Stopped in for lunch and we tried the chicken platter with a side of brisket and the lunch special which is a bbq sandwich, side & drink. Found it a little pricey but the food was great. The brisket was very well cooked and the pulled pork sandwich moist. Delicious rigatoni Mac & cheese! There’s plenty seating inside & parking outside.

I love their brisket and mac and cheese. Update March 2019: I haven't been by in a while and they have updated their menu with fancy digital menu boards. There were also some new items such as a mac bowl and some variations on the smoked meats. I tried the low and slow brisket plate and it was very good.

As a former KCBS BBQ judge, I am always on the lookout for awesome BBQ spots to try out. I saw GC online and knew I wanted to swing by. I was a bit skeptical of the $20 price on the beef short rib but let me tell you: Worth. Every. Penny. This thing was life altering. The kind of dish you can only eat so often because it is THAT good. Also, good luck pounding this bad boy with two sides. It is half a dadgum cow on a platter, and it was cooked perfectly! Highly reccomended all around!

We had this catered for our staff lunch and it was AMAZING! All of the food was extremely flavorful, the meat just melts in your mouth, the mac and cheese was very creamy and delicious, and their bbq sauces were a good balance of smokey and zesty. Everyone in the office went back for seconds! The catering director, Anne, who delivered the food was very friendly and nice to talk to. She was very helpful in explaining details about the food and the options for catering in the future, which we will definitely be doing!

LOVE this place! The brisket nearly melts in your mouth with succulent yumminess! It is the gold standard by which all other brisket should be judged. The staff is amazing! We got a family meal deal which is a great value. We'll be back!

The best thing about my first experience is that this place is extremely clean. 100% on cleanliness. My Brisket sandwich was very dry and black ends that were hard to chew. The Brisket and sauce color is a bit darker than I’m used to. There was only a pickle on the sandwich. No lettuce, tomato or onions. No fries. Baked Beans just taste like nutmeg sauce beans. Brunswick Stew looks and taste like Brunswick Soup. Thin with chunks of Pork. It was hearty soup and not stringy Brunswick stew. Really nice management so I hate to say that I didn’t enjoy but we were hungry and thrifting nearby.
