Llajaira Velazquez was the leasing agent we were assigned to work with. She didn’t follow up with us. When we tried contacting for an update she tried to just “sell” the apartment to us. Angie picked up the phone and was very helpful. She let us know we don’t have to sign right away and we could just look at every apartment we are interested in first and tour. We are so happy to work with her. She made the process feel calm and easy and it was a pleasure working with her. I hope she gets the best bonus ever. We love our new apartment!

I just got off the phone with Justin, the property manager, and he wouldn't stop aggressively talking over me. Are you kidding me? He clearly doesn’t know how to listen. He didn't seem kind or patient. Not good! I used to live at Grand Central many years ago, and I’ve noticed that prices have dropped tremendously, even with their new concessions. The fact that their concessions are so significant should tell you a lot! Gables clearly has no idea what they’re doing with Grand Central, especially with Justin as the property manager. Laughing. If a person like Justin is managing this property, I wouldn't be surprised if you run into ongoing problems or misleading statements. Good luck.

Save your time and money and don’t move into this complex. I’ve been here three years and the amount of turnover we have all watched through the front office employees, managers, and maintenance is uncanny. You pay for all these amenities that never work. The front gates are always broken and open, allowing for homeless people to roam through the complex as well and dig through our trash in the dumpsters. The pool heater, hasn’t work since last year in September of 2024. It is now April of 2025. When asked why they can’t fix the heater, they told us it was costing too much money. They refuse to turn on the propane lines, so we can never use the firepits nor the grills to cook out. The package room is never working correctly so delivery people just leave your packages out in the open for anyone to take. They can’t even figure out how to put toilet paper or more soap in the restrooms in the front office. The hallways are disgusting, there is dog poop all over the courtyard because the front desk people refuse to provide our valet trash service with doggy bags so no one can pick up probably after their dogs. If you put in a maintenance request, goodluck. They also have a severe mold issue that they refuse to acknowledge. If you tell them, they accuse you of bringing mold with you to the apartment. Why would anyone in their right mind bring items or clothing with mold in them?And don’t even think of going into the office to ask for any help or answers, because you will have your head bitten off, if they are even there. Half the time the front office is left open with no one there. And when they do put up a sign that they are away from the front desk, they put a sign up that says please enjoy a snack or drink while you wait, well you turn around the the snack area is always empty. Their answer? Not in the budget. Save yourself a bunch and look somewhere else. Justin and Jonathon in the front office, could care less about the maintenance or well being of this community and the people that keep it running. (Provided pictures because they try and cover everything up!) This is an update, no one from this complex has addressed my review. Everything remains the same. April 2025. I will be out of here by the end of this month.

This place is one of the most amazing places that has been recently built. I would definitely give it five stars because it has every amenity you could possibly imagine except for a hot tub. Or a sauna. Other than that the apartments are beautiful and there's a huge courtyard and they have a beautiful area for you to cook and grill and a beautiful big pool with cabanas and a full gym as well as different activities to play. I was very impressed with this apartment complex.

I have been living in this property for some time, and I am extremely disappointed with the management’s lack of responsiveness. It’s been over two weeks since I reported several maintenance issues — no light on the balcony, very low water pressure in the kitchen, the master bedroom A/C not cooling properly, and mold growing in the master bathroom bathtub. Despite multiple reports, no one has come to fix any of these problems. On top of that, the valet trash service has not picked up the bag in my bin for more than four days. It’s honestly unacceptable for a so-called “luxury property” to ignore basic maintenance and resident concerns while charging such high rent and constant increases. If tenants are expected to pay on time and follow all community rules, the property management should also fulfill its responsibilities with the same level of professionalism and urgency.

This is a beautiful property and Angie made it even better! She's at the front desk with a big smile and stood up to greet me and made me feel very welcomed. We had a great tour, and I love the location and with it being very close to work!

Justin made this experience amazing! From the time we walked through the lobby to the day we moved in. Everything was welcoming! He provided every single detail that we asked for and in black and white. Very attentive to everything we need. Maintenance always takes care of our needs in a timely manner. The apartment itself is amazing. Very spacious, makes you think if you need more things to cover up space lol. My wife and I are enjoying our time here. The community is quiet, gym is convenient, the pool and grills are perfect. Being on the 4th floor with an amazing view is a perk too! We have no complaints and would recommend these apartments! 🙏🏼
