. They refuse to turn on the propane lines, so we can never use the firepits nor the grills to cook out. The package room is never working correctly so delivery people just leave your packages out in the open for anyone to take. They can't even figure out how to put toilet paper or more soap in the restrooms in the front office. The hallways are disgusting, there is dog poop all over the courtyard because the front desk people refuse to provide our valet trash service with doggy bags so no one can pick up probably after their dogs. If you put in a maintenance request, goodluck. They also have a severe mold issue that they refuse to acknowledge. If you tell them, they accuse you of bringing mold with you to the apartment. Why would anyone in their right mind bring items or clothing with mold in them?And don't even think of going into the office to ask for any help or answers, because you will have your head bitten off, if they are even there. Half the time the front office is left open with no one there. And when they do put up a sign that they are away from the front desk, they put a sign up that says please enjoy a snack or drink while you wait, well you turn around the the snack area is always empty. Their answer? Not in the budget. Save yourself a bunch and look somewhere else. (Provided pictures because they try and cover everything up!)
This is in response to the "owner" who says they would like to talk to everyone who writes a bad review yet never provides anywhere to contact them. If you call, they never answer, if you email, good luck! I am still waiting for a response from your property manager of how he is going to go about reimbursing us for things maintenance threw out because they came a day before we were scheduled for move out. He gave us a timeline to be out of our old apartment, and maintenance came the day before the scheduled date and threw away everything in my dryer, my dishwasher, my wagon, and dinner stools. Stay far away from this place.
I'll keep updating this. I believe they removed my review from google. Today is Tuesday 3/11and I am still waiting on a call back from the property manager Justin, who was supposed to call me back Monday 3/10 to address these concerns.
