A wonderful hotel in a stunning location! What truly makes it stand out is the amazing staff — everyone is polite, helpful, and always smiling. The restaurant offers a great menu, and although the spa is small, it’s well-designed and provides high-quality services. Special thanks to Kalithea for her excellent service! The bar has a fantastic view, an impressive drink selection, and great service — many thanks to Natalia for her kindness and attentiveness! Some areas could use a bit of refreshing, but overall, our experience was excellent

Well what can I say. I was wowed from the beginning of the stay until the end of it. First of all the scenery is just amazing. The setting is very relaxing and breathtaking. We had a room with a view on the mountain and it was perfect. The room was very nice especially when you wake up in the morning with the sound of the birds. The service was impeccable. The staff knows what it is to offer a five star hotel service. Thank you very much The spa is also a very nice add because the pool gives a view on the mountain. It’s the perfect place to relax and to hike. I totally recommend going to visit the cute village of Metsovo. Thank you for the amazing stay!!! Will come again

From the moment we arrived we were made to very special. We were met by Tellos (I hope this is the correct spelling) who carried our luggage to our rooms and gave us information on the hotel and also of the local area. Every time we saw him he was always smiling! The hotel reception with the fireplace and bar is so cool and we a few drinks in the evenings we were here. We also ate at the restaurant each day and the food is excellent. We had two rooms for a family of four and one had a mountain view which was absolutely amazing. We also used the hotel spa which was great. Overall one of the best places we have ever stayed in!

We had a fantastic 2 night stay here in a junior suite, which overlooked Metsovo. The staff are very friendly and the evening restaurant meal was excellent. The breakfast was incredible with a wide selection of food offered. We came from the UK and would definitely return again to stay in this fantastic hotel!

The hotel is huge and the service was excellent. However, it does need some renovation — the rooms feel a bit dated, and the ventilation in the bathroom could be improved. Additionally, there’s nothing within walking distance of the hotel, so it feels quite isolated. It’s a good option if you’re looking for a quiet place to unwind for a night or two, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t make it to the hotel due to unexpected force majeure circumstances. Even though our reservation was past the free cancellation period, the hotel staff showed exceptional understanding and graciously agreed to cancel at no charge. This level of kindness and professionalism speaks volumes about their customer service. I’m truly grateful and will absolutely choose to stay here on my next visit. Highly recommended!

One of the worst 5-star hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, this property does not live up to its rating in any way. Upon arrival, we found hairs in the towels, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a supposed five-star establishment. The staff was extremely inattentive and unhelpful throughout our stay. There was a serious issue with the laundry service that we brought to their attention multiple times, yet it was never resolved — not even an apology was offered. Dead fly in gym cold towels fridge, expired products, etc. No one is checking gym, dirty towels staying from morning. What shocked me the most was the lack of customer service mindset. The team seemed indifferent to guest concerns and clearly not trained to handle even basic requests with professionalism or courtesy. Overall, a deeply disappointing experience. I would never return and strongly advise others to reconsider if you’re expecting anything close to true five-star service.

We came here to celebrate a surprise birthday for my wife, and I must say—I wasn’t expecting to be this amazed. The service was absolutely flawless, the location truly one-of-a-kind: secluded enough to feel completely away from everything, yet still surprisingly accessible. What sets this place apart is its remarkable attention to detail, the artistic touches in every corner, and the seamless harmony with nature—it’s genuinely mind-blowing. We brought our 20-month-old daughter with us, and not once did she get bored. The environment was both engaging and calming for all of us. This is a rare gem I’ll wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking to disconnect from the noise of daily life and do a full control-alt-delete on their mind and spirit.
