Grand Hotel Tijuana

Our experience with the staff was positive; they readily accommodated our request for an additional night. The staff was helpful and provided informative assistance. The on-site restaurant, Emma, offered enjoyable dining experiences with quality food and drinks. The nightly rate of approximately $137 was reasonable. While the stay was pleasant, we would suggest the addition of in-room refrigerators. Additionally, we recommend streamlining the parking payment process upon arrival. The parking fee is 20 pesos per day, and it is essential to ensure the camera captures your license plate for vehicle registration. Finally, we advise guests to utilize the "Do Not Disturb" sign to avoid morning disturbances.

It’s an older hotel and could use some renovations. The staff is great and accommodating. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Casino for those that have the bug. Pool looked nice. I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed on the medical floor ( Grand Care) and our stay was great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. I would like to call out Raul Fragozo in the plaza cafe for his pleasant demeanor and great service for daily meals. Can’t say enough good things about staff and service

Second time at this lovely hotel. Amazing and attentive staff. Great location and great amenities. The only things I wish I could have changed were the shower, it was a bit outdated and the water wasnt too hot, (but thats my personal preference), and maybe having a few more chairs on the roof terrace near the pool for some early morning sun. Everything was fantastic.

Very nice area of town. The rooms are nice with a great view. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Great spot for medical tourism. There is a bar up top with a great view. There is also a casino but who likes losing money? There is also a nice gold course out back if you're into it.

stayed here prior to my surgery. most of the staff was helpful and smiling. some just blatantly snubbed me. being by myself and in a foreign space, I did not walk around much to get a great look at all they had to offer. the rooms were nice, clean and updated. the little banquet area was superb. the amount of food and the selection of food was impressive. rooms service was great.

The hotel is a little dated but the staff was super super nice. The spa is newly renovated and they made it a whole new experience unlike American spas where you’re just in an out. They had nice lockers, had us start in the red light sauna before our massage and then had access to the cold plunge and jacuzzi after. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend requesting a view of the golf course which is BEAUTIFUL! Overall I do recommend it if you’re ok with an outdated room.

No matter what we always come back to this hotel even after years of coming. We enjoy the area and the 24/7 room service is so helpful after a night out. The buffet style breakfast is enjoyable.
