Grand Hyatt Bali

This was one of the best stays we have had in Bali and we loved every minute of the stay. We chose the all inclusive option as we planned to spend most of our time on the resort and this turned out to be an excellent choice. We were upgraded to a Grand Club Room prior to our arrival which was a really nice gesture and it blew our minds when we were shown to the room. We chose not to upgrade our stay to the club experience level as we had already purchased the all inclusive option and were not disappointed by that choice at all. From our first point of contact with the staff on arrival until we departed all the staff were so wonderful and nothing was too much effort for them at all. Smiles were abundant and you could do nothing but also have a smile on your own face. All of the restaurants had an extensive menu to choose from as a part of the all inclusive menu with only the signature dishes outside of the choices. These were still available to pick and you receive a 30% discount if you do as a part of the package. Afternoon offerings were available between 4 and 6pm in the veranda cafe each evening as a part of the package also. This was a welcome addition and just added to the lack of need to upgrade to the club option for us. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and could not fault a thing. We will definitely be returning when we next come to Nusa Dua.

Grand Hyatt Bali is a well-established resort that, while no longer new, has clearly been well maintained over the years. The property itself is quite expansive, with beautifully landscaped gardens that create a very relaxing atmosphere throughout the resort. One of the highlights is the direct beach access, which is well maintained and pleasant for walks along the shoreline. The resort grounds are thoughtfully designed, and the lush gardens add a strong sense of tropical charm. The room was clean and properly maintained, reflecting good housekeeping standards. Dining options offer a wide variety of choices, and while the flavors were fairly good rather than exceptional, they were still satisfying overall. What stood out to me was the professionalism of many of the staff members. A number of them appear to be long-serving team members, and their experience shows in the way they handle guests with confidence and efficiency. I also particularly enjoyed the swimming pools, which are beautifully designed and blend nicely with the surrounding landscape. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay. Grand Hyatt Bali continues to offer a comfortable resort experience, especially for guests who appreciate spacious grounds and a classic Balinese resort atmosphere.

We enjoyed the Grand Hyatt Bali - great family resort for our kids who enjoyed the kids club, pools and were always met with a friendly smile from staff. We stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The food and drinks were all great (all inclusive package - which aside from some premium drinks and food items which were not included - offered great range of options). The cleanliness of rooms was also outstanding. We had a spacious suite for four and had plenty of options around the grounds to explore. We enjoyed our time so much and will undoubtedly want to return on our next trip to Bali

I've stayed in a few properties in Nusa Dua and was looking forward to this stay. Unfortunately I would have to say it fell below expectations. The property is dated but still well maintained enough. The room is also well appointed. Location is good and the beach is awesome. However the service standards seem to be lacking. The luggage delivery to the room was delayed and there isn't a spirit to assist guests to make their trip as seamless as possible. For instance, when I asked the concierge to check on the tides at the beach they declined and made an excuse saying that it wasn't something they could do. No effort in trying. The buggy service cuts off at 9 pm and during the later hours of the evening, no requests will be entertained even though it is quiet with not much activity. Not saying they need to do this, but going to extra mile for guests is something ive seen other comparable 5 star hotels do. At the beach club, the service staff either couldn't see me call for them or tried to ping pong the task to each other. The station for towels are centralised to only 1 area and to fetch them it really took some walking and time. Overall, it felt like the entire affair was lacking coordination and manpower and staff seemed to do the bare minimum. For this price, I wouldn't stay again.

Our stay at Grand Hyatt Bali was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The resort is beautifully maintained and impeccably clean, with stunning grounds that make you feel like you’re in a tropical paradise. It’s so family-friendly, which made traveling with kids effortless and enjoyable. The location is perfect — right on the beach with gorgeous pools to choose from. All staff were incredible, so kind, friendly and very attentive. A very special shout out to Yasa and Devi at the pool bar — you both truly made our stay extra special! Your warmth, kindness and attentive service did not go unnoticed. You went above and beyond, and we are so grateful. We can’t wait to return. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Really exceptional hotel. We stay at a different hotel every year in Bali and this was easily one of the finest. The grounds were just stunning and the service from every single staff member we interacted with was outstanding. We were on the Luxury Escapes package and it was 10/10. The 3 restaurant menus were extensive and drink menu was fabulous. We have already booked our next stay here! Ps. Agung by the pool was outstanding. A huge asset to your team!!!!

The hotel is amazingly located. The salsa bar has great views. The adult pool is a nice place so is the Balinese pool. The rooms are good. All rooms have a nook with a day bed. The good thing is that the buffet breakfast is available in all restaurants. We absolutely hated that when we went to settle our bill at checkout, the reception presented us with copies of bills which didn’t have our signature. Whenever we have ordered anything the hotel has always made us sign the bill. But during checkout how can they present bills without our signature claiming those bills to be ours… where is the proof???? BAD PRACTICE BY HYATT. Didn’t expect such an obvious act of unprofessionalism.
